Can someone help me understand why I always get the wrong order? Every time I ask for sugar in my coffee and you guys always manage to forget about it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Like bruh, I’m just speechless at this point
The staff is always so caring. Yeah they are slammed but they still treat every customer with respect and do the best they can to keep everyone happy. Love it!

Great customer service! Everyone knows us by first name, however I’m giving it 3 stars based on product availability. Always out of products and never seem to be restocked. For such a fast pace location you would think they wouldn’t be out all the time.
There were only 3 cars ahead of me, and I waited 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee… after the line has barely moved I decided to drive off. I can’t imagine waiting any longer for a single cup of coffee, the employees must be so slow here!

Friendly, eager to serve staff. Drive thru, plenty of parking, easy to use app and iPhone and Google pay. I had a blonde COFFEE, just in case someone gets the wrong idea, and spinach and feta cheese wrap. Both were good 👍! Thanks to this Starbucks for having part of the plazas road repaved! Now, if the plazas owners would finish the rest of the parking lot!I wonder if they will build a Starbucks in Wakanda?
Good food good drinks but honestly kind of hard to order because some of the names are so long. And hard to understand some of the menu choices but other than that the people are really friendly

It was my first time ever ordering from Starbucks today. Silly me thought a Tall was the biggest size. The lovely employees were kind enough to switch it out for me free of charge. You NEVER get that at dunks. Thanks guys, you rock! And you didnt make me feel like an idiot hahahah! ❤

Starbucks has always been my favorite coffee stop. Ive been a gold star member for a very long time. Since they built one in my hometown Ive been on cloud 9. Great company with great employees and consistent food and drink items
I have only been to this starbucks once, I normally go to the one in Epping but this one recently opened and is a little closer to me. I go to starbucks often but sometimes I just go to get the syrups. I got two syrups and wasnt given pumps for them because they “didnt have enough”. I have probably gotten syrups 5-6 times before and this is the first time I havnt gotten pumps. I had to spend $12 to order them online when they shouldve just come with it like they do at every other store... On the bright side, the kid at the window was very nice and even asked the manager if I could have pumps and the manager was the one that said no.
Cleanest most efficient drive thru that I have visited! Truly touchless service. I greatly appreciate the effort to keep your customers safe and healthy!!! Kudos!

Whats the point of an online order if they fill the order 10 minutes slower than the app says it will be ready?The last two times I have been here, it has taken them 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee.
Saturday morning,10 people staffed, 3 people working. 15 minutes for an iced tea served with a bad and sour attitude. Terrible experience, rude staff, and beyond unnecessary wait time. 30 min wait in drive thru.

Im usually a huge fan of Starbucks, but I just had a pretty bad experience at this location. This elderly woman was working the window and from the start, she clearly was not thrilled to be there. She didnt greet us, grabbed the next coffees in line, and when we said we have an order for pick up, she ended up getting our order. My boyfriend in the drivers seat reiterated our order, noticing that my iced vanilla chai with cinnamon had no sign of cinnamon, she handed it to us anyway and when I mentioned the lack of cinnamon, she said I cant take it back in here, check the label.... Does it say cinnamon? We told her it did and she replied, then it has some cinnamon. We took the drink in disbelief of the rudeness and then to top it off, she gave us a, Next time you come up to the window, give us your name. In a pretty snide tone. My boyfriend hates confrontation and we were both very aware of the long line, but Im severely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I dont pay $5+ for a drink to be incorrect, especially when I double check its correct first, and get talked down to like that. I get COVID is scary for elderly folks, but that was pretty uncalled for in my opinion and she could have easily offered a cup with cinnamon for us instead of being rude.
I came to this Starbucks and from the start there was a long line. When I got up to have my order taken an elderly lady took my order very rudely. “What do you want” I ordered very dissatisfied with the lack of ambition I usually get from this location. As I got to the window she didn’t greet me simply told me the total and i handed her the cash. After she handed it back without a smile I was handed a straw, again without a smile. She handed me my drink and said here you go and went to close the window. I ordered a venti iced coffee with cream and it was black. I said excuse me there is supposed to be cream in it and she just glared at me and said she didnt make it and then closed the window. I thought she wasn’t going to do anything about it at first and I was in shock. I then saw her flailing her hands around talking to a younger girl, clearly making fun of me. The younger girl was not amused with her behavior and grabbed me a little cup of cream and came to the window to apologize like it should have been done the first time. The young lady, with a smile she told me to have a nice day but it was already ruined due to this elderly lady’s rudeness. She is NOT what I want to see or deal with when I go to Starbucks.
💫 Clean, vibrant, and excellent service. The flat white was probably the best one Ive had to date.Im really excited for this location because the Exeter/Stratham area was lacking for the past decade. The local coffee shops arent bad, but sometimes you just want some classic Starbucks.
Drinks and food are excellent...staff are not very outgoing.

This was the worst cup of a Starbucks coffee I have ever had. I ordered just a black coffee. I don’t knowWhat they did but this was not the usual delicious cup of Starbucks coffee that I have had at other Starbucks locations. I may not go back to that location. So sad and disappointed 😩
