The owner was super helpful and understood I was in a rush to get to the party. He quickly matched up the balloons to the center piece I picked out and curled the ribbons. The store has a lot to offer and does not cost an arm and a leg! Bonus points that it is family run.

Small party store with a lot variety of party supplies. I thought the prices were reasonable and the employees were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. Dont understand the 1 star reviews, because my experience wasnt negative at all.

If anyone is looking for party supplies I highly recommend Good Times Party Supplies in Strongsville. This is family owned and operated. Very nice people the Owner Mike Harb went above and beyond on helping me with my decorations!They have everything you could possibly want for any occasion/ party ! Planning a party and getting the right decorations can be stressful, but Good Times Party Supplies made this so stress free and easy ! 🙂Loved shopping there and will be getting all my party supplies from there in the future !

This place is amazing! I love to get balloons for every party event and I usually just go to party city (it’s closer to where I live) however I work in strongsville and didn’t want to drive all the way out to Parma and then out to where I needed to be. Thankfully I found this place. I have always wanted to purchase large number balloons but always felt like $25 for one ballon was crazy (that’s party city pricing). At this place I was able to purchase TWO GIANT NUMBER BALLOONS FOR $20!! I was blown away, I asked mike if he was sure he rang up both balloons and he said yes! He blew them up for me right there and it took no time at all! I will definitely be back there for all my party supply needs.

I went to go pick up supplies for my daughters birthday and very surprised by how clean, friendly and accommodating the staff was. I know my daughter will have the best birthday ever. Everyone had masks on and was staying 6 feet apart! Definitely will be back next year!

I came in to find a batman balloon for my sons birthday this weekend. There was a wonderful selection. The girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. They showed me everything they had for batman related items. Will be back for my other 3 kids birthday this upcoming year!

The two teen girls and older gentleman watched me and another women walk into the store. They did not great either of us. Nor did they ever ask if we needed assistance. The women (I do not know her) who I came in with got two balloons that apparently all three staff members needed to help with leaving no one to assist me. I was in the store for a total of 5 min and the employees didn’t offer a single hello or we’ll be with you in a second. I left and and will never step foot into this place ever again. I want to support small business but I will have to find somewhere else.

They were very rude ridiculously over priced and very unorganized. The guy and two girl working there were not wearing face masks and had nasty attitudes.

Friendly, great selection and very fair prices. This is now our go to party supply store and they have the longest lasting balloons Ive ever seen. Not sure how they do it, but we still have a balloon from new years eve floating around and its Feb 21st. Weve been lucky to get 24 hours out of balloons from other stores. Highly recommend.

This little store always has what I need and cant find anywhere else. Recently I needed mint green and blush pink tablecloths. The 2 big chain party stores had none but Good Times did! And they had this glittery gold silverwear too! This place is worth my trip from Chardon!

We were looking for a party store in Medina and Good Times was the closest one. The store itself has a wide range of supplies, including plates, tablecloths, balloons, and goodie bag stuffers. The staff was upbeat and courteous. The store did however seem to lack organization (lots of merchandise on the floor) and could probabaly use a refresh to boost revenue. Overall, Good Times will solve your party needs at a fair price!

If youre looking for a good time, make sure youre fully supplied!....this is the place for that.

I truly adore this hidden little gem of a novelty/ fun/party/theme & more supply store in Strongsville! I was told theyd been there for years, and yet never once in the several times Id been at other places in this teeny plaza had I ever noticed or ventured inside its plentiful and hearty stock of all sorts - every inch is decked out in themes, supplies, novelties, favors, trinkets & favors, hundreds of pinatas in all shapes & sizes, a complete & extensive stock of serving & cooking equipment, even all the different sized containers & lids of all materials-tins, plastics, foils, foams, etc. Vast price range, a nifty little clearance section that contains major value added bonuses should you stumble upon it at the right time during your planning process-I was actually bummed my son wasnt having a carnival themed party after seeing the super fun & creative items marked down to pennies from invites to thank yous and all the stuffings! They seemed to have varying prices in comparison to their competitors locally & nationally, if you are at all familiar with this niche then you know which items are best ordered through Amazon or bought at Dollar Tree vs the unique and convenient items stocked and readily available locally with exclusive discounts at their store. Be creative and supplement your next celebration, fundraiser, or event simply by visiting this locally owned family run store - do not waive them off after glimpsing at their website as it doesnt offer pricing (beyond frustrating in todays world when trying to save ourselves time & money via runaround), but it also doesnt properly showcase all items or product selection (must bring to owners attention as this cruel malfunctioning web server may be costing them dearly!) for instance, a search for pinatas brought up 1 more treasure chest, another time simply the pinata stick-I assure you that you are unlikely to find a patch of ceiling without traditional and ribbon pulling, licensed character & miscellaneous festive pinatas of all sizes hanging from above! I was shocked by their inventory and wish Id noted prices while on site as Im now pricing the others online elsewhere! Go to their shop!!!! Its fun even just to walk around in awe of potential entertainment in our modern day society! Bachelorettes, kids, grads, schools, weddings & showers & so much more - we loved our serendipitous stop to quickly window shop a couple months back and look forward to it being the destination next time!
