Natalie is very rude, unprofessional, and completely distasteful. she blatantly harassed my friends and i throughout the entire store due to the the capacity of 5 people at a time and there was a line forming outside of the door.i too waited in the line AND i am a paying customer just like everyone else who was waiting. it is my right as a customer to look around the store as much as i would like before spending MY money. Natalie stated “you guys have to keep it moving along” after asking us 10x if we needed help with anything and us responding no each time. she was mad we wouldn’t hurry up and buy and it was very obvious. she tried to make us feel uncomfortable by invading our personal space and “organizing” candles on the shelves we were looking at. During checkout, i was looking at her to read her name tag and she hid it with a bag.. clearly because she knew she was being unprofessional and didn’t want a negative review to corporate. lucky enough for her, i called them immediately after leaving the store. if you want to feel comfortable where you shop, i do not recommend going to this location - with the god awful customer service provided by Natalie. i did purchase my candles this day but only because i had coupons expiring. after this experience, i will never step foot in there again.

Kimberly was very helpful with helping me print out a picture for a candle and also offering help to another employee who was dealing with a not so pleasant customer. She even pulled a few things from the back that they had not unboxed yet that she thought would go with the gift.

Natalie and Brandon made me feel very appreciated as a customer today. They helped me with putting a custom image on my friends birthday gift candle, and even hooked me up with the BOGO sale for a cute owl candle holder. Brandon also made the bag super cute by adding paper in it, and then used the room spray of the candle I bought on the bag. Natalie natalie put a bow on top for the final touch. Loved my visit today, Im sure my friend will love these customized gifts.

Covid made it more difficult than need be.
