As a young female it is very difficult to find a mechanic that won’t try to take advantage of you. I always feel confident with the service and prices that I receive at Bennett’s. TJ is fantastic with being honest, upfront, and is incredibly knowledgeable about cars. I will ALWAYS trust him with my car and recommend his shop! I am going on a long road trip and wanted to make sure that my car was ready to go so I knew that I could ask him to check over everything, fix what was needed, and not try to take advantage of my need for safety and reassurance.

Was referred by a family member last year when I had a problem with my 2015 Titan, everyone else told me it was a power steering pump which was very pricey, but the guys at Bennett called and told me it was a simple leak! They were able to fix it at at incredible price!These guys are honest & intelligent. I have dealt with other mechanics that seemed real good but eventually let me down, so far that is not the case here! I have referred everyone I know & they too are very pleased with this place!Recently I brought my work truck with a tricky electrical problem & am very impressed in the amount of attention & extent of research that has been given to my vehicle!This shop is a hidden treasure in Strongsville!

Ive been to mechanics all over and the Bennetts are some of the most honest and direct. They go the distance to serve their community. Most importantly they do good work. If youre in the area, they are a great choice.

Fast, friendly and not expensive

Im not one to write reviews, but it is so hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. I dont know whether they do good work, but they had my car for two days and didnt even look at it. They didnt seem to care, they just said they were hoping to get to it. Oh well.

Ive been to a few places around Strongsville and have not been impressed. I keep getting the feeling Im getting ripped off, which is a common thing an auto repair. From the phone call to the work done in the shop, I didnt get that feeling once. They even talked me out of an unnecessary fix that pretty much every other shop has told me I needed. Never got it done because I didnt think it was necessary, they confirmed it. The labor was reasonable and the pricing on the parts wasnt inflated. Usually I look at the receipt and say I could have gotten those parts cheaper. Not in this case. It was just rear brakes and calipers but I was very satisfied. Will definitely be going back*Update Sept 2018*I posted my original review a couple years back but wanted to provide an update. Still 5 stars and since we started going, weve recommended Bennett to anyone in the area. A few family members are now regular customers. They just do a great job and I never hesitate when needing to take my car in.

Took the car into Bennett after we were told by Midas (on Royalton Road) that the rear brakes needed done (took it in there for an oil change). Midas was, of course, running a special on brakes that day, but I turned it down. As expected, Bennett found nothing wrong with the rear brakes. They were also nice enough to remove the locking wheel nuts and replace them with regular nuts, after Midas lost the tool. Ill certainly be using these guys again.

Mike treats his customers poorly. I wont be going back after he insinuated I was trying to rip him off when I spent 725 last week on repairs and maintenence and thought 2 new tires would cost me 210 there but ended up costing 225. After expressing my displeasure with how he treated me over 15 dollars, he called my home several times to try and convince me on how I was the wrong party.

Ive known Rick Bennett for many years and has always helped me and my family get moving again at a very affordable price.
