UPDATE! I got my my Guns delivered several weeks ago and I absolutely could not be happier! What started out as a plain Bride of Frankenstein and a base RF-15SE turned into 2 totally customized and Cerakoted AR15s. I made a few changes to the B of F, Cerakoted it in Magpul FDE and added an SB Tactical SB3 Brace (they even Cerakoted that in Magpul FDE for me!). The 15SE turned into a Florida Gators theme build Cerakoted in NRA Blue and Safety Orange with a Magpul STR stock and Magpul K2 pistol grip. I cannot THANK Chris and his crew enough for not only how amazing both guns turned out, but also their patience as I was constantly making changes. They were very gracious and went way out their way to provide exactly what I was hoping for, Chris even gave me some ideas. I know that they dont usually have the time to spend like they did with me because they stay extremely busy, but I am really glad they did. They could have easily told me to f**k off as they already had my money, and I dont know of any other place that wouldnt have, LOL, but I think they got as much satisfaction out of how they turned out as I did. The pictures just dont do them justice. I not only wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to all my friends, but Im already looking forward to my next build!After checking reviews for Republic Firearms, I must say I was a little bit skeptical about ordering from this company after a few of the ones that I had read, although I do tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. But prior to ordering an AR Pistol and an AR-15 before the ban (LOL), I wanted to hear a response from someone there about the reviews and to answer a couple product questions. I received a call from Chris (who from the title in his emails to me, is a VP) and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did he help me tremendously with my order, but he also took the time to explain some of the details of the negative reviews. Case in point, FYI, MultiCam Green is not Camouflage! Someone leaves a negative review because they dont do a little simple research and get all the facts before they order an item over the internet?? While Chris was explaining it to me on the phone, I went on Cerakotes website and looked up the color and it was exactly as Chris described. As far as lead times, he said they get a ton of Cerakote orders and it is a time consuming process. I watched a few You Tube videos and I can see why. It also made me want it even more. Anyway, you can make up your own mind, but after speaking with Chris, it greatly put my mind at ease. You can see why there are 2 sides to every story. Not to mention there were a lot of very positive reviews and some great pictures of their work. Plus they are Veterans and appreciate those of us that have also served. As such, I had no problem paying up front for a Bride of Frankenstein AR Pistol and an AR-15 model #RF-15SE (at only $330 ALREADY ASSEMBLED are you freaking kidding me!!). I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of them and will report back when I receive the items. Thanks for all for helpful reviews!

Ordered 2 kits over 4 months ago. no emails returned. no call returned. company makes u say they can just have the money. its not worth the headache. especially when it take 30 minutes to get message to go threw on there site cause security measures keep not working

Order #11057 placed on 12/7/18. $193.13 worrh of cerekote parts never received. I wish I could give 0 stars but cant. Countless emails and phone calls no response or give you run around parts on the way....... nope. No follow through just a bunch of excuses. In contact qith Christian and Breana no follow through poor service ans im still out 193$. Purchased same parts from 2nd Tactical received in 2 weeks no problem. Will NEVER use this company again.Shop around people there are more reliable companies out there trust me. Yes, with same or better quality and prices.God luck if you order from here. Unless your friends with people who work their or a big spending client.

Placed an order on 7/24/19 and as of today 9/24/19 I have not received my order or any update on the order status. I have tried multiple times to contact them through email and phone and have gotten not response back at all. When I check my order on their website it says it the final processing stages or shipped but it has said this for many weeks now.This company has displayed very poor customer service and I would not ANYONE do business with them. I would rate them 0 stars if that was an option.Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere so you do not have the same situation I am in.

This past weekend I was privileged to be part of a build party at the Republic Firearms shop. I attended with several of my friends who had been planning this for months. It went better than any of us could have expected. I couldnt be happier with the quality of the build it far surpassed my expectations. By far the best part was the staff. So knowledgeable and professional. Each and every step was gone through in detail. I would not only recommend this to anyone interested but I myself will be going back again someday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! You will get scammed! Placed Order 11916 on 15 Feb, 2019. It’s now 18 Oct 2019.....and still no product! Eight months! After at least a dozen phone calls and emails, I received no answer or reply. BBB can’t do anything either because they couldnt get a hold of anyone. I guess small claims court is the next option. It’s a shame, because this was supposed to be a gift for one of my kids. Very disappointed.

