They were clean but they need more help to get items outside. They have women lifting heavy items. Not they are weak just not as strong as the men but other wise very nice and sanitized.

The employees are extremely helpful and so are the managers, Every time I have walked into the electrical department an employee was there and greeted me and asked me for assistance. The employees in the electrical department in my opinion are the best at customer service in this store. The rest of the store is organized at neat.

First of all I want to state that this store is super awesome. Every time I go in there I am immediately asked if I need help. I do want to give a special shout out to Steve and Jess for going above and beyond and helping me resolve my issue. Thanks so much.

The workers there are very helpful. If you need to make a return, it is super fast and easy from my experience.

Hard to locate items due to the size of the store. The easiest way to find things is to find an associate and have them tell you where it is, or take you to where it is. Once I had an associate helping me everything went fine found everything I need with no problems. I will go back in the future.

Hopefully they are able to give my dad the hot water tank that he ordered because his wife missed a call regarding it

We love Home Depot but the store in Streetsboro isnt as neat & tidy as the one in Aurora. And as we were wandering around looking for kitchen trash cans, 5 associates walked past us, not all together, and not one stopped & asked if they could help us. We finally had to stop an associate ourselves & ask. He was super friendly & helpful. PS...WHY would kitchen/office trash cans be buried in the back of the store behind the kitchen displays?!

The lumber salespeople never ask if you need help finding something or offer assistance lifting heavy items. But they have no problem standing around watching you struggle.

If you want to rent tools or trailers this is the place to come! No hassle, j they ust scan the back of your license and use your credit or debit card for a deposit! Return is just as easy. Great service.

Never EVER will I buy from Home Depot again! Purchased a GE refrigerator and stove on December 2020 and when delivered it was not in boxes, delivered me floor models. Today my stove - electric range went out, not working! 3 months old.....REALLY!! Now I have to wait until April 9th for the manufacturer to come out and repair a 3 MONTH OLD appliance....unacceptable!!!!!! When I called the manager to try to switch it out, he showed no concern at all and said sorry no can do! So good no can do to ever purchase from your store again!!!!!!

I’ll never step foot in HD again! And I’m fine with that as there is a Lowe’s next to it. I bought Bahr semi-transparent deck stain in Redwood tone. Does this look like redwood????? The guy would not take it back nor would he give me credit in the store. Took me close to 20 hours to power wash this orange paint off my deck. The guy was slightly rude and only offered to re tone it. He said it was non refundable.

Ordered 4 chairs. Waited for 45 minutes in the pick up line, waiting on the representative to local 4 UNDAMAGED chairs. And was unable to do so. Soooo its a kinda take what you get when you get it store I supposed.

They have been extremely helpful through building out my business! I have a Lowe’s right up the street and go out of my way to come here because they are so helpful and kind and really just want to compliment DENNIS! He helped me find something out of his section and it was perfect and exactly what I needed and He is extremely kind and friendly!!

Worst experience of my life, purchased new front doors through Home Depot installation services.Three weeks after delivery of door its still in my garage, their service Vendor never installed a Iron door, and after giving them the Manufacturer directions & YouTube Video the Vendor said he could not do it. If you need door installed go somewhere else.Home Depot installation service advertising is a scam!

Great customer service in Streetsboro. I was assisted by knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had lots of questions about a snow blower and received lots of great information.

Been going there for the past 3 months and other than kitchen cabinets being for the most part out of stock, everything else is in stock and Im very satisfied. Everybody that works there and all the different locations including this one are very polite and professional.

