Super helpful, friendly and patient employees. Also helped me find the best route with pricing and ordering.

This review doesnt reflect the store,but the online ordering system. I ordered masks for my son on August 19th. The pick up date on the email I received says August 25th and here we are August 31st and my order isnt ready for pick up yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. If youre not sure of a pick up date then dont give one to a customer in an email. I also ordered these because it stated the items purchased were in stock!!! Now when I receive a new email from Staples I receive a new pick up date so far Im on the 3rd promised pick up date. Never again will I do an online order and everyone else should be aware.

4/24/19 The lady in the printing was awesome and very helpful. I was struggling finding a place to print out an image correctly and she nailed it. Definitely a lot nicer crowd of people here than Office Max.

Was quite pleased to be able to copy and print my documents, but unfortunately, an employee began a racist and uncivilized conversation with a costumer while I was standing right next to them. Im an immigrant and found this conversation very distasteful and unprofessional.I hope that staples seeks to address this issue. We will to no longer bring our business to this location .

Always seems dead. We buy cards here bc we have a 5x credit card for office stores. They sometimes give us a hard time like we are doing something illegal.

I wrote my my first book. I had no idea what the cover of my book should look like.I went into Staples and met a young lady Alexis. She took care of everything for me. She knew how nervous and excited I was and I am so happy . If you need a book designed go to the staples in Strongsville . I have had so many compliments on the cover of the book and it is so appealing. The ENTIRE team was awesome. They want to see you successful

First off I called the store and the guy was pleasant & answered all my questions, I visited the store the customer service was awesome, I received a lot of help, But The two women in printing Brielle & the other one I forget her name but she wears glasses. They are freaking AMAZING and EXTREMELY helpful & patient! I had ALOT to print, & needed posters, & pictures cut out, omg they did such an excellent job! She didn’t know if she could get the job done with my baby poster for his birthday and let me tell you she took her time and did EXCELLENT!!!!! I was so happy. Definitely will continue doing business with them!

Had my sons custom 1st Birthday invites printed here. They came out awesome, and loved that they came with envelopes! Highly recommend!!

Amazing service and speedy business card delivery. Two workers, Anthony C. and Jessica R. should be commended for outstanding work and customer service. They did everything in their power to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with our product. A+++ will only order cards from Staples.

The individuals working in the print center have been awesome. Ive used them for a number of different projects now and every time theyve done a fantastic job regardless of the level of difficulty.

I highly recommend using this store for its printing services.

Waited for help at the customer service desk for ten minutes before an employee came to see me. Keep in mind that two other staff were around and not busy while I waited.By the time I was seen, the associate asked a series of questions that assumed I had no idea what I was doing there. Yes I need help. I need to pick up an online order. Instead I got half a dozen round about questions that did nothing to expedite my purchase.

Employees were very helpful. Very satisfied.

Was in line for 10 minutes to pick up a item they text me that was ready for pick up and no one wanted to help. 3 people standing behind front counter but no one could come over to help

If I had the time I would describe the situation.I know I arrived 15 minutes before closingto order a poster for a wake tomorrow by2pm. 2 associates practically scared meaway and did everything for me not toplace the printing order.I went outside and called OfficeDepotStrongsville, well well...They took my order even after 9 over thephone and promised it will be done by 2pmtomorrow !!!This is not the first incident with this Stapleslocation especially on printing services...Way to go OfficeDepot.

The copying and printing section employees as a mess. Theyd rather talk amongst themselves than to assist a customer. To office max I go!
