Wheel bearings in bad shape and he fixed it for a reasonable price. We will be ditching our old mechanic and coming here moving forward!

I am a young woman who doesnt know much about cars but thank god i have friends who do or else this place would have screwed me over. I went in looking to get one sensor replaced and they quoted me $2000 and gave me a whole long list of things they claim needed replaced. I told them no and when I came in to get it i brought a friend who knows cars well. He found on this list they had put oil change 5 times worded three different ways and parts they said needed replaced that dont that were like $500 a part. All i wanted was one part replaced that was a $65 all together shouldve been maybe a $200 visit. Im sick of mechanics i cant trust trying to take advantage of me and my ignorance. thank god for having car guy friends

Rick Yusi and the team is great. They dont upsell you like the franchise guys like Conrads or RadAir. These people are honest. Communication is great, theyre always available and no question is too silly. We recently spent almost $4600 in repairs after an accident and Rick Yusi was great from start to finish.

Found my new auto shop! Took my Honda CRV here for a second opinion, the first place told me my calipers were shot and it would cost $1800 to get my brakes running again(got the car back and it was running horribly, too.. thanks rad air) Rick Yusi did the roters and brakes for around $600 (less than the other place would have) and said my calipers were fine. My CRV is running like a charm again. Just truly good honest service and saved the day for me.

MY ford Ranger truck Liked shuting off the Gas to the Engine without warning and then it did it in strongsville and they fixed it here and they told me what it was a emergency cut off switch behind the glove Box well this happened one more time so I new what to do and Only Dam Ford would do something like that.after this. Ive been going to Mr. Yusi and his group for at least 20 years now. And although weve moved about 20 miles away now, I still go back there for service. He repairs only whats needed and does it professionally at a reasonable price.

Car started running really rough and the check engine light came on, I tried everything to fix it including getting a crazy estimate by a dealership just to run tests. I decided the best option would be to go to Rick Yusi Automotive and yes this was a very good choice, the car is running normal finally! They fixed the problem for less than 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged. Rick-Rocky and the crew have done a lot of work for family members and friends in the past and every time the problem is fixed and for a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is in search of a reliable and honest mechanic in the area.

Have brought my car here for repairs twice. Both times the work was completed within a day and was done well. I was given a quote over the phone before the work was started and there were no surprises when I picked my car up. I am happy with the service I received.

I guess asking for a quote means youre forced to have work done without our say so. We didnt have the funds for repairs today, just wanted a quote. My husband dropped off the car so they could take a look. My husband gets a call that the car is ready. Ready for what? They did work on it after telling them we wanted a quote, not work done! This place cannot accept responsibility for mistakes THEY made. Had to max out our credit because of sheer negligence. Never going here again. Simplicity is too much for these neanderthals.

This place was all what the reviews before had said. Great work, but it was the care Rick had to make sure my car wouldnt break down again. He actually had to find a belt so my car could make it to home which was 350 miles away. It did that and he was very fair on pricing. Couldnt have broke down to a better shop on the road. First its very stressful, no idea where you are or who to call, but the tow truck driver said nothing but great things and they were all true. Thanks for your much needed help!!!

Took my car there and asked them to call before they changed parts out. They didn’t do that.Not only that the parts they replaced didn’t even fix the problem, so they didn’t diagnose them correctly..and charged me for things they should of never done in the first place and fixes that didn’t fix anything.On top of that they gave me a eta for when I can get my car before I left the shop. That being said they were late for the eta given and extended it a couple days while telling me it should only be a couple hours..I always had to call them for updates and what they’ve done to my car..when I asked them to call me before any parts changes and updates. They failed big timeSo now not only are the problems not fixed they charged me a high price..when I didn’t give any consent for 90% of the work..Tl:dr. Way overpriced and way over rated..don’t go here save your money find a better place. That not only gives you updates but fixes the problem and can properly diagnose your car problems.

Took my car to have regular service done (oil change, filter, top off fluids, etc). I explained to the owner specifically that the mechanics need to be gently with the hood latch lever and asked them not to pull on it unnecessarily. After the service was done, I drove my car back to my place, and I try to open my hood, guess what, I cant. The bolt that was attached to the cable to let the lever open the hood was gone and I was left with a piece of cable sticking out. I immediately called the place and asked for an explanation. This was literally what the owner said to me, its pretty easy, get a pair of pliers and pull on the cable. I basically spent another hour or so, replacing the hood latch lever cable and put a new nut on it so that the lever now actually works. Never going back to this place. These imbeciles cant even follow simple instructions like be gentle with something. What annoys me even more is that, these people didnt even think to mention that they broke something. They simple got the payment for the job and sent me off.*New Update from September 2017*Apparently, during the event stated above, they had hired a new mechanic to work on my car. I cannot confirm if this is true, as this information is based on a secondary source (personally, I do not believe it, since it very conveniently absolves them of any responsibility). Turns out this mechanic did not realize that the transmission fluids used in a manual is different from one used in an automatic vehicle and he had used the wrong one in my manual transmission vehicle. I drove my car for about 800 miles after this service only to experience a catastrophic transmission failure. I took it to an authorized dealer (overprice of course, but at least there is quality and a sense of responsibility here) where they had dismantled my transmission to find detergent in it (a common ingredient in automatic transmission fluid). I had to replace the broken down transmission for a used one which cost me about $2600 total (parts and labor included). I could have gotten the job done for much cheaper with an independent mechanic if I had wanted to, but considering what I had recently learned from independent shops like these, I decided I would fork over the premium at the dealership for the added sense of responsibility and professionalism. This was the final result of having taken my perfectly functional car for regular 100K service to this shop. I sincerely hope the owner and mechanics who work here read this new update (along with my original issue) and understand that they need to step up their quality of service. I am still baffled by the fact that there are all these people giving raving reviews of excellent quality and service for this shop because my experience with them has been dismal and very costly (considering how much it cost me to repair my transmission).
