Its a decent store. People just working to make a living, and prices low enough that they are affordable. Be aware that the store does not accept American Express credit cards. Also, bring your own bags. Sometimes theres a wait as usually only a few people working, only one on registers if someone starts unloading on to the belt. Otherwise, they are stocking and cleaning.

The products are fresh and crisp with prices that make me Wonder how they are making money. I have been shopping for years in this save a lot. From middle school to college and never had a problem or disappointment in thier products. Unfortunately they close thier door for the last time March 31, 2021. The prices have fallen to rock bottom to push as much product out the door. Even with that the service cant be beat. I highly recommend to go in before they close.

We waited a little later to start our day so we could go here to shop. The prices are more affordable and the food to feed four guys is just as good as larger chain stores. Grateful to have this option while traveling for work.

It was good not a lot of people got to take the time to look at things with out being a hurry.

While produce could be managed a little bit better for the quality of their fresh produce. I like their selection. I wish the store was a little bit bigger. However I find myself going back to Save-A-Lot time and time again When I know I have a strict budget. I love that their items are so inexpensive and affordable. Overall awesome friendly store!

Not enough baby food. My son is now big enough to hold his own bottles and I just wanted to see more squeezable fruits and vegetables. Other than that the place and staff are friendly, polite, professional, and kind

You now pay a quarter to rent a cart... all the carts are bad. Not much to pick from in the store. Hi save a lot, how much more would you like me to elaborate? I said what I had to say.

I had to change my review I have been shopping at the store for years now and never had a problem now all of a sudden the cashiers are rude and I bought $80 worth of meat last month and it was all rotten. Why bother returning it when I know they will accuse me of something instead of admitting since it was different kinds of meat it was their fault for leaving it out or free, or malfunction

Best meat for the money locally. I talked with the butcher for about 20 minutes while he was restocking. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I am a Frequent Shopper, the only issue I have is with the manager. He is tall with dark hair. I do not remember his name. He never says Good morning or Hello, even when I say it first. He just stares at me....Not only it is awkward, but it is unprofessional and I never have this issue with none of the other store members.I dont want to call it racism, but that manager needs to know that if it hard to work around and serve people of other races...find a different profession because no one is forcing you to be employed there. So, please do not make my shopping experience uncomfortable.

5 STARS = Convenient parking, clean inside the store, well stocked shelves. 2 STARS = Please train your employees how to be professionally courteous with customers on EBT. The day I was there, a person in front of me was having a problem with their EBT card and the cashier was speaking loud enough for 1/2 the store to hear. I could see that person was becoming uncomfortable by the way the cashier was speaking to them in a demeaning tone.

The old cashier was rude.I miss the Save-a-Lot in Garrettsville.

Meat is more expensive. Shocked why milk is $2.99 a gallon & eggs $1.79 a dozen. Going to Aldis instead. Save-a-lot isnt worth the trip!!!

The Managers are nice the store is clean..and I get great deals on meat...some of the foods unlike Aldis are low quality
