I’ve had 2 transactions with with Scott and his team, once buying and once selling. Scott recently sold and airplane for me. I cannot begin to imagine the number of tire kickers he shielded me from dealing with. He was always available and was great with communication and updates. There was not a time that I called him and he didnt answer, other than when he was on the other line. In which case I received a quick text letting me know he would get back to me, which he always did promptly. When appointments were setup to show the plane, the buyers were well qualified and serious. I spoke to the buyer of my airplane when he came to pick it up and asked how the other side of the transaction went. He echoed my observations about Scott and said he was patient, always available, knowledgeable about the process and easy to work with. Obnoxious, narcissistic !!!Takes deposits and wont post on the ad that plane is under contract, so as to not waste OTHER folks time.Hung up on us. So...guess he didnt care what other planes we might have purchased. As he said I sell 100 planes a year, and KNOW what Im doing.