Ordered a lower parts kit to be cerokoted back in march. Still processing. Sent numerous emails to customer service with no reply. Called numerous times and got no answer. Company needs to stop taking orders until all previous ones are fulfilled. Take your business elsewhere.

Placed an order a month ago and have sent about 10 different emails asking for a status update, with no response. Nothing sent to me informing me of an estimated completion or ship date. I have to be honest, Im not very patient. The lack of communication and information leaves me hoping the quality is so good it blows me away when I do finally receive my lower receiver.

Ordered two cerakoted mags almost a year ago. I gave it 4 or 5 months and saw where the owner told people who rated poorly about not getting their products to email him at his email address. I tried that as well, no response and no product. Luckily Im only out 40 bucks. If youre planning on ordering something from here just throw your money in the trash instead.

Poor quality products. The grip I received still has the casting injection nipple left on it that cuts your had when you hold it. It shows black at the end and if you ground it down to make it smooth it would go from colored to black. I was not happy with the extremely long wait time and the end results where disappointing. They said they would replace the grip and thats the last I have heard from them and that was months ago. This whole process started back in March.

We ordered parts (order # 12243) March 11, 2019. We were told our order would be shipped within 3 weeks, but not until the order was placed. It has now been 7.14 weeks and STILL WAITING. Our order is marked In Process online and the only reply we can get from them is via email stating we are waiting for the parts to come in. They cant tell us how long it will be either. Not sure if anyone actually works there as you cant get through to a human being when you try to call.Edited on May 21st, 2019: 9 weeks total before it was marked as shipped (on something advertised as In Stock). 1 week later and still nothing delivered. Tell me how something via USPS takes 1 day from Kentucky to Michigan, but takes over a week from Ohio to Michigan?? No tracking number given, no reply to emails or voicemails. Does this company even exist? Doesnt seem like it.

Placed an order of three Lowers on 5/15/18 and received them a few days after the advertised turnaround time posted on their website. I received Excellent communication whenever I spoke with someone over the phone and through Email. My packages were very neat, secure and arrived prompt after I received updated tracking information. I finally got fed up with the business phone answering service and not getting a response by email. So, I did some searching. Called the businesses around them to see if they were actually open any longer. I was given the name of the owner. Then, I did a search of the name in that area. I found 8 (eight) phone numbers. I started calling and got ahold of his wife. Then, he called me. He explained the situation and I received my order 4-6 days later. If you want to get the same service that I did.... do some investigation.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Recently placed an order online, but needed to ask a few questions about the order. Tried calling, but no response. Tried using the contact form, no response. Sent an email to sales@republicfirearms, but got an automated reply to use the contact form. Sent an email direct to the owner today and Im hoping for a quick response. I am happy to support another veteran, but they REALLY need to work on their customer service. At least answer the phone. Will update this review with how they are once they finally contact me.Update: after emailing the owner directly, he responded within a few days. I told him what I needed done with my order via email, and he said he would take care of it. Still no phone communication, but if gets taken care of properly, I dont care. They also charged my credit card immediately after the order was placed. Im used to companies not charging the card until they are ready to ship, but since this is for custom painted parts, I can let that slide. So far my rating has moved up to 1.5 stars, from negative stars. The remaining stars will depend on how fast the order is shipped, the quality of the work, and any errors in the order.Update: ordered august 1st. Today is August 20. Still havè not received any shipping notification. Will update if product arrives.Update: 2 months after my card was charged, still have not received any information about my order shipping.

I ordered 4 items including two which were cerakoted.Order process was less than great, ordered on 6 February and did not receive it until 30 Mar. I was fully expecting 21 day turnaround, not 7 weeks. From week one it was “final processing or shipped” status. I used the contact us form twice to inquire and got no response. Finally emailed the owner and then was contacted by customer service. Customer service stated my order would be ready “momentarily”, which means 20+ days later.I ended up liking my products however I probably won’t be ordering again. I don’t like being left in the dark that long, maybe if I had an estimated 7 week expectation from the beginning.

Update: I may have just caught these guys on a good day for my last purchase about a year ago. This past month I tried to place an order online and there wasnt any option for a credit card payment. Only money order or wire transfer. I noticed that there were a lot of bad reviews as of late so I was hesitant to send money any other way than credit. I emailed them several times and left a multiple voicemails. On their site it says that the credit card option becomes available after you click place order. However, you need to choose a payment option from the drop down tab before you place the order. There are only two payment options in that tab, Money order or wire transfer. I was hoping to bring this to their attention and place another order, however, I did not ever receive a response, neither by email or voicemail. Even over a month later Im still waiting. I took my business elsewhere and am happy I did. Got the same products for about the same price, from a company that was quick to respond to my question about the product and also shipped it in a very reasonable about of time. I feel sorry for people who have sent them money via money order and cant communicate with an AMERICAN company. Good products from what I first ordered but poor business practice to run away my returning business.

