We were confused when we walked in and thanks to our sales person, Justin, we were able to sort out all of the intricacies one encounters buying a mattress. We also walked in when there was a great sale going on, exactly as advertised if one can even imagine that!We found a terrific mattress we could try out and even purchased a power base. Justin explained everything in great detail and answered our questions so in less than an hour we walked out thrilled with our purchase Delivery time was so fast on the merchandise we ordered, we had to ask for a few more days so we would be home to get the delivery.The store is not big in area but is big in in customer service and honesty which is a rare commodity these days!!! Highly recommend!!!

I am picky about mattress just as anybody else. I tried many mattresses but none of them were comfy. I am pretty much satisfied with the return policy. No questions asked. Wish they had free redelivery. 99$ is not fair enough. Plus restocking fee of 20%. If you have time and patience, you can try amazon (free returns, full refund).

Shopping was very easy. The employee helped me very quickly find the mattress I wanted. The only downside was they didn’t have the base for the mattress I wanted. So to get it quickly I had to go on to their website and order it online, that included a 75.00 shipping fee.

I went here to scout out mattresses for my mom. I knew from experience that when your mattress is bad and you are sleeping badly, thats the worst time to try and shop for a mattress. You just want the pain to end and youll pay any price. So I wanted to make the process easier for my mom. Dan helped me and as everyone has said, he was really awesome, very charming and patient and friendly. We picked out four mattresses that I thought would work for her and incidentally I know where Ill get my next mattress. I thought the prices were very reasonable and if you watch the sales you can get a really good deal, plus they take your old one away. My mom did go there and she liked the mattresses but she ended up getting a mattress elsewhere but Mattress Firm is definitely going to be my one-stop shopping experience when my current mattress goes bad or when I can find a good home for it. Since she didnt actually purchase a mattress I cant speak to the delivery times or process but all in all it was a great experience and for me its five minutes away from my house.

My daughter purchased her first mattress at Mattress Firm last week. The whole process was great. Jenna, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about all the mattress types and my daughter ended up with a great mattress that was in her budget. The delivery process was also great. The delivery was scheduled for a time that worked for us, in a city that was hundreds of miles away. Setup took ten minutes. I highly recommend working with Jenna at this location.

Went there on Sunday and the lady working there really knew what she was talking about, even though she spent a lot more time talking with other people than us. We ordered a mattress, box spring and a new frame on Sunday and it got there the very next day! Very fast and helpful for the most part.

If it was possible to leave this company a 0 score I would. I recently purchased mattress from this company. Was told they could deliver to me on such a date. I informed them that I would have to meet the delivery driver which would be a hour and half drive because we do not live there. Delivery day came, waited,waited,waited, called was told they will be there in 45 minutes. Waited, waited, waited, called again and was told the driver missed our stop and was continuing his route after me. We would have to reschedule, NO CALL to tell me driver missed my stop.After spending money in gas and driving an hour 45 minutes to meet them. They said sorry, its unfortunate and that was it. Terrible service by this company and their managers. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will be in for a big surprise.

Joe did a great job of talking us through our options within our price range and making sure we were getting the best price. Mattress came in within a couple of days. Having tried it out yet but it was a good overall experience so far.

We found the method of shopping easy and were able to learn and try out various options quickly. (Starting first with Bed type - FIrm, Medium or Soft - and then shopping the store by color zones to quickly reduce the larger number of choices.) It made the process simple and we learned what we needed.I didnt feel pressured to choose a higher priced option and found a reasonably priced bed that fit us the best. Even looked to add a power base at a great price as this great option was not available 10 years ago during our last purchase.I highly recommend.

My family and I walked in to the store the other day in desperate need of mattresses. We were warmly greeted by Sales Associate Joseph Todd and proceeded to look around. After a few moments Joseph talked to us, asked us what we were looking for and offered suggestions on different mattresses. He knew his product inside and out. We ended up choosing mattresses for the whole family- and it didnt hurt that the current sale was 0% / 6 years! What stood out clearly was the time and patience Joseph gave to us. In fact, he ended up staying after closing to finish and talk to us about the paperwork. He was never in a rush, either.
