Ive been a client for over a decade. John, Patti, Jessica and Heather run a friendly, efficient, tight ship. In spite of monumental difficulties throughout the intrusion (shoehorning) of a Starbucks across the parking lot a couple years back and - even worse - the pandemic of the past 15 months, they were always there, ready to help keep the customers and packages moving briskly and on time. They also instituted an incoming package management system that has greatly improved notification of arrivals to client inboxes. I couldnt be happier with their organization. Highest recommendations.
Helpful, quick, affordable service. Packed up for me and showed a range of options for shipping service. Much better than going to the post office or shopping around and fedex & UPS!
I walked in right behind two customers each carrying two unlabeled boxes. Ugh, I thought, anticipating how long this usually takes at other establishments. Well, more employees emerged from the rear of the store to the registers, until there were 4 employees on a busy friday afternoon all helping customers! After waiting about 3 minutes, I was being helped, and the woman was quick with processing my shipments and patient as I looked up the phone number of the destination address (hint - have this ready when you go!) I had the option for USPS, UPS, and FedEx for each shipment. Having three options in one place was a huge advantage of this store.
Brought something in to ship. I just needed to get a box. The return label was printed. They took the items, I paid for the box and they did the rest. Not even 5 minutes for the whole transaction!! I was in and out!!

I used this business to send Christmas gifts to my niece and nephew. I had to use a fairly large box and it was going to cost more to ship the gifts than Id spent on them. The employee offered to cut the box down, and then repacked the box, taped it back up and shipped it. Based on the new dimensions of the box once the employee cut it down she saved me over $20! I really appreciated the service, especially at a busy time of year.
This co. is the BEST ! They go out of theyre way. To help you with packaging, and shipping! I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Postal Center USA. Their disorganization, lack of communication, and system based on memory lost a very important package that was sent there as they declined it, although I had called ahead to get permission to make sure they would accept it. The owner seems to be a generally nice guy who was willing to listen, however, the other man that works there (its just the two of them) was so unbelievably rude, patronizing, and unhelpful. At first he refused, saying he would have remembered if they had gotten a package. When I asked him to take a look around, he took it personally and eventually looked around the shop, something he wouldnt have done if I wouldnt have asked! Very poor customer service. Eventually the owner showed up to clear the situation up, recalling that they had declined the package. At least he was somewhat helpful, but just further demonstrated their inefficiency.
