Lots of beautiful displays of high quality materials. Wonderful service with great ideas for our projects Highly recommend a visit.
Excellent.... on a custom bathroom. I wanted quartz shower walls, no seams. and every bell and whistle. A very tall order ..... Jason and his team were outstanding in their measuring and final installation. Because the shower was so intricate they made a plywood template to ensure that every opening was correctly cut. This project was expensive and time consuming, however it was well worth the time and money. The bathroom cabinet was even better than I imagined. In fact I am so pleased with the quality of the products, the customer service, and their commitment to excellence that I am now working with Serena to redo my kitchen.
If you value your sanity, time, and money run. From start to finish Integrity Kitchen and Bath was near impossible to work with. From their lack of communication to their consistent mistakes our simple kitchen renovation became a complete nightmare that went on for months. We wanted to love them and we provided multiple chances to get it right but they completely failed to deliver and were unreliable. It started with ordering the wrong cabinet color and size, to needing weeks to reorder them. They tried to make it right so we proceeded to pick counters with them. Integrity then measured for counter size incorrectly and asked if we could get creative to make the counters work or pay substantially more to get another slab. We demanded a refund and took our business elsewhere. I continued to reach out regarding a chipped drawer they installed and a hinge that was also installed already stripped but never received response. Do not make the same mistakes we did in hiring them - to say we were beyond disappointed in their service is an understatement.
Very unprofessional. We have been patiently working for almost two years with them to have a few seemingly simple things corrected. They infrequently return calls/emails and still havent fixed the issues.
Eric did granite kitchen and bath counter install today. Eric was incredibly professional and paid attention to every detail, working late into the evening to make sure everything looked great. Hannah was also wonderful to work with as we planned and assisted us through the process. Our kitchen and bathroom both look amazing! I highly recommend Integrity!
We met with Serena when picking out our granite for our new house. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Integrity Stone to anyone looking to install granite. The day the cabinets were installed Integrity Stone came out to make the template. Within 3 days the granite was installed with absolutely no flaws. We will use them soon to do the 2 vanities in our bathroom.Jason & Lianne
We had a great experience with the team from Rochester (Jason, Jeff, Serena and the install team). From choosing the granite to template and install all went smooth and to schedule. Our kitchen looks great and we couldnt be happier. Thanks again!
They installed CRACKED granite countertops in our condo. The day before they were scheduled to install our granite, I called them to make sure they were coming. During that call I was told that their only cutting machine broke down a few days ago and that OUR GRANITE was on the machine WHEN IT BROKE. They didnt even have the integrity to call me and let me know. They waited until I called them to tell me.Because their machine was down over a week, they fell behind on their installations. I called them several times to find out when I could expect them. During all of these conversations, they denied it was our granite on the machine when it broke. This turned out to be a LIE because the granite they finally installed WASNT close to being the SAME COLOR GRANITE they installed in our bathroom a month earlier. It was so far off, that I wonder if it was even the same type of granite and not just a different lot. When I asked when I could expect them, they told me they were trying to catch up as fast as possible. To do this, they were scheduling jobs close to each other so they could be more efficient. Because they didnt have any jobs near me, I was put at the END OF THE LIST.They finally installed the new granite over A MONTH LATER THAN PLANNED. After they left, my wife noticed a COUPLE OF CRACKS by the faucet. They DENIED knowing about the cracks, but it was obvious that Someone Tried To Repair the cracks so it would hold together long enough for them to install it and get out. They knew we had the plumber coming first thing the next morning, so Im sure they hoped we wouldnt notice the cracks and BLAME HIM for cracking it when he installed the faucet and theyd be off the hook. We are very lucky my wife noticed because if she didnt, its possible that the granite would have fallen on to the plumber while he was under it connecting the faucet and he could have been seriously hurt. They are calledINTEGRITY but obviously dont know what the word means. If a company Lies To You, puts you BEHIND OTHER CUSTOMERS that should have been behind us and tries to get away with installing cracked granite that isnt even what you picked out, the one thing they dont have is INTEGRITY...Because of their lack of integrity, we ended up NOT being ABLE to USE our KITCHEN for over 2 MONTHS.
My wife and I had a great experience with Integrity Stone. The process went smooth and everyone was very pleasant from beginning to end. We would definitely use them again if the time came.
Outstanding service from Integrity Stone. Sarena and Kayla were terrific to work with in the showroom providing great ideas and suggestions for our kitchen. The installation was extremely efficient and the finished product looks great. The turnaround time from template to installation was a short 5 days, which is super impressive. I am very pleased I went with Integrity Stone for our kitchen countertop.
Great selection, horrible service. Like the previous statements the customer service was awful. We received a gift certificate that came with an expiration date. When we went to the Greenland showroom we were informed it also came with limitations which we quickly objected to along with the expiration date and were given a 1 month extension. We then went to the Gonic location and ordered with Jason who was very knowledgeable. We said we werent in too big a rush and were told by the end of the month theyd start on our piece. We waited and checked back. Calls were not returned. Finally went back to check in to be told our piece had broken when it was brought in and Serena was trying to find a replacement. No one had called to say something. We had chosen to use remnant pieces and were not easily replaceable. We picked out replacement stone and waited, checked in a few weeks later and again there were calls not returned. Ultimately it took us 3 and a half months to get our 2 vanity tops!
