Went there for a few routine products to do yearly maintenance on my mower and was very impressed with the two gentleman that worked the counter. They were pleasant and very helpful. While there i witnessed another customer freak out because they asked for a model # or some kind of information about their machine. The gentleman behind the counter tried to explain but this man was not wanting to here it. They were never rude or out of order. The man left cursing and threatening. i recommend this place, lets not blame everyone else people because you werent prepared with info. They are only trying to make sure you get the right part. If you wanted your car fixed at a shop are you going tell them when they ask make/model? Tell them its red. There okay in my book.
I dropped off my Cub Cadet riding lawn mower at M &M services on Sept. 28th because it wouldnt start. I didnt hear back from them until Oct. 23rd when they finally came to me with an estimate. After hundreds of unanswered calls they finally answered on May 1st. I was told that there had been a mistake made and service on my mower was completed a few months prior. I was then told that they needed a week to make sure the mower was up and running. Unable to get a trailer I requested delivery, which came with an extra charge of $50. The delivery never happened and when contacted they told me if I want my mower I should rent a trailer and come pick it up. When I went to pick it up I was told that I was being charged a storage fee and that the price had changed, after a couple of questions I agreed to pay and started to write a check. I was then informed that I was not allowed to pay by check, nor was I allowed to pay by debit card, I was told the only way I was getting my mower was with cold hard cash. Horrible customer service.
I was hesitant to even go here from prior reviews but i went anyway. Purchased a new cub cadet from these guys. Worked with Jason. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. It was delivered to my house when promised, at the time promised. No complaints here.
I want to start by saying that I have been in the store enough times that they know me by name and by my equipment. On Friday of last week a bought a belt for my Cub Cadet and it didnt fit. Today Monday, I went to exchange the $40 belt because it didnt fit and was told that this is the correct size and they would submit a claim to Cub Cadet for reimbursement because the part number was correct even if the belt didnt fit and then they would reimburse my money as long as Cub Cadet refunded theirs. They do not take returns on belts because some people by the belt, measure them and then buy their own. This is not the case with me.I have read all of the complaints reported against this company and as I have been is the store realize that they are correct.Even with the convenience to my office and home, they have lost another customer.
HORRIBLE Took my mothers tractor here for basic service (pre season check-up) and was told it would be done in 3-4 weeks. Called on the third week and was told hadnt gotten to it yet, and to call back in two days. Called back still hadnt gotten to it. Fourth week called back and was told they would call back later that afternoon. Never received a call... Finally on week 5 went in to store to find out status and was told another week before they could look at it. Told them I would like my deposit and equipment back and was told NO... They became angry and threatening even with other customers and children in the showroom. Very un-professional... Needless to say police had to be called to get my equipment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...
Jason, the owner, will try and screw you any way he can. I will never ever ever send my equipment to them again. Total scam artists. I will be calling authorities in an effort to retrieve my property. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I wouldnt hesitate to file a lawsuit should my equipment not be in the condition it was in when I handed it to them. Stay away from these people.
The customer service is the worst. My mowers have been there for two weeks. I have been waiting to hear from them and when I call a day after they should be done. I ask what is the status. and when he tells me hell get back to me Monday Inicely said they were supposed to be done yesterday is there a problem and he goes since u wanna have an attitude hold on. Then the other guy says Ill just wait for u to come pick them up and hangs up because I explained my work has been pushed back and needs to be done... Never going back there. If Im nice to u be nice to me.
I had dropped off a Briggs & Stratton pressure washer on June 10, 2013 for repair upon the recommendation of my extended warranty company. I called multiple time over the next ten weeks with no answer or return phone call. I had contacted the warranty company and they were also unable to contact the company live. I finally went to the store in person on August 6, 2013 and was told that they are going to work on it on Monday. I never heard from the business for the following week. After contacting the warranty company again they agreed to send me a replacement check for the unit since it was not repaired. I went to the store to pick up the pressure washer on August 17th and they refused to give the pressure washer back to me since I was reimbursed by the warranty company and was told to never come back. This is my experience with this company.
If you desire any kind of customer service, do not go here. These people are the rudest and most weird people I have ever met. You feel like youre walking into a filming of a Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel when you walk into this place. How they have stayed in business this long is a mystery. I love the junk yard they have in the parking lot too. I dont know why the city puts up with it. go to Sohars in Macedonia, they know what they are doing.
Im pleasantly surprised, this business was efficient, with little to no wait and a comprehensive personal parts search. I was in and out.
The guys were very helpful, and answered my questions without making me feel dumb.
2 years ago my insurance paid him to put a brand new blow mount and he put a used one I would love to run into that guy in a lonely place so I can but it up his ass
