Ed and the staff are amazing! They are professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. We converted our entire office to LED bulbs & couldnt have done it without them. Im in the process of converting my house & wouldnt go anywhere else to fulfill my lighting & battery needs.

Experience was very good. Store well stocked with supplies, clean and organized and the staff friendly and quick service. The only thing is that one can purchase, in quantity, from the Internet at quite a bit less. However I will definitely return to the store again to see all that is offered.

The employees are kind and helpful. However the online pick up in store is not worth it. The site will say the item is in stock only to have the store tell you it is not and that a shipment will be in later in the week and may have it. What is the point of doing an online pickup if the online stock does not reflect what the store carries.

As of June 16, 2020- this store is temporarily closed, nothing listed on the website, no message when you call the store. Hopefully this message helps someone else from driving to the storefront like I just did to find out what is going on.

Ordered and paid online. Got the email a couple of hours later that my button battery was ready to pick up.I walked in and was quickly and pleasantly greeted then was quickly out the door with the correct battery in my hand.

This place is great! I had a 9 month old 40V lithium battery that wouldnt take a charge. The battery manual advised testing the voltage before replacing. So, I took it to Lowes where it was purchased. There is a 3 year warranty on this battery, but unfortunately I wasnt able to find the receipt. So, they werent able to test it and their only suggestion was to purchase another one for almost $100! New to Strongsville, I remembered seeing Batteries Plus Bulbs on Pearl and thought I’d stop in. Boy am I glad I did!! They were so nice and helpful! Even though they dont sell this type battery, the gentleman, I think his name is Ed, offered to test it and let me know the outcome. Within an hour, he contacted me to let me know it was recovering and taking a charge. Sure enough, it is now fully charging at home on its base. When I wanted to pay, he declined and said there would be NO CHARGE! I highly recommend checking out what Strongsville Batteries Plus Bulbs has to offer!

I placed an order online early this morning and was able to pick it up at the Strongsville store so soon as it opened. The entire transaction went smoothly.

I looked up for a battery replacement for my sump pump battery. I have looked up a replacement battery from Duracell at this store. Booking is easy online and is ready for pick up at the store as soon as I entered. Ed is kind enough to give me a towel and cleaning solution to clean battery cell cap of my old one that needs to be put on the new battery. The battery itself has come with acid in it and so no mess of buying acid separately. The store looks like they have batteries for almost everything. I have had a good experience shopping with this store.

Good price and prompt availability at my nearest store. But when I got there and was reassured that they could install my car battery without having to re-set all my electronic settings, the actual employee doing the work just disconnected the battery. When I noted that he had not connected a charger/battery saver, he replied that The manager didnt tell me and then could not get the clamp holding the battery in place reconnected. The Manager tried for a few minutes, said OK, its all ready and I left. When I checked the clamp later, it was not connected. Only took me a few minutes to do it myself but I do not appreciate being lied to.

Extremely disappointed considering the good reviews. To start they didn’t dust the outside of the screen and home button so it looks sloppy. The home button has ridged edges and around the edges are protruding so now I’m worried about the screen coming out. This all means it was placed In improperly in fact the guy said he was using the wrong screen at first which could have had something to do with it. As for the screen itself the viewing angles are significantly worse than the old screen and get very white and faded when tilting the screen. Overall extremely disappointed with the fix.

They were very helpful. I ordered a motorcycle battery online and the first store (N.Olmsted) call me with in 15 mins to tell me they happened to be out of stock on the battery I ordered. But he would cancel my order and I could reorder it and get it from another store (Strongsville) that had it in stock. I did and it was ready in about an hour. I picked it up already paid plus a 10% discount for ordering online. And the battery was fully charged and ready to go. Went on a ride that day. Thank you.

Purchase was ready when I arrived - quick in and out. However, this product was very overpriced. Other online store prices were about a quarter what BPB prices were. I guess that is the price of availability.

Just had may screen replaced on my iphone. Justin was very professional.idropped it off and pick it up in one hour. The screen was not broke, however the cable broke which created white lines and froze the phone. Reasonable repair compared to the cost of a new phone.
