Really great service and amazing quality, long lasting furniture. We purchased our first couch from Stratham Furniture 7 years ago and it has held up beautifully withstanding years of abuse from messy toddlers and unruly pets. The cushions are still firm after 7 years and the fabric still looks new. We love our couch so much that we went back and purchased a second one for another area in our home. We also bought our king mattress here— so comfortable! This place seriously sells top of the line furniture that you will not have to replace anytime soon. Couldn’t be happier with our purchases.

Order a couch in March 2019 and was told it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks so you would think at least by May. Nope. After calling 3 times after this 4-6 week mark and being told it’s on the next truck (mind you we had to call them, they never called to say there was any sort of delay), we were finally told a date for delivery and a time of 2-4pm. Then once it finally got to that date, the truck didn’t arrive til close to 5 with a call to the store again asking where it was and the drivers saying they called twice when they didn’t. Stratham Furniture did nothing to try to even keep our future business or find a solution to this problem. Truly disappointing service.

Attempted to purchase a couch from them. Went to the warehouse to pick up my new couch and was told they didn’t have it and was told to go back to the store. At the store they tried to give me the floor model and refused to give me any money off after I had just paid for a brand new couch. The owner was rude and never apologized for having us drive all around. Not surprised they are going out of business.

Bought a King Koil mattress with stunning black frame and headboard. Very happy with how it looks in the space. The delivery was seamless and they were there at the the start of the delivery window, were very respectful of the walls and floors, assembled and placed the bed where we wanted it and were very courteous. At time of sale, salesperson was mindful of my budget. Also cant beat the 50% mattress deal around July 4!! Will be purchasing from this company again.

We bought our daughters first bed here and the price was great as well as the customer service was top notch. Although small everyone at the store was helping me load the bed into my little car. Great store, highly recommended!

Very good experience with Jay twice this year. We had a minor problem with one of our pieces and the factory and the store handed it without question. Excellent service. People you can work with each time you enter the store. Recommend them.

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered a queen sleep sofa in May 2017. Received it in mid July. The top of the sleep sofa was 21 off the floor and the bottom was 14. After months of going back and forth with the sales rep (Scott), in October 2017 a replacement sofa was ordered. Received the replacement sofa in late December only to have the same issue - top of the queen sofa was 18 off the floor and the bottom was 14. Reached back out to the rep (Scott) who indicated that we were stuck with the couch. Would not recommend buying your sleep sofa here unless you want to spend $1,500 for a lopsided sleeper.

My boyfriend and I purchased a couch from you guys a couple months ago. We were told that you would call us when you recieved it, most likely the first week of August. We didnt hear from anyone so we called yall and you said you had already had the couch for a few days... We asked when it would be delivered and you said the soonest it would be delivered was on August 29th. This was MUCH later than we were told so we asked if we could just pick the couch up ourselves but whoever we talked to didnt have an answer and they told us theyd get back to us on that and never did. My boyfriend called today to let them know he was coming in to pay off the remaining balance but when he got there they said their card machine wasnt working (which wasnt mentioned when he called a half an hour before) so they took his card number instead and will process it when it does work and will call us when they do. He also asked to see the couch and you said no because its in the warehouse. Im not sure if this couch exists or if theyre ever even going to deliver it, this place has been an exhausting inconvenience since we walked in. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this place at this point, its clear since theyre going out of business they dont care at all about customer service or getting us our things in a timely manner.

I am rating this business with three stars. Nothing against the products; we bought a mattress. However, the delivery was the disappointing part. The weather was wet outside, so it is understandable that mud would be tracked in. However, nothing was put down to protect our floors. The wood stairs werent a problem to clean, but our bedroom carpet also had tracked in mud from the delivery men. And even that would have been ok; except that the delivery men didnt acknowledge the mess nor did they apologize. I have heard of other businesses that when they deliver, they put down mats and wear booties to protect the homeowners floors. Very disappointed with the service we received.
