It was okay! I wasa little disappointed no good product out. Never seen this store so empty thought you might be closing. But cashier replied shortages due to pandemic wish I can see. But good customer service!

Been to Big Lots @ Strongsville several times.Their store is better organized and cleaner than all other discount placesI have visited.

Big lots had a sale going on for a pop up tent. I purchase it and when I received it the rods were all broken up. Must have definitely been used and returned and obviously no one checked the box before placing it back on the shelves. I exchanged it to this location because I was in the area. The assistant team leader who was called over to cash me out had the WORST attitude towards me because I was exchanging it. I explained what happened but it seemed like she assumed I was lying. She whispered under her breath “what the wind blew too hard” and kept making comments and threw the recipe on the counter and walked away. I will definitely not be shopping at this location ever again! She was nasty and rude! The worst customer service I’ve ever received from this location.

Beautiful furniture by Ashley or Simonton.I bought a leather rocker chair and swivelWith a foot rest. So reasonable. 300.00 verses 800.00 in other stores. Its not chunky. Beautuful stiching and great back support! Great outdoor furniture. I have a season room with wicker from them as well. Please go and check them out.

Love there home decors and very helpful in the furniture department. I purchased furniture recently and it came very well packed no scratches and very good quality. Definitely will buy from them again.

The mgr is a nut case refused to help with product threw the product in parking lot refused to help load and was so confrontational I had to call law enforcement to defuse the situation mgr is an older dark haired man shop elsewhere hes not rite

Typically enjoy going to this location over other ones, but we went over the weekend and one of the associates decided to pick her nose where everyone could see (luckily someone else rang our items up.) Also, saw no signs of cleaning supplies for the registers to be wiped down and no associates wearing masks (like other retailers.) We have gone in since then and havent had any issues.

We purchased bunk beds for our children from here and when we got home to put it together we realized we were given 2 of the wrong pieces. We took the two pieces back up to the furniture manager, Jim, and without ANY hesitation he opened a new box and swapped out the correct pieces for us!! All the staff here are super helpful and friendly. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days!! Thank you.

You cant beat the sales you can find at Big Lots! Obviously, you cant go with a shopping list because they might have what you need and they might not. It is perfect for finding discounts on snacks, drinks, and house ware items.