I ordered my kitchen counter top through the Barrington location and start to finish it was a 14 day turnaround. The installation was done perfectly, and the seam is virtually invisible. I could not be happier with the way my kitchen looks now, and will definitely use Integrity for any future stonework.
BEWARE. What will seemingly start as a process that seems buttoned-up with good customer service and relatively knowledgeable staff, will quickly deteriorate into a comedy of incompetency. I lost 3-weeks of valuable time, extra money, and countless frustrations…ultimately switching to a different fabricator as a result. Save yourself the time and exasperated disappointments by just starting elsewhere. Take my advice, do not use Integrity Stone.
The folks at Integrity Stone were great with all stages of the process from planning and picking out materials to installation. They were great at communicating and the process was fairly quick.
We would like to compliment the whole Integrity Team. It has been a great pleasure to work with all of you.Our new counters were installed on Monday 12/12. The installers were very pleasant, accommodating, super conscientious (they went out and bought a new saw blade because the one they had wasn’t quite right), and fun! They cleaned up after themselves! That never happens. Watching them work, you really had the feeling they were striving for perfection. The end product is very high quality and our kitchen looks great with the counter upgrade.Hannah also did an excellent job from a Project Management view. She was on top of the project every step of the way getting questions asked and answered, getting a revised quote out since the price went down after templating, and then following up the next day to see how everything went.. We have done a lot of projects in this house since it was built in 1982 and have always been the G.C. Working with Integrity Stone was painless as well as seamless. We would highly recommend them!
Fantastic experience with our kitchen design. Everyone went above and beyond especially Ben!
We used Integrity Stone last year when we were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. I went with Marble and Soap Stone. I was REALLY hesitate to use Integrity Stone after reading so many negative reviews.Since they were in our area we decide to use them. I have to say everyone we worked with did their job. Jason is smart and knows his stuff and I found his wife to be very pleasant to work with as she helped me with deciding on the stones. She was so fast at getting me quotes for the stones and always called to schedule my appointments. Oh, I dont to forget the installers they were AWSOME!! I will recommend them and use them again. Thank you we Love our counters. Barrington, NH
I would highly recommend the folks @ Integrity Stone. After shopping around, we chose to go with Integrity because of a great selection of quality materials, a helpful staff, competitive pricing, and a fairly fast turnaround time. We had them install a full quartz countertop throughout our kitchen, as well as a granite bathroom countertop.Sarena was great to work with, and made it easy for us to schedule our measurements and installation appointments. The install team did an awesome job, and we are more than pleased with the results.I would recommend going with Integrity vs. a big box store, as I feel they have a more personal level of service
We redid our kitchen and had pretty extensive countertop footage. The folks at Integrity Stone were great. Due to issues on our end with installation of other pieces in the kitchen, we had to reschedule the template and install multiple times. Sarena was always accommodating and able to fit us in based on our revised schedule. The templater and installers were friendly and easy to deal with. Our kitchen was a bit tricky and they had to make some adjustments to get the install to work, but made it a priority so that the granite could be installed immediately. It looks great. I would use them again for any granite project and I would definitely recommend them.
Hanna, the lady that assisted us with the purchase was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpfull throughout the complete timeline of the project. Troy who took the final measurements before the installation and the installers Eric and Bill were all hardworking co operative helpfull and friendly.Thank you folksPam and John Bell-Palmerino
They caused irreparable damage to my new hardwood floor and refused to repair it after accepting responsibility for the damage. Geoff even had a friend of his come look at it and agreed that itneeded to be replaced. Decent looking finished product, horrible service and extremely dishonest crew.
Good product, try hard, but they are in way over their heads. Husband and wife team, husband does the selling, templating, and install, wife does the office/logistics work. He knows what hes doing on the granite side, but is somewhat scatterbrained, most likely because he is so busy. She has no clue how to run a business, thinks she does, and seems to have no interest in changing. She forgot to call us back after we told her we wanted a specific piece of granite. She was going to check with the supplier and see if they had more of the same lot #. We called a month later. Not only had she not checked, she had forgotten what type we wanted. She screwed up the templating appt. twice, the install once. They never gave us any paperwork, no invoice, no estimate, nothing. We gave them a check for 1/2 of what they TOLD us the amount would be, before cutting. After install, we dropped a check off for the amount remainder. We got an invoice (our first paperwork) months after install that said paid. And that was only after another whole problem with a granite sealer we purchased and wanted warrantied.Bottom line, Jason is a young kid on his own, he knows his stuff, and does good work. If you can handle all, and I mean all, of the detail work yourself, then Id say go ahead with them. But be prepared for his wife to schedule an appt, then call you the day before, and attempt to schedule the same appt. When you tell her you have one set up for the next day already, she says that that wont work, Jason is already booked, youll have to pick another day. You pick another day, then the next day shell call and tell you that Jason has an opening because of a cancelation at the exact time of your original appt. That actually happened...twice. I dont think she writes the names of people into the schedule. weird.
The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Very rude and condescending over the phone.
We had a few issues with our install but after some phone calls and emails everything was completed and our countertops look great
Ben rocks!
