Almost every hat has a NEW price tag over the original one with a $5-$10 mark up!!! Thats insane and bad business! The quality of the hats have went down over the years too. Wont be long before they go out of business because no one is paying $50 for a sports hat.

I used to be a usual customer at this location and I am no longer and I have a good reason why. The staff on the floor of the store made a accusation that I was not being civil to the staff there when I would never cause a problem and I was polite and courteous to them. The managers would help me and that was fine but there have been numerous time was I have been treated very disrespectfully out of a crowd of customers just looking to make a purchase. I would avoid this location until they get a better and more courteous staff that would like to help you in the future.

Went to find a hat. Didn’t quite have my size on the shelf. I politely asked one of the workers who were not white if they had the hat in my size possibly in back. I was not given the time of day. I was told what they have out is what they have. A few moments later I hear another customer (also not white) ask the same question, to employee’s response was immediately let me go check in back. I will not step foot into that place again!

Staff is great, always a good time talking to them. Store is a bit small but it doesnt need to be any bigger, it is literally just hats. Its great how they work with you to make sure the hat you picked out is perfect for you. No complaints, great selection, great staff, great times.

I went there tonight with a gift card I bought at that store at Christmas time. The gift card wouldn’t scan. The clerk had no clue what to do. Said there was nothing she could do. I had to call the corporate number. I called the corporate number twice. Only to have them hang up on me twice after telling me it would take them several hours to resolve. I tried to order hat online but they didn’t have the one available. So I went back to the store. Told her they needed to fix it. She said she wouldn’t help me with my attitude. Keep in mind I didn’t yell, cuss or call her any names but my voice sounded frustrated. Then she said she is not the one who hung up on me. I said it was your store/corporation. So she said if I was nice to her only then would she call her manager. She finally did only to find out she could input the card number manually. SHE WAS AND IS CLUELESS AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE THAT THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. THANKS LIDS FOR MAKING ME SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

“Charles” was rude ..I went to buy my son his 1st little fitted cap ..And I wanted to engrave his namehe basically said engraving his name in a toddler hat was pointless “ cuz he would never remember “But I would lol ..... almost lost the $200 sale bud !!!

Tried to have some hats custom made. Four days later I had to call to see what the hold up was for them to tell me there was a note to call to tell me they couldnt do. Glad I did their job for them .

Prototypical Lids location. Great selection of local team hats in all colors and styles, with a smattering of other teams thrown in for good measure. Only complaint is sometimes the hats are a little off kilter from being jammed in those racks for days and weeks at a time (i.e. like the hat tilts to one side from being smushed in the back), but thats true of any store that uses these types of display racks and I can usually find one that suits my needs either way after trying a few on.

We got our son an Odell Beckham jr jersey. You can get his signature added to the jersey for 12.00. My son loves it. Plus they had buy 1 get 1 25 percont off.

This store Specifically can give you very biased racist profiling.So buyers be aware of that and I recommend never doing business with this store In general.

The store is cool for novelty gifts but prices are very high for the low quality of products. Employees are not helpful.
