This place is amazing! I was in need of some replacement parts for my fence. I had called at least 4-5 places before calling Fence Depot and got nothing but the run around. Needless to say I was feeling defeated when I made the call to Fence Depot. Fortunately for me it was nothing like the other calls I had made. When I called, Jason answered the phone and he was extremely helpful right from the get go. I was trying to explain what I needed and he asked me some questions and even suggested I send a couple pics of my current fence so he could confirm. Not only was Jason helpful but Fence Depot had the parts none of the other places had. Talk about a great experience. 5 stars for sure!

Great pricing and AMAZING customer service. I needed to purchase a specific ornamental metal fence for my dog area that would match existing fence surrounding a pool. After providing my dimensions, Jason C was incredibly helpful with laying the fence out, determining exactly what parts I needed asking concise, meaningful questions throughout the process. He explained what spend level needed to be obtained to eliminate shipping charges, essentially getting me extra fence for “free”. After review my order and picture of existing fence provided, he informed me I had selected a different model fence and then corrected the order for me. My order was placed without issue and the fence manufacturer committed delivery as Jason had stated. All materials are getting delayed due to Covid, when my shipment was delayed Jason proactively followed up on my order, even during his vacation from work,to provide updates on when then fence would be delivered. The fence was delivered in excellent condition and was easy to install with the directions provided by fence depot. I highly recommend Fence Depot, their pricing and commitment to total customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Jason deserves some extra days off for all the work he did for me while on vacation, he delivered a level of customer service that is impossible to find these days. I purchased about 160’ of fence (was tying into neighboring fences) and 3 gates. One was a double gate. The ship arrived with more than half of the pieces damaged. It took a week or 2 to get the resolution worked thru, but in the end the company expedited replacement pieces and we got the fence installed and looks good. One reason we went with the company was the ease of doing business. We sent in our sketches and they returned a parts list with quote. After installing, you realize the accuracy of their quote and piece count. Good job. I’d buy from them again and would recommend them to a friend.

Jason answered all of my questions prior to ordering, especially shipping since I am located in another state. Very easy to deal with. Will follow up with another post once fencing has arrived and is installed by my contractor.