Unfortunately I didnt read these reviews before I ordered.I ordered my upper 2 months ago and when I try to get a hold of someone I get the same up to 3 weeks delivery stupid message.No one will tell me if they have my order straight and its delayed or they just are not going to send it. I recommend not ordering from Republic Firearms. I placed an order on 2/22 (7 weeks ago) for an FDE upper and still have not received it. Per their site it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Trying to reach someone is impossible. I’ve made 21 phone calls since 4/5 with not one of them being answered. The last time I was able to speak to someone was on 3/26 and was told my order was complete would be shipping soon. I was told my order was delayed due to high volume and recent events. I can understand volume has increased however to take 7 weeks with no update, unable to speak with someone and not to mention my card was charged. This is poor ownership, customer service and just not right. I do my best to support small companies however I would not support this one. I guess I’ve learned my lesson and should research further.Charles Wynn

I wish I could give a zero but this review will not let me! I will never buy from this site again! I placed an order March 22, 2019. Still have not received my order and today is October 12, 2019. Order number 12383. This is INTERENET THEFT and FRAUD. I have already filed a complaint with bbb with no response. This business DOES NOT answer phones, or emails, or bbb complaints. As of today I am waiting to hear from the state attorney general, who is recommending small claims court. This order was for a flash hider and handguard. In this time I could have forged my own faster. This business WILL take your money but.... that will be the last thing you will hear.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my payment, then a month later emailed me asking to mail them a check or do a COD. Their phone goes straight to voicemail, cant leave a message, and they dont respond to FB messages other than an auto response. Still no product, and my online account say processing payment, even though I can see that they took my payment in my bank statement. Avoid at all...well the cost of what you want.

I was looking for a good quality AR pistol at a reasonable price. Everything I found was either a cheap piece of crap or way out of my price range. I came across these guys and thought Id give them a try. My gun had an Anderson Upper and lower and everything else seemed to be higher quality than your basic Anderson. I was very happy with the quality and performance of my gun and I got it at a great price. I will use them again when it comes time for a new full size AR. Here is a picture of the gun I bought. This company is not even dignified to receive one star. I rate it as a 0. The customer service was horrible; one of the owners told me to take my business elsewhere due to the fact that I was guaranteed to receive my product in three weeks and it too seven weeks and three days. The color of the item I purchased was olive green and it was supposed to be camouflage. I was rudely told to research my colors prior to purchase, which I did. The site they order from depicted the product as camo, not olive green. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the owner, Christian, lied about the timeline of when I should have received my item, and he lied about the color. I will never order from here again, which is a shame. I will also be recommending my friends, family, and co-workers to take their gun-building business elsewhere.

Lower never came to my local FFL after three weeks of waiting and two weeks after Cullen Demko at Republic emailed to say he personally dropped it in the mail. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company and ordered the lower from another company. Sheesh guys. This is ridiculous.

Is this business even open still? Within the first 2-3 weeks of my order the owner was decent about responding to my phone calls and questions, but the last 2 and a half months I havent received a single word from this company. When I last spoke to them (2 and a half months ago) the owner made me feel confident that I was going to receive my order shortly and the parts were being finished that day, but obviously that was a lie as I havent received anything or even a confirmation on my order. It has been stuck in processing for 3 and a half months now. I honestly think this business went through a falling recently and has closed down or the owner lost all of his employees. Does anyone know if the company still exists? Its unfortunate how terrible the customer service is within this company. This made my attempt at building an AR a terrible experience for me and I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere to somewhere more reliable.

I wouldnt buy cerakote parts from their website. I bought $180 of cerakoted parts about a month ago. I waited the 21 days they told me to wait for shipping but I never got it. Ive emailed them and waited the 48 hours but havent gotten a response. Ive called every number on their website but nobody answers a phone. Now Ive left a voicemail. Hopefully Im not getting screwed by them. Ill let you know how it goes.

