Bought a car from these folks in 2013. Car is still doing pretty good. Had some work done on it nice honest people. When I’m ready to buy a new one. Sean is easily the best car sales consultant I have ever encountered. He made sure the entire process was as pain free as possible. Many car dealerships I have come in contact with either haggled me and continued to pry after I told them I was uninterested, but AutoFair Nissan didn’t. I cannot recommend them or Sean enough.

I brought my Nissan Armada her to be repaired and the customer service was great. I then go to pay my 700$ bill for the repair and they tell me there is a charge to pay by credit card. I spent 700$ and they charged me 25$ to pay by credit card. I’ll go to my local mechanic next time.

Our sales man Sean Melton went over and beyond his job. He is a asset to your company. He made me feel comfortable looking at the car I wanted. It was raining out so he drove the car inside so we wouldnt get wet. Its a small thing to do but meant a lot to me. I would recommended him to another person.

Exceptional service on my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and kept up with progress of repair at all times. Let me know if any other problems were in the future. Parts Dept exceptional service and answered all my questions (without saying I don’t know but found out quickly) especially since my vehicle was not a Nissan. They took great pride in their work. Would definitely use them again for service and would consider a Nissan in next car purchase from AutoFair Nissan. Exceptional!!!!

My Wife and I were treated very well, and searching for a new vehicle. My wife had a vehicle in mind that she really wanted to look at and test drive and the salesperson Dave, was very kind considerate not pushy let us look over the car we took it ended up being a Honda Odyssey van than my wife fell in love with and he spent a good amount of time answering questions getting us set up and so did the finance person Sue take good care of us and we actually walked out of the dealership with a car that night took care of transferring papers and Micah sold to them and we bought this beautiful 2016 Honda Odyssey well equipped with eight seats that we needed for our grandchildren and just cant be any happier, We love the vehicle.

Very very. upsetting to know that .y Nissan frontiers rear end is gone not over 55000 miles!!!°° I do not. Have that extended Warranty.Was told. HOW NISSAN IS MADE SO WELL!! Well. Mechanic told me. It will cost Me 4000. Dollars to fix it!!!°°°° totally disgusted at this point!! I will never buy a Nissan Again! I should have gone with a Chevy. Built to last. Nissan does not stand behind their product!!!!!

I had a great experience at Nissan Auto Fair with Darius, Adam and Sue. As a sales person, Darius was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and took his time. I also went to Port City in Portsmouth and the sales person not only kept trying to make me buy something I didn’t want, he didn’t know anything about the car. I literally ran out of there. Darius is great. He got me EXACTLY what I wanted in the color and trim level!! The negotiations were fair and not at all pushy. Great place to do business. Sue helped with the financing and final paperwork and was also very professional and knew her stuff. I will definitely go see them first when my lease is over! Thank you!

We were in Walmart in Epping, NH, gettingnew tires, when they notified us our Nissan had locking lugnuts. We never were given the key to these when we bought our SUV from another Nissan dealer. We called AutoFair Nissan in Stratham, and told them about our dilema. They let us bring the SUV right down and removed the locking lug nuts within mere minutes! We were able to get our new tires, after much worry about this! They were replaced with non-locking lug nuts, so we will never have this issue again! BIG THANK YOU!!

As usual, service was timely and excellent . However, being informed that Auto Fair us now charging 3 1/2 % to use a credit card is OUTRAGEOUS. Where was your customer notification of that change in policy? 25 years a customer of Infiniti/Nissan and never has anything been more misguided. Allowing for credit cards is a cost of doing business - you have had it covered in your overhead rate for years. For you to suggest it’s a new cost is total nonsense. You need to rethink your policy - I hope other customers are equally outraged with your arrogance. This us a fee grab and nothing more.

I bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue in December 2020. After driving it a week or so I heard clicking in steering the vehicle . Notified Auto Fair in Statham. I drove over and of course we couldnt hear the clicking that was happening. At the first oil change I told them again about this clicking and again they couldnt find the problem. Now on my second oil change they found the problem and said it was the struts and that they will incur the cost and fix it. Perfect.

Brought my Nissan in for warranty service on the transmission was told it would be covered under warranty before i brought then they called and told me it wasn’t because of a cold air intake i installed on my car said it put strain on the transmission when it has nothing to do with it the cvt transmission are a know problem and they know that Nissan just had a lawsuit over them the tech i spoke to was very nice and helpful he gave me a number to call i did and they told me to contact another dealer i called 3 of them told them the situation and all 3 of them said bring it down and they will fix it under warranty the aftermarket parts have nothing to do with the transmission i will not recommend this dealer to anyone for warranty work

The technicians were kind and helpful. Two things I didn’t appreciate: charges for using a credit card and charging to remove rodent after the charge to diagnose the problem. Not sure why you had to charge 50 extra. You were already in there. No reflection on the service just the policies auto fair has. Might need to choose another dealer. Sorry.

My car failed inspection and they were able to do the repairs to fix it and get my inspection sticker while I was there so I didn’t have to come back another day. They were friendly and explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. The waiting room also had plenty of seats spaced out to accommodate proper social distancing. Very much recommend them. All my interactions with them have been good experiences.

Ive been bringing my car here for a couple years now for their car detail services. I have a Cadillac Escalade with two kids and two dogs, so plenty of area to clean! I can go on and on about how amazing the detail service is-- always incredible, its like getting a brand new car every time. The cost is also extremely reasonable. Those reasons alone would keep me coming back. However, its the PEOPLE at AutoFair Nissan that are the most impressive part. I always have the pleasure of working with Cam in service when I visit-- hes so friendly, always smiling and happy and its infectious. The lengths at which they go to accommodate me says everything. Found out the condenser went for the AC they ordered part and let me know it wasn’t coming the day it was supposed to by calling leaving message. Was told they had a loaner vehicle if needed. We found an SUV we liked online and requested to be contacted about it. Someone called us almost instantly. We asked if we could see it today and were scheduled for the time we wanted. We were seen right away and everything was handled efficiently from beginning to end. The sales person was polite and knowledgeable. The haggling piece of the transaction was equally painless. We told him what we wanted to put down and pay monthly and he made it happen. I got a fair price for my trade in too. I didnt think wed be leaving with my new vehicle when I walked in but I am so happy we did!

My wife just left the dealership. They wanted to change her air filter, cabin filter and transmission fluid. Plus differential fluids. Last time it was a brake job for a $1000+ And this time another $685. The cabin filter was changed 3 weeks ago and I do the air filter regularly. I did the entire brake job for less than a 1/3 the cost. They always find “something” and the cost is very unreasonable. I figure the dealer is more knowledgeable when dealing with any issues but at their outrageous prices, who can afford it?

I had my first service for my 2020 Frontier on Saturday March 27th. I was scheduled at 11am. I got there a few minutes early and they took my vehicle right away. I had an oil change and a state inspection done.Samuel check me in and told me that it wouldnt take that long and I waited in the service waiting room. While I was waiting, Samuel texted me and told me that I could text him at any time if I had any questions.I was out of there in about an hour, which I thought was really great considering that there were 3 other customers that came before me waiting in the waiting room.Im very pleased with my vehicle and really appreciative of the quick and professional service that I received.
