The unit was perfect size for my needs, the facility was very clean, moving in and out was seamless. Overall great experience.

We have used Cube smart twice now and absolutely love it. Very clean and a large space! The hours are convenient and there are always many carts for transportation. We also appreciate the double security code to ensure our items stay safe in our cube. We will definitely be back for our next move!

Matt is a great manager at Cube Smart. He is very organized and knows his customers. We had to close an office because of Covid and we appreciated Matt calling us and letting us know when a cube was available to rent. Ive been a storage customer here for many years. I needed a larger unit and contacted the office. I was helped by Mitch at the Strongsville office who was extremely friendly and very helpful. He worked very hard to get me the best price and got me the larger unit. I was very impressed and would reccommend this facility to anyone looking for climate controlled storage.

I have appreciated having this unit for storage. i have 24 hour access. its secure. plus the price is better than my apartment building offered and the space i have is that of a whole room versus it being a small cube. more importantly, it is climate/temperature controlled which was most important to me due to the types of items Im storing. lastly, the staff are friendly and professional. i couldnt be happier!

Well maintained, excellent service and staff. Never had any problems. I will always keep them in mind for the future. Recommend it if you dont mind paying a little extra for indoor storage units that are clean and spacious.

Cube Smart: Strongsville: Very clean and organized with the supplies you need if you forgot anything packing related. Feels very safe - well lit, cameras, etc. Were using Cube Smart to store manufactured goods which require a home type environment w/ controlled humidity and temperature. We expect to use them long term with our project and to store antiques. Great staff. Friendly and very professional.

Definitely a more pricey option than others around here but you cant beat the custom service from Mitch or the security and convenience of the indoor facility. Great choice for peace of mind.

I am not happy and I will never rent from you again. I was told one price when I booked the unit online but when I went there they charged me almost $30 difference and the unit is small. Plus the guy I dealt with was rude and wouldn’t even listen to me

My son & Granddaughter were part of the Hickory Hill fire. Difficult to find large storage no one seemed to have any large units I called & from the time I was given confirmation nbr to actually signing at the store it was wonderful dealing with this company. The gentleman who took my info showed me the unit helped with lock and code was great. Very nice & competent people to help us during such a stressful ordesl
