Everytime I come in the workers there are soo friendly and inviting to talk to, they are real genuine, I feel open to talking about stories with and getting to know them! I love that they have layaways too so I can choose my favorites and make holds to make payments on, I love the leather jacket products too and boots 👢 😍😍😍

I bought my leather backpacks for school two years ago. I have gotten so many compliments on the quality of leather. There so many compartments, pockets zippers that will hold whatever is needed. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. I’m returning there this weekend to purchase an overnight satchel. I tell everyone and anyone about the leather Co.

I bought my leather jacket and wallet here. Spent close to 400. Im a big guy and finding a jacket that fits is nearly impossible for me. I went, said what I needed, and the guy knew exactly where to look. I had a couple options within 30 seconds. Great service. Smaller store, but great selection. Great service, both in person and on the phone.

I bought a leather coat it eas very cheaply made snaps fall off after a few days and all they said was it.was not a defect also seams are comming apart and they will noy stand by what they sell

This store is AWSOME. Every time at the mall I stop in just to say hello to the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like family and not just a customer. I had an amazing experience here, the owner and the employee that were there yesterday were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to help us find the right boots and never got frustrated when we asked to try a different size or style. The owner was also really helpful in finding us the right jacket size. Overall an awesome place to shop. I would recommend you go here whether it’s your first pair of boots or you 10th pair. They will help you find the right size.

Went in looking for who knows what and they had it. And it fit perfectly. The staff isnt pushy or overbearing. Very friendly. Prices are pretty good considering quality. Not my first dealings with The Leather Company and wont be my last.

Order a pair of boots from the store. The sales rep Devin was very helpful when we came into the store to look at the boot selection . They had to special order the boots because they did not have them in stock. It has been almost 6 weeks. I Stopped by the store once and have called 2 Times and was told that the owner would give me a call back with a status after she called the manufacture. I still have not received a call back. So this past weekend I called again the girl on the phone was very rude said they were too busy to help and that she would have the manager call me, she didn’t take my name or number and just hung up on me. I’m to the point that if they don’t value me as a paying customer then they can refund my money back, because at the very least they could have called me back as they stated they would with a status on my order. Not a happy customer:(

Today, I bought a Fossil leather duffle bag that I have been wanting for along time. They sell it at the Fossil store in beachwood mall but it is never on sale. Found it at The Leather Company and it was on sale for $259 compared to regular $299. The female sales associate was very nice and helpful. Thanks

Absolutely terrible service bought a pair of boots last Saturday and did as they told to wear them around to get the feel only wore them in the house today is wensday 5days later tried to take them back because the left boot really hurt my foot boxed them had the receipt and they claimed I wore them outside took pictures called the main manager whom they said would be here on fri so you would have to bring them back then they wont accept them said I should call the manufacturer. Buyer beware !!!!
