The customer service is great.
Ran in for cigarettes, no problems.
They turn the thermostat up on their coolers. The drink are not that cold at all. I hate this. If you buy a can soda it should be cold not cool. They may think its OK but this is a huge issue in the c store industry. People will go to the stores where the drink are the coldest. They losing customer and dont know or dont care. As far as customer service in my regards their great. Honestly, I ignore alot of stuff I mainly focus on items I purchase doing so is less stress.

I have been in this town 9 years!! I would go in speedway everyday Michelle and Mike(now retired) are thee Nicest! Vivit or V is amazing customer service rep! How ever.... ever since Dawn has been working there I notice she treats people of different colors rudely!! She cards me every time all the time for no reason at all!! And again I’ve been going there for years but I sat back and watched her with other customers and did not card them!! She had the nerve to tell me DO NOT COME IN THERE WHEN SHE IS THERE!! I am blown away! Loyal customer lost!!! I proceeded to ask her for corporate number and she threw this card with a speedway card at me! Horrible rep for your company!
DAWN is a terrible Representative of SPEEDWAY. Until recently (once she realized I was a retired public service officer) she has continually been very rude, bias and at times what seems to be RACIST. All anyone has to due is walk-in TO PURCHASE and watch her customer service interactions WITH ALL INDIVIDUALS..... such a shame during this time of crisis.
Im frequently at Speedways - this place was nice - and the personnel is what makes it. I dont know where stuff is there (different layout), but girl behind the counter - helpful and NICE. Big plus.
Update. 2 years later and the pumps still dont read your cards correctly. And you cant pump first because the cashiers dont turn the pump on.You guys had better get these stupid pump card readers fixed. I dont have time to play around swiping my card over and over and over.
Bought a scratch off that wouldnt validate. When I called the woman was very rude and acted like it was my problem. Another retailer explained the problem that they hadnt activated the book of tickets and they could do so without me returning to the store. She tells me its been activated that isnt the problem. After telling her I was going to call the lottery and complain she hung up on me .
Never had an issue with the staff but the place looks run down
Purchased a phone card and the rude nite shift lady didnt swipe my card....we tried to call she hung up on me twice....she is the most miserable, down rite rude af sorry excuse for a person whos job is working with the public. Its amazing to me that with all the reviews I read and now find myself leaving that a company is so desperate to keep someone so vile and full of anger (and by no means anything nice to say).....employed. after the way I was treated I will never be back and im calling ur corporate office.
Tried to buy juul pods with a legal ID. Old guy at the counter didnt even look at it and said he couldnt accept it. Terrible p.o.s. worker