I wish I could comment on the actual quality of the cerakote. Unfortunately I cant since theyre such a terrible and backwards company. After 2 months of not hearing anything I messaged them and they said that they dont even make the product until they get an ffl. That would be fine except no where on the site does it say that they need an ffl prior to dipping parts. This is especially frustrating because a few days after my order I sent them an email saying I could send them an ffl once my order is ready and I never got a response telling me other wise. This company has a habit of ignoring their customers and being very rude to people who may or may not understand all the laws or lead times that pertain to some of their products. Because of the terrible customer service and communication and the fact that its been over 2 months and my order hasnt even started to be worked on I asked for a refund. Ive sent several emails over the course of about 3 weeks and havent gotten anything back since I mentioned the word refund. Ive called several times on several occasions and never gotten someone to pick up. Honestly its ridiculous and if a company cant even take care of its customers they shouldnt exist. I dont care how good their product is or how low their prices are. If you cant even make an attempt to talk to your customers then dont sell stuff. No one should be buying anything from republic firearms. Im fairly confident its not a scam. But it might as well be one. Itd probably be less annoying to deal with that way. And as a note Im willing to rethink and edit my review if I do end up getting a refund or someone to actually respond to me about my order.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING. This place sucks. My wife ordered a bunch of rifle parts like a charging handle and a pistol grip and a lot of other parts. We have yet to receive the parts and it’s been almost 3 months. They don’t answer their phone even after calling 15 times and leaving 2 voicemails, I emailed 3 different email addresses on the website and still no response; I’d be surprised if anyone is even there. Customer service is horrible and we don’t even know if we will receive the $300 worth of parts we ordered. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM HERE.They replied and claimed I was fraudulent for adding a pistol grip when that was a different cerekote company my mistake. They then threw accusations at me for calling the company out for delaying shipping and not returning updates or phone calls. Rude in general this is their customer service.

I want to leave a good review, I really do but Im pretty frustrated. I ordered a lower from them which arrived a little outside their 21 day period, no biggie especially when the quality is excellent. On the other hand I ordered a upper and Im now on day 50 of waiting and I can understand and sympathize with the delay if I was told the circumstances behind it but after multiple calls and emails, over the course of three weeks, I just cannot get them to respond. Maybe I can get a response from this review...I saw earlier review that there was a cerakote issue so maybe thats the reason?Update: Just got off the phone with the owner and he explained the situation as to why I didnt receive my part. He did his best to make things right and I appreciate the awesome customer service. Businesses make mistakes during busy times and I understand that, which is why I will continue to give them my business. Gotta support the small businesses! I also just now noticed the response from the owner of which Google didnt notify me of. Probably would of made a world of difference, thanks Google...

I order a set of receivers for an ar15 on 3/24/18 and still nothing from them Ive called and email and no answer. I know there busy but atleast they could do is respond. Im hoping for the best but its been 6 weeks and said the lead time was 3 weeks. . .

I ordered a lower parts kit and after a couple weeks I was going through my list and forgot to order the muzzle brake so I orderd the muzzle brake and since the orders are in order they are received I was hoping they could sneak it in with the first order to make shure the purples matched after some e-mails and phone messages with which I had not heard anything and was frustrated a gentleman named Chris I believe dont quote me on that but he called me and couldnt have been more helpful or polite and to let me know that everything had shipped which I was verry happy about and let him know that when I start my blue ar build that he will definitely have my business it may take a little time but I honestly believe it is worth it

Horrible customer service they won’t answer the phone they won’t email back and they won’t even message back on Facebook cant find out anything about my order at all.Update 8-20-18 still haven’t heard anything still can’t get a hold of anyone and no one will reply back to emails. Order was placed on 7/30/2018 order number 10064 it’s been 22 days and still know nothing I don’t recommend this company at all the least they could do is actually speak to their customers but they won’t even do that. They sure can take your money fast though. Update 8-20-18 finally heard from someone sounds like order is shipping this week sometime. Update 8-22-18 back to no progress order still hasn’t shipped no one will answer the phone which isn’t a shock they never answer the phone never once have I talked to someone on the phone if they do answer they hang up. They obviously don’t want to deal with any of their customers don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else for parts the wait is ridiculous and the customer service is ridiculous I could have had my build done by now if I would have went with someone else who knows if I’ll even actually ever receive what I ordered. Update 8-27-18 so I guess they lied to me told me my order would ship last week and it never did and now it’s been 29 days still not shipped and what’s even more frustrating is it’s only two parts they don’t have in the colors I ordered you would think 29 days maybe they could 2 parts done but no they couldn’t even ship it in the time frame they told me will definitely never order from them again.

