First lets get things straight, this is a place for pros, plain and simple, guys with jobs to do and places to go. Yes they do service Joe or Jane Homeowner for quality electrical items and supplies, but if you look in the parking lot, its job vans and pickup trucks.Lisa and her staff are extremely knowledgeable AND friendly, but at busy times they may seem stressed, due to wanting to give contractors priority service. And if you want thrifty prices, go to the big box stores.Quality and service are the big factors here, for pros.

Good experience except the manager stands outside with a sign that says you must be this pro to shop. I guess I made the cut and got me some quality goods. But yeah again interesting experience...
