One of the best Dollar Tree stores i have been to.. Extremely organized, clean, smiling polite workers!!

The Dollar Tree in the Dock has an amazing amount of items packed in that store. Im always amazed at how much is in there. A dozen medium eggs are always fresh. I purchase my frozen veggies and many cleaning supplies in here. I also purchase my sandwich, storage, and trash bags here. The store has recently had a through cleaning and it looks great. The employees are helpful and friendly. The stock might be out for a few days but they work very hard to put it back on the shelves and keep it neat. The lines at the check out move quickly as possible. Greeting cards are a great buy and they have a good variety of gift bags, party supplies, craft and stationary items. Your best bet is to take your time and look down each isle. Youll be amazed!

Good discounts on some items. Could use a good cleaning in some isles. Otherwise, getting better from what it was. Would recommend.

This dollar tree has done so much better than a year ago, I think they gotten better management. The aisles are organized, daily orders are being put away instead of being left on the floor, the staff are so much nicer, only reason I give them 4 stars is because, they only have one register open and the line gets annoying. Overall they have done a 360 and I will be back to shop. I recommend this location.

Its clean n organized. The only thing I ask is that the older woman treat people with just little less attitude when speaking or annoucing over the intercom

Amanda caught an attitude because she didn’t understand that two people had separate orders. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of apologizing she raised her voice and refused to apologize. Seems like she doesn’t understand that she’s in the customer service business.

I love the dvds at dollar tree and the crafts

It had more items than my local one had. I always needed to travel further outside my local area to find items that my local $🌴should have but bc they R smaller single standing store they only carry the minimal.

Shelves were not well stocked in some areas but better than most Ive seen.

Very busy today only 2 registers open long lines

One of the bigger stores I have found in Connecticut. Includes freezer section and a nice arts and craft section.

I like the dollar tree over family dollar all items at the family dollar are not a dollar I prefer the dollar tree in Milford. Usually cleaner and better stocked

Great stuff for a cheap price

Horrible experience today!After driving 30 mins out to the location, I discovered it was closed temporarily for sanitation. Which is great however, before speaking to the Rude associate (Sheri), I over heard her explaining to someone who did not understand English very well that the store was temp closed. I am very much disgusted with the tone and way she went about attempting to explain to her, as if she was speaking to a child. After that I immediately requested management or District managers name and number. She than provided me with the stores direct line. I declined to receive the stores direct line and asked again for district managers number to which she told me no and closed the door in my face! The alleged management witnessed this and did not come back to speak with me almost 10 mins after. LET ME REMIND YOU IT IS FREEZING OUTSIDE! She as well attempted to not give me DM number and did not even bother to ask what happen or why I was upset. After almost 20 mins waiting outside I was than provided the number to a DM that is covering. It’s extremely sad that Dollar tree is allowing associates like Sheri represent the company. Thank god Walmart and family dollar wasn’t too far from the store, and managed to be sanitized and ready for service before opening of business hours.

This store has the best Snack Zone around. It wee kept and clean.

The store is always dirty and in disarray. They stuff boxes of inventory into one of the checkout lanes so it is not able to open. Generally filthy but with better management could be a good location.

I like to go shopping here. Nice place.

I thought I critiqued this store.. Anyways this is a large Dollar Tree at The Stratford Docks.. They always have everthing I need.. Their 8# bags of ice are a buck.. Try the Texas Toast in their extensive freezer department.. The staff is very helpful.. One of my favorite places.. See for yourself.. Right next to B.J.... You will enjoy saving money here.🔤😀🐟🐡

Dollar Tree is always a great place to shop. There is ALWAYS a variety of items week to week. And its the only TRUE dollar store still around. You cant beat it.

I ran in quick to pick up a few Valentines gifts for some friends at work and I was pleasantly surprised! Most places you have to have the balloons blown up but not here! The manager brilliantly decided to blow up a ton of balloons and all you had to do was pick the ones you want! It was awesome!!! Ill definitely be returning to this store!!!

Pretty clean organized and great service

I can get pretty much anything at the Dollar Tree ALL for only $1.00 each. They have better Cards than spending loads of money at other places. Sometimes you can find some gems in their Beauty Section too! Its one of my favorite Stores.

Had to get birthday party balloons & picked out an assortment. Dollar Tree has a great variety. I left so pleased with the service & the quality of the balloons.😁

Not a bad place for little finds.However dont expect to find a working restroom in there. I have been told 3 times now, it is out of order. I have to leave and go to nearby shops..Violation of service of course,but theydont care..As for the grumpy sour older cashier..

Love the atmosphere of this dollar tree the associates are always helpful and friendly and the store is always well kept. Love the comfort I feel when shopping there and the prices are always number 1. Not to mention the huge array of food items for a buck as well. Keep up the great savings and work Dollar Tree

I love shopping in this store . the problem was my wife asked the manager for the restroom key. She replied it is out of service. 10 minutes earlier another customer asked for the restroom key and was presented with it. If you are not gonna treat all equal, quit your job and let someone work who wants to work with customer service and not be rude to some of us.

They have a great selection of things to buy for only a dollar. I often buy the artificial flowers, toys, paper supplies, food items which is a great selection, books, videos, hardware supplies, candy, really nice greeting cards, and all kinds of things to entice you!!!Theres always some new cute little trinket to get. Lots of great stocking stuffers or party supplies and you can find so many nice things to make a goodie bag or gift basket with. Theres even nice glassware and cookware. They have it all!!!!!

The shopping was very pleasant but the cashier wasnt at all pleasant. She was too direct and just down right ugly to the elder lady in front of me.. to the point I said you must be having a busy day.. she replied I have only been here 10-15 minutes.. really... Very rude and disrespectful... Do yours Job.. that would be too be busy and pleasant to your customer...

Employee decided after 20 minutes of me being in the store and proceeding to check out with my small terrier mix dog in my arms,that they dont allow pets in the store Im sorry but 99% of stores allow me to bring my dog inside with me especially in 90 degree weather, Im sorry but your $100 fine from the health department is less than the fine i will get for leaving him inside the car or God forbid my dog dying from a heat stroke, because somebody pissed in your cornflakes this morning!!

I love this place. It is a true dollar store. Everything is $1... You can barely find anything for a dollar in most of the other dollar stores.

Nice store with alot of needed items but need to keep open other registers. The wait time is defa problem. Think about the customers.

Some mean cashiers. One refused to count approx 20 pennies and made me put items back for her laziness. Not to mention I was struggling to get money and digging through trash for cans.

Super big store. But everytime I go,they have the same stuff. Nothing special. And when I went today the cashier looked super miserable. One thing that I hate is when i say thank you, and they dont say your welcome or have a good day. Geez, whatever happened to great customer service.

My experience started out very well. Until I got to the register and realized I left my card in my truck. Upon getting purse out the car Sherri who served since 2013, got rude by saying do you even have it with you now. Very rude and impatient.#NONODOLLARTREE