Three HomeDepot employees chatting in front of the Ryobi display blocking my access, I heard they said “I’m bored”, “me too”zI asked nicely so that I can get in there and try out the display drill. Two ladies took 1 steps to left, one took HALF step, make it just enough space for me to get in. No social distance! And they gave me eyes!Later, I asked for help to cut the plywood, they said they would send someone down, no one showed up. I waited and waited, and found an employee who had been sweeping floors and walked by me twice. He seemed very unwilling to help, not polite at all.And I asked for birch plywood, he sold me Red Oak, I didn’t notice that until I went home and saw the description on the receipt.I would rather drive to a far away Home Depot than this one. Even though it is very close to my house

Poorly ran store. staff are not at all knowledgeable on the departments they are responsible for. we were given wrong recommendations several times, especially in the plumbing department and resulted in rework in our home improvement projects. Tools and hardware associate is very rude, uncooperative and arrogant towards customers. The store remains obsolete in many regards and also doesnt offer any advantage with their credit cards. we would never go back to or recommend home depot to anyone.

They almost always have what I need,you just got to pay attention to what you get, some people can tend to be rough with items and put them back on shelf for an unsuspecting customer to purchase and you don’t realize it’s damaged or roughed up til it’s too late.

Mediocre selection of materials. Minimal customer service

I love home Depot, this is seriously my favorite store to visit. As crazy as it sounds, and I am not crazy, Ill run in when Im out and about and looking for something to do. I always find something that improves my home or makes doing a project around the house easier at a bargain of a price. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and over the years has gotten to know me so experiences always pleasant. Ive bought a number of major appliances including washer dryer and a dishwasher at home Depot with great success.

Great hardware store good prices

Bottom line, theyre doing the best that they can.Was getting help and the product I wanted a little slow?...yes.Did it take longer than I wanted to get in and out?...yes.But, lets all take a breath and look at the big picture. Everyone in my area came out because of the nice day, so the place was slammed. Maybe I didnt have as much going on as the couple by me that was swearing and threatening to go to Lowes, but its not like it took all day.Kudos to the lady that eventually helped us for not losing it on those two people. She handled herself as best as I could imagine.

I have a new Home Depot (HD) best bud, his name is Oliver (Ollie on his apron). I bought some duplex electrical outlets at HD earlier today. One of them was for a lamp outlet (learned that from Ollie, whos an electrician) whose top outlet was switch operated and bottom outlet was always on. After I replaced the outlet I saw that both of the outlets were always on. I called HD, learned that they had an electrician on duty, so I hightailed it back. I asked for for Ollie when I got there and not only did he immediately see what was wrong, he explained the problem to me, and within 5 minutes I was on my way back home with an outlet Ollie modified to work. Thanks again Ollie!!!!!!!!!!

Its a good store overall. Sometimes its hard to find staff to help or ask questions tho. The cashier are always great though. Even though the Cuyahoga location is closer, I try to avoid that store like the plague. Its always busy!

I was very impressed to be quickly welcomed the minute we walked in by a young man named Spencer. He asked us if we needed assistance and after we communicated what we needed he knew of the top of his head exactly the two aisles that me and my wife needed to go to in order to find exactly what we were looking for. This same day we were looking at some cabinets knobs and another employee reach out to another employee to make sure we were offered help. An extremely helpful lady took her time to explain to us the latest technology related to fridges. I dont know if I have ever been given such excellent service and attention within our entire summit county area before. Great store great service.

Lowes is a poor second to Home Depot. I just like the selection, people and prices better. Overall a superior experience.

I almost got run over with a cart pushed by one the employees. you think he could say excuse me. but he expected me to just jump out of his way, which. he must have mad about something. their attitudes are terrible. the product I purchased was good though.

Its Home Depot. Mostly good, but its a big box store with very few employees.

Gotta say, Lowes lately (in Stow) has terrible inventory and people are just grouchy. I was at this HD the other day and they had MUCH more in stock and people were more friendly. Wish it was closer to where I live.

Was able to find everything, and most things were fine. The problem was one person in lumber and one in customer service thought wearing a mask means around your neck!

HD won hands down today...they had all the pressure treated lumber I needed, an associate helped me load my cart UNSOLICITED!!!, and when it poured down rain, they had a huge loading pavilion where I took my time loading and securing without getting wet! TY HD!
