The owner, Jeff, came to my house and provided me with different options and various price-points so that I could make the best decision for me. The estimate process was very clear and upfront. The technician who later installed the new system, Travis, was professional and did a great job on the install. Karl the technician was fantastic. Monica the receptionist has an attitude on the phone and shouldnt be the one front facing customers. Her tone was extremely defensive and condescending when I mentioned that I called and emailed over the course of 3 days with no response. She felt the need to argue with me rather than just apologize and get right to scheduling me. She would benefit from a Customer Service Training 101 course. Otherwise, my experience with Karl was awesome. He was kind, informative, worked quickly, paid attention to detail, and was a pleasure to be around.

I got a pole stuck between the track and the wall. When the garage door came down, I heard a loud sound. I didnt know how much damage I did to my garage door. When I called in the morning for a service call, they were able to schedule me that same day.Nate was very friendly and didnt mind me watching the repair. All that I ended up needing was my cable and pulley system reset and tightened. Nate was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He also tightened the springs and oiled a few parts. I thought the motor was gone in my garage door opener and the young man walked in and took one look and said “ it’s not your motor-You have a broken spring.” He installed a new spring and within less than 1/2 hour I was back in business with my garage door working! Called Maxim on a Monday, he came to look at our garage on Tuesday and was back Wednesday to swap out the opener and springs.Professional, quick and offered a veteran discount which is always appreciated. Could not be happier.

A spring broke and I was unable to open my garage door without help. I was glad when Jeff responded quickly to my text on a Saturday and Nathan was able to come that afternoon (earlier than expected) and replaced the springs. Conveniently I was even able to pay with a credit card.

NAthan C. arrived two hours ahead of schedule as a result of a previous appointment cancellation. He called my mobile phone to give me a heads up. When he arrived he was masked up. He asked me what was the problem with the door. Told him it was making rumbling noise while closing. He asked me to run the door open/closed. He immediately stated I had a broken spring. Quoted one spring replacement cost and recommed that if the other spring is same age i shoud consider replacing both. Wise recommendation as I had another home with the same problem and DID NOT replace the other spring---result---three months later the older spring broke!Nathan installed the new springs, lubricated them and greased the screw motor. Completed in one hour. Easy payment via hand held computer. Great service!!!
