Took a disabled relative for an eye appointment and received great service from the doctor and staff.Also stopped a couple of days later myself to get my nose guards replaced. The optician in training did that and also cleaned and tightened my glasses making them like new. I went when I saw they werent busy and they took great care!

I usually go for all eye care needs because eye doctor is good but this year I experienced too much drama from staff. Forget about purchasing eyeglasses or frames, you can’t even get close to the shelves or browse the frames. You need appointment for everything from eye exams to ordering RX. The entire area is off limits for customers since they renovate. I wish they have everything printed on the RX if you choose to buy your glasses online. Hoping to see them improve.

Never went to Walmart Vision prior to this. Was pleasantly surprised! Very convenient location. Staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and always answers the phone and calls back promptly when necessary. Doctor was very good! No issues at all.

There are very helpful with checking visions and doing test they are very nice and respectful. So I recommend going there for vision checks, there are very nice pairs of glasses there is almost every color you can think of and lost of patterns and styles so go there and get your vision checked there is you need to!

Custom fits you to a frame and lens size, I like that, because we sure do not have a clue! So much better customer service than private vision centers. Came in 10 days sooner than quoted. Never will I ever come here again I waited over 45 minutes just to pick my son glasses up there was only one worker which its not her fault but this is a optical place there is so much going on with one customer why is there only person working they cant help everyone at once nor give them the best service with everyone so upset for the long wait nothing in Walmart never goes smoothly never

I went there for glasses, the young man that took care of me explained everything in detail so it was easy to understand about my insurance and the process for the glasses.This is my only reason for a 5-Star mark.
