The girl that was working on the 28th at 230 (pink tips) does not know what shes talking about... do not take advice from her i ended up with green low lights instead of brown. I will be going up there in the morning and will be getting the right color for free if they know whats good for them!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! I went in to buy a specific hair color and 2 associates told me I didnt need developer with it. Now my hair is ruined. If you sell beauty products, your employees should be educated on the correct way to use them. Absolutely horrible!!

This facility is too small to allow customers without mask. Regardless of state rules. The aisles are very tight. The owner should be more discerning. Also the cashier has no plexiglass support. They were not prepared to reopen.

I went there for the first time last week and then went back today. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman that helped me because she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m happy with the hair color she helped me pick out. I will definitely continue to go back!

I waited 2 hours for the store to open and the girl when she showed up said she over slept. Very unprofessional and rude and didnt even apologize! Then decided to take a personal phone call in the middle of ringing me out. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service Ive ever had.

Typically I shop at the Sally Beauty Supply store in Brunswick since its a little closer to my house but going forward Strongsville Sallys is going to be the only store to go to. I had a little haircoloring mishap and the girl who was working (not sure of her name but shes worked there for like 8 years) told me how to correct my haircolor. Which I am soooo greatful she did because it was such a simple fix and it worked beautifully. I now have a nice even all-over haircolor instead of my front half of hair being blonde and my back being a dark auburn. So thank you lady who works at Sallys in Strongsville, I really really appreciate your advice... YOURE AWESOME!
