I hate this place! I will travel toChicago or the south suburbs before I spend a penny of my hard earned money here! They should invest in more security cameras or security so that people of color are NOT FOLLOWED AROUND! NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL!!!!! I pay for EVERYTHING I HAVE! 😡

Extremely ridiculous service staff and manager is not good they don’t give time to customer they are extremely bad don’t ever go there I will never ever look at that place very terrible service and they want us to pay extra if we are purchasing with card .. I am definitely hate them.. don’t care about customer..

WILL NOT be patronizing this business anymore! Extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL staff! I understand that due to the pandemic, no one is allowed to try on wigs. However, not to AT LEAST put the wig on a mannequin to allow my wife to see how it looked???!!!! Personally, I feel disrespected that the requested product was behind the counter! THIS is the reason why BLACK BUSINESSES MATTER!!!

Great place for all your beauty supply needs. Reasonable pricing. Very helpful associates and very friendly. Was able to find everything i needed. Even got stuff that my daughter was looking for. Grear little store crammed with something for everyone. Must go to see for yourself. Definitely will go back. If youre in the market for wigs or hair pieces they have a wide variety. I have lots of my own hair so i did not need that service. But i will be going back when looking for other items.

Major supply of hair products for all types of hair & heads! They got almost every major brand in hair/scalp product for a decent price. Barber supplies is simple & okay pricing on equipment.

Been coming here over the past few months,because I live in the suburbs and this is the only beauty supply close to me.I buy 70-80 dollar wigs from here.And I notice they get totally messed up in a span of 2 weeks.its not the way I maintain the hair,trust me.Its Just that this place has cheap quality hair and they over price it.I used to buy wigs from the hillside location that cost 70-80 dollars, and those WIGS lasted me for MONTHS.Beauty town Inc is a rip off.I will now have to drive almost 45min to hillside Just to get some good quality hair!!!

They were very polite and helpful and I love all of my purchases.

First thing you see before making it in the store is a sign that says keep all purses and bags zipped up. They dont have much of a selection. No one spoke to me until I got to the register. If youre a Licensed Cosmetologist They dont give you a discount, this is the store beauty business that has ever told me that. I wont be returning!

The clerk here was very helpful and knowledgeable about hair products and helped me to find just what I needed even though the name of the product had changed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!***The only reason i shop here is because the specific kind of human hair bundles i buy are very cheap here. The staff are very weird and stare you down and follow you everywhere you go. I wouldnt recommend the store for regular shopping i only go here for convenience and price. Once i find a better supplier i will never come back here. They also barely speak english and are hard to understand, no big deal but if you are running a business in a majority english speaking area then you should have staff that can speak properly...

The most uncomfortable beauty supply store Ive ever been in. They follow you around like the lady on Dont Be a Menace. They are so racist. And Im pretty sure these reviews dont matter to them because no matter what, they stay packed. But last week was my last time giving them a dime. The younger short guy is the worst. So Ill continue to travel to Broadview for my hair care needs. Or better yet, maybe Ill open up a beauty supply of my own out here. They only have this much business because its the only store of its kind in this area. We need to stop spending our money with people that hate us.

Their hours aren’t the greatest. Who closes early on Friday? Any time I’ve been in there, they’re always rushing me. They will literally watch and follow you around the store. The lack of customer service and borderline racism made me start shopping online with Sam’s Beauty and BlackHairSpray. They have better prices and selection anyway.

These ppl have gone loco with their prices! I can go somewhere else and get the same products for a much better amount. I haven’t been in there for months, and wouldn’t recommend this place to a poodle 🐩

This place is a scam. Selling fake hair and claiming it us real hair! Contacted the AG, BBB and Chamber of Commerce for fraud!

They were rushing me out the store bc they were closing instead of being concerned about whether I was finding everything I came there for. On a more positive note I like their variety better than other beauty supply stores.

This store is amazing!!!! I come here all the time to get my hair for braids or crochets and the hair is wonderful!!!! Theyre prices are affordable too

Absolutely horrible customer service, the first thing you see is keep purses zipped up as if you were already walking in being accused of stealing, they are no help at all and are extremely rude, I paid 60 cents for a wig cap, to try on a few wigs and as I walked out I was accused of not paying which I had in the back in the wig section I gave the money to the lady. Never coming back please avoid this store.
