This shop is AWSOME! I was looking for a Glock 44 and couldn’t find one anywhere. Not only did they have it, but the shop is stocked with awsome gear and guns at prices much lower than any competitors in the area. Not to mention a gunsmith on site to custom fit your new firearms for your grip and safety. I will be a customer for life. Businesses like this deserve the success places like Big Box stores get. Try going to a big box store and get that type of personel help and attention, it ain’t gonna happen. All my friends and family will be coming here now. PIRATE FIREARMS RULES.

Went there this morning and had a sight installed on a pistol. They were very professional and friendly. Took care of me right away. First time going to Pirate Firearms. Rudest service ever, old man doesn’t know anything about guns. I pointed out that they had same used gun marked higher than the one that was brand new. The shop owner said I was wrong, then his co worker piped in and said I was correct. He got an aditude and told me to go buy the new one then...I told him Im now not buying anything and walked out. I was just trying to be helpful, I apologize you cannot do math and are sensitive about it. There is also a sign on the door telling you not to wear a mask in the store during times of COVID...You can realty tell when the five star reviews are FAKE!

Found them when they donated a gun to raise money for veterans at the American Legion, great givers to the community. Went for my first gun, the gentleman took his time and made me feel comfortable, taking time to let me ask questions and understand what I was looking at, totally female friendly honest and respectful. By far the most unprofessional gun shop I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing. When asking to see the internals of the gun the employee snatched the firearm from my hands and stated that I can see them after I purchase it. Not to mention his prices were well over fair market value.P.s. the place was absolutely disgusting, and I imagine most of these “positive” reviews were from “friends” or “ family” that merely felt bad.

I’ve had three experiences at Pirates, all of which where positive. On one of those acasions, the owner, Mike gave me a box of ammo for the signaling gun on my Schooner. I wouldn’t expect free stuff but among pirates, ammo is a common gift 🚣. I’ve spent some gold and some tender at this fine establishment and will do so again. They can repair modify and finish your firearm too. Open on Sunday’s so you can stop by during the flea market and buy a box of ammo, Also some parts for your AR build. Be well fellow, Enthusiasts, and long live the republic!

Had to ship a revolver to a manufacturer. They gave me a free box when I offered to ship. Also gave me directions to a shipping office to ship it for free. Very grateful for their service!

These guys try to buy things for next to nothing and make 500% on there items, I was offered $50 for an item, i took it to another local pawn and they gave me the $120 I asked for. I’m not unreasonable when I go to pawn shop I know they have to make money but these guys want to take all the money

This business is exactly why people should shop local. Quality people who work hard to earn your business and keep it.

Do not go here to make a custom firearm. They give you absolutely no details on what parts they are using and they will charge you over the moon. They will sell you on cutting out aluminum and using the best military grade/match grade parts like 416r steel and all that. I dont think they did any of that. They certainly didnt cut the lower themselves and the work was sub-standard. I couldve bought a 308 S&W and gotten a higher quality product and paid far less.They charged me $2500 for a gun that would not cycle any ammo. I brought my 308 that they built to them twice and they said that the firearm was working as expected. I had cleaned my firearm everytime that I had brought it back and it remained cleaned after I brought it back.They said it was working just fine when they fired it. I asked them what ammo they used and they couldnt tell me. They just had rounds lying around from other customers. Way to go guys. They never fired it.The second time I brought it back they said that they adjusted the gas system in order to my fix my problem. It was still having problems cycling. I took matters into my own hand and realized exactly what happened.THEY LIED. They flat out lied about the adjustable gas system. They used a standard gas block which is non-adjustable and the monkeys over there actually stripped the set screw in the gas block which caused the issues with stove-piping rounds. They thought the way I was holding the gun was making it stove pipe! HAHAHHAHA.These guys talk a big game. What can you expect from a pawn shop? They sold me and I was taken advantage of.DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CUSTOM MADE GUN.

I just want to start off by saying the customer service is horrible they are very rude they’re very disrespectful they will try to rip you off for the items that you bring in giving you the lowest dollar amount possible they accuse you of lying about what you have and they are very unpleasant to work with the bald guy with the glasses is very rude and interrupt see you when you go to talk I highly recommend never coming to this pawnshop they are scam artists and just flat out rude

I went in to buy a used firearm, and they wanted to charge me what it costs new. If you doubt this, look at their price then google it.

Walked in with 10min to spare and was told they were closed. Door wasnt even locked yet. Ask guy who was rude about them being close if they had at least what I was looking for so I could come back in the morning. Was told no, just to get me out. Was staring right at what i asked him for. Place sucks, take your business elsewhere. Companies who treat the customers like because its their store they can treat you like garbage dont belong in business.

GREAT PAWN SHOP!!! I get paid once a month unfortunately and ive had to bring my $2300 watch there twice now and im so used to pawn owners being rude but not these guys. They treat you with respect. As long as i live in martin county ill never go anywhere else. Pirate firearms is #1 business ive been too. Very happy with my experience and id suggest them to anyone looking to buy sell or pawn.