Impossible to get ahold of them. About 3 weeks after placing my order I Received an email from them saying they needed my transferring FFL information to process my order . My dealer email a copy of their FFL and copy of my order. I had not heard from them in a couple weeks so I emailed them multiple times to ask if the received my dealers FFL. finally got a response asking where the FFL was sent. I responded to the email stating it was sent to the address on the website for sending FFL’s. And got an automatic reply stating to send inquiries through the contact page. I again sent an email with the FFL information through every email they have listed and asked if they received it. Again no response. I don’t mind having to wait for my order if it’s not ready but at least acknowledge that you did or didn’t receive the informationyou ask for. Ive ordered a few pieces now (9mm ar pistol, 5.56 ar pistol, bare lower, misc parts and custom laser etching) and its all been top notch. I will be ordering one of their custom Glock patterned pistols in the near future. While there is a wait, they tell you this on the order page and I feel that they do the best they can to ensure happy Customers through good communication and workmanship. Keep the wait in mind as most what of youre getting as far as Cerakoted parts, builds, etc are made to order. I was also part of an ar 15 build party recently where Chris walked a group of various skill levels through the complete build process and test fire. I learned a lot and had a blast!

I placed a > $200 order on February 23 [#8548] and have not recieved yet. Ive sent several emails and have not recieved a response to emails. I tried to call but the recording essentially said they couldnt discuss order statuses.I understand there was apparently a cerakote problem with field dark earth, but my items are burnt bronze and from reading other reviews here, should not have been effected.Addendum, 9/23/18I did finally receive all of the parts ordered, 3 1/2 months later.One part ordered was a cerakoted upper receiver, I hadnt put it together yet but did so today.After installing barrel, which was extremely tight, I attempted to put in the bolt carrier.It wont fit, and requires a significant effort to close and have to pull with significant force to open.So, the 1 star review remains, it took 3 1/2 months to receive parts that are unusable

I was looking online for a cerakote lower, and I found one I liked at this store for a decent price. I looked, and it said cerekote orders take up to three weeks longer to process due to demand. That was fine by me since they are on a delay pretty much everywhere. Two weeks in, I look up their number just to check the status, and was told it would be done within the week, which was great. (Super friendly rep, by the way. That wasnt an issue whatsoever.) Another week goes by and I call to check in, and he told me it was shipping the next day and that I would have a tracking number soon. Tomorrow it will be nice weeks since I placed my order and I havent been able to contact the company again.For the record, I called three times last week, left a message twice for the customer service section since it doesnt allow messages for the tracking extension. Then I emailed the customer service email (the one the initial information was sent on that said to reply if there were any questions). I received the automated email back stating someone would contact me when possible, but never got anything further. Oh, and I also did try checking their website under my account and previous order section, but like has been mentioned by others it only says processing.Im totally open to editing my rating, but so far theyve far exceeded their own max estimates of how long the product would take to arrive, and I cant get ahold of anyone. Ill try calling again tomorrow, so well see if that works this time. Im not angry at all at the company, mostly since when I have been able to speak to then they were always friendly. At this point Im just wondering what happened and I am growing weary of waiting. My recommendation for potential customers is that if you dont mind waiting a few months, go ahead and try an order. Im not scared theyre not a legitimate company or anything of the sort, I just think their operations could be more efficient.Edit: I was able to make contact with them today, and as always, they were very friendly. The explanation they gave me for the extended delay was that their supplier of cerakote had an issue (I think he said it was a recall, but I dont remember for sure). After that dilemma, I guess my order hadnt been shipped. In any case, hopefully the delays have ended. Upping a star for now.

BUYER BEWARE! Poor quality parts, customer service is practically nonexistent, they take along time to ship orders. 1st order from these folks took only 7 days to ship, 2 parts, ejection port cover, and a castle nut, both with cerakoting. When the order arrived the castle nut wouldn’t fit (threading wasn’t right). I contacted them and they replaced it. Their response time on the first order was ok. Second order #9830 for 6 items all fde cerakoted took 67 days to ship. I placed the order on 6-25-18 and it arrived on 9-6-18. Once again one of the parts had issues safety selector was off. I have attempted to contact them via Facebook messager, email, voicemail and I have not received a satisfactory response. They did get back to me via Facebook messenger saying that they have gotten some safety selectors that weren’t right and were replacing them. That was it. I assume based off their response that I’ll get a replacement safety selector, but when apparently an eta is to much to ask. They say that their average lead time is 21 days but based off my experience I would say it’s more like 39 days (7+67)/2=39. Am I gonna have to wait another 2 months for them to replace the part. Are they gonna check my replacement part to make sure its right? I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but since they refuse respond in a definitive way I am left with no choice!

