Walked in to test office chairs. Stock was low. The parking lot was empty. We thought the store was open until 9pm but closes at 8pm.The employee literally followed us and supervised us (26 and 28 yo engaged couple) through our entire trip at the store. Awkward and invasive. Wasn’t asking questions to help us find anything. Just watching us...Will never return.

I went to Staples today, after Walmart was out of the two printer cartridges that I needed, and bought them there. Well the first receipt offered a $10 off of next $20 purchase, but the discount savings didnt start until tomorrow. I needed both black and color cartridges today, to do lawyer work on a court case I was involved in. (Mike, the Manager of the Streetsboro Store), allowed me to use the coupon today, instead of tomorrow, so that I could BOTH save the $10 AND get my work done TODAY. Thanks to you Manager Mike, you rock!

While working late, I ran out of printer ink and dashed to this store. I got there a little bit after they closed but the manager Mike still checked me out. This really saved me for a deadline at 0700. Thanks again for the great customer service.

This Staples clearly has a leadership problem. When a cashier which I expect knows nothing asks for help they cant get effective quick responses from their leadership team over the walk talkie things they wear. Meanwhile leadership is nowhere insight, or when they are around theyre sitting around trying to find ways NOT to come help. Extremely poor customer service. Their selection of merchandise is extremely limited. They cant even afford to own the entire store (the store was split into two other side is vacant). The staff while polite MOST of the time are clearly struggling with very bad leadership. I came in one time looking for a chair and they didnt have any at the time - again they have some now but its extremely limited. When I was looking around the store an extremely rude supervisor named DEB explained in the utmost rude tone they didnt have any. She made me feel unwelcomed so I left. I hope they close this store soon as theyre clearly struggling and have very poor customer service. Maybe replace it with a microcenter or something actually worth while.

Extremely expensive, time consuming, and very hard to find what I needed. The help was nice enough but rather inexperienced. I paid with a$50 bill and it had to be run through a scanner. It seemed to take forever. My change was all in small bills. Not the run in, get what I need, get out fast errand I planned.

Our Streetsboro Staples store is the best around here. Great, helpful and informative staff make this store top notch.

Pathetic experience. The cashier who rang me out wasn’t friendly, didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, didn’t look at me, didn’t offer me a bag for my items, and didn’t speak a word to me other than what I owed. The price on the item I bought was also 1.7 times higher than other retailers. Luckily they price matched. But beware...

I had TWO employees walk in on me while in the bathroom during the same sitting. The first woman literally rammed the stall door in which was locked! She told me it was a habit! Who the hell has a habit of ramming in bathroom doors!? Very rude and violating!
