Great shoes, great service, easy to get to. once the person helping figured out what I wanted,, she was wonderful and very fast.. so why only 4 stars, $50 is way to expensive for baby shoes, and I had to repeat my self a lot to get what I wanted. But my mother (grandmother) is very ahappy and has informed me we will be back a few times.

After 1-2 months of wear, my childs Stride Rite shoes look horrible. I stopped in at the White Bear, MN location and was told that this is normal. So why spend $50 to get such little use out of a pair of shoes?!?! Quality and good customer service no longer the case at Stride Rite.

Worst experience at this store. I wanted to purchase shoes for my daughter so she was used to having shoes on. She is 6 months old. I was told that I shouldn’t buy shoes for her, and even tried explaining why I wanted to purchase shoes- I shouldn’t have needed to do that. I was given terrible service. Drove 45 minutes to visit this store specifically. I was going to buy shoes for now and a size up. I was rushed out of the store because “I won’t need these for 3 months at least”

Good shoes, fair prices, and good service. This place knows kids shoes! I recommend Stride Rite for parents who want good shoes for their kiddos.

While shopping at the Rosedale Shopping Ctr., we stopped into the Stride Rite at 6:25pm, this evening, Saturday, February 16, 2019. We walked in to be approached by the woman in the attached photo, who was the only employee in the store. As our son sat in his stroller, we took off his shoe and proceeded to get him measured. As we asked if he needed to be taken out of his stroller for the fitting, she said, No, Just leave the monkey in his cage We were very upset by her statement and told her that prior to leaving the store. I am glad that my son did not understand her blatant racism. NO IT IS NOT OKAY TO CALL BLACK CHILDREN MONKEYS! I shopped in Stride Rite when I was little and thought I would shop here with my son. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and I would like something to be done about this incident.

Im looking forward to going to get my new lil one measured. I have had wonderful shopping experiences with Stride Rite with my other child many decades ago. His feet got off to a good start.

Original service in October was a 5, returned defective shoes in February service was 4.5, exchanged upgraded version defective in March service 3.5. Policy is only same size or discount on increased size - even if fit is problem by going to different style. Exception made but policy not customer centric.

Prices a little high but coupons help, good selection, free foot measurement and fitting, good service. We have purchased many pairs of shoes here.

The store representative seemed to be extremely annoyed by our presents as she focused on her cell phone as we entered the store. She was very unprofessional in her treatment of my 6 year old daughter her abrupt man handling of her to measure her foot certainly disturbed me and deeply aggravated her mother and I. Her insensitivity, rude behavior and bad attitude certainly add to an already bad situation. After we decided to take our business else wear we asked for the store managers information and our request for information was aggressively and promptly denied. The representative hostilities escalated then as she aggressively threw the measuring device, upsetting her mother she frightened my child without cause or reason. I felt extremely unwelcome in the store by representative and was subsequently so embarrassed by the encounter in the mall we felt the need to leave never return.Email the corporate office about the experience I was never contacted and still no reply.

They are very helpful and were able to get my daughter to stand still through measuring her foot, which was shocking considering how little she is.

A great place to find kids shoes in wider widths. The downside is that they can be quite pricey.

Still waiting on a credit for my return. Now going on 3 weeks. Not acceptable.

Good shoes, but not cheap.

The lady working there was extremely rude to my daughter and myself. They seemed annoyed to even want to help. Then there debit/credit machine didnt even work and they didnt care to fix it. Left without a purchase and will not go back.