UPDATE:The owner personally called me up to make things right. He was very sincere and apologetic. It seems that my problems stemmed from a single employee who is no longer with the company. I genuinely believe that the owners were never notified of my issues by customer service at the time. He didnt make excuses but Im certain Ill be receiving the parts shortly. Everyone makes mistakes and learns lessons and it seems that Republic Firearms identified the issue and took care of it, but unfortunately my emails at the time were never addressed because of it.I would like to add that the parts which I have recieved from both the order in question and the one previous exceeded my expectations and were of good quality.*************************************Hit or miss, with absolute horrible customer service.I can deal with the long lead times. However just like another review I read, they took the liberty of substituting parts that I ordered with ones that they had in stock and considered upgrades. When I emailed to tell them that I had recieved the wrong latch plates they told me that they had taken the liberty of upgrading my latch plates to the ones with the sling mounts. Thats cool and all but the thing is, when someone is buying from here, they are obviously building, and they know what they want. I did not want an oversized latch plate with protuding sides to get caught/dinged up. Especially not when Ive already accounted for sling mounts with QD mounts located else where. The customer service is absent. They sent me the wrong parts on my order, order #8103. I ordered some small parts including ambidextrous safeties, These were cerakoted items and they were out of stock so they just sent me what they had in stock not bothering to ask if I would like it or not. The parts they sent instead were considered an upgrade, however they were short throw ambis which were not to my liking. I have sent several emails and left several phone messages. Iv always left my name, number and email addresses so Im not sure why I haven’t been contacted other than they don’t have a grip on their business. They sent me an auto reply email saying someone will contact me but nobody never has. Iv replied to that email three times and still no answer back. When I went to leave this review I was not surprised to see many others have had a similar experience as I have. Iv read the owners reply’s to all of them and they all seem to have a similar pattern and tend to pass the blame off to a past employee that’s no longer there. Im sure the owner will reply to this review in the same way saying blah blah blah, we don’t have any record of your communications etc, its not our fault blah blah blah. Were too busy. I do have a message to the owner. All you have to do is communicate with everyone and everyone will be ok with the time it takes. Even if it takes a long time. Most people are patient. We just want to know what’s going on. I’m sure you’re an awesome person and have a quality business, But to not get any response is business suicide. I’m not sure Ill be doing business your way anymore. You do have my money and I have parts I didn’t order. Please do the right thing and hire a responsible person that cares about your customers as much as you do. I would be open to adding stars to my review if sombody would just contact me. I will tell everyone how you took care of me. In my business, an IT company and also a motorsports performance shop, if someone comes in unsatisfied, I usually say to them, just pay me what you believe to be fair or tell me how to resolve this. And then I do exactly that. They usually choose something fair, maybe a little too fair but Id rather loose a little money in the exchange than my reputation or my google ratings etc...Ill be giving you 5 stars and I wish you good luck in the future.

Its been 23 days since i placed my order, still no product. It still says processing on their site, but when you call them to inquire, the automated system says to email order status inquiries and then hangs up. So after 3 emails with no response, i started leaving voicemails for them. I recieved a call from an unknown number, and they left a message to call them back at a number that did not work... the message had no info about my order whatsoever. So today i went through all of it again and left anotger message, because no one answers the phone there. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is non-existent, and lead times are a joke. I wish you could give 0 stars...

Only gave one star because I cant give negative stars. I cant get ahold of anyone for whereabouts of my parts. I have sent 4 emails and have even called them, no one will return any emails or answer the phone. I knew when I ordered it would take 21 days to ship, well its now been over a month! This company is horrible I urge you not to do any business with them I bought several items from them at once a upper lower bcg buffer tube kit upper parts and lower parts kit the ceramic coat is chipping off the bolt is out of spec took it to a gunsmith told me to return it to the company that I got it witch they refuse to contact me back took them 3 weeks to ship my order out witch they lied to me about several times just DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
