Ordered my sons welding kit for school 3 weeks ago was told it would be 5 days never heard from them called 2 weeks later no one was there then when they were there the guy filling in for them just didnt want to help wouldnt sign into comouter to see if it was ordered refused to budge on helping just kept saying how busy he was and sorry that I was raw I even went up on my day off he sat in the chair and wouldnt even sign onto computer to put my name in and see if kit was ordered we have 5 days till school starts he just kept telling me how busy he was and he understood what I was going through BUT STILL REFUSED TO LOOK UP KIT.... I left went to Bedford air gas and they were AMAZING she put my info in and there I was it all popped up so I ordered from them ill get kit before school starts ill NEVER GO BACK TO STREETSBORO AIR GAS just because on how I was treated by the fill in guy just utterly insane he wouldnt just type my name in the computer to see if it was ordered.
