My washer quit spinning two days ago. With 10 kiddos, the laundry piles up quickly!!! I called this place looking to buy a replacement part for my Whirlpool washer. She listened and was super polite to my “self-diagnosis.” She then asked what my washer was actually doing. I told her what it was and was not doing. She then told me that the part I was asking to buy was not likely to be the issue, even though every symptom and YouTube video said so. She was happy to supply me the part, if I insisted. She recommended I put the old part back on, and try a “hard reset.”I did what she said, and have a perfectly working machine again. I am so grateful for a company that was just willing to help, even when she had no benefit (financially) in doing so. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again, if needed! Thank you for being a huge blessing to our home!!
I gave this place one star but it really deserves zero stars. The appliance outlet is closed for Covid 19. I was slightly confused because google said they were open until 3pm. The lady I spoke with was very rude and didn’t even apologize for me driving 30 minutes from another county. She was rude, unprofessional and nasty over the phone. I do not understand how this business is still standing. They are on this application called offer up still advertising there appliances however the store is closed. This is no way to conduct business these people are liars and extremely unprofessional. You have been warned.
I had called to buy a nice used fridge & after days Tony finally called me back & said he dont sell anymore but he can fix it. I was glad to hear that cause i like my fridge it was just leaking. Well I paid over a hundred to fix it, plus a tip i shouldnt have given him cause i thought he worked for them but him & his rude wife own it? I say rude cause after the next dayci seen my fridge was still leaking so he never returned my call but she did a few fays later daying the truck is broke down so he cant come. REALLY? I thought what kinda company is this, he cant use her car ? I kept calling cause I was having a big dinner for my Grandaughter I hadnt seen in many years & she finally answers & says he is sick & cant make it. Im sure that was a lie because Ive sent messages for 2 weeks now with no respond? Im agreeing with most of these other reviews & wish I had read them first. Very unprofessional & dont use these people. I could go on but Im not wasting anymore time on this
Buyer beware,I wish we read the reviews about the owners behavior and how they treat customers. He threatened to sue for being a truthful customer buying from the husband and wife team, threatened us with violence at their place of business, and presently leaving threatening phone messages.We bought a frig for our rental property from the owner telling us the parts were replaced. It only lasted two months. TONY HESTER charged us to go back and service it without warranty. It cost additional to repair. Two months later it completely broke. We decided to speak to them in person only to be threatened. TONY HESTER began to wave his arms around like he was going to become violent for telling him our tenants lost food twice, and their lack of concern from not returning our phone calls. He would not allow us to speak about the problems without acting threatening. On the way out through store TONY HESTER angrily pushed me out the door.Now TONY HESTER IS POSTING A FAKE REVIEW on our local business page, like his own reputation describes.
Tony is an excellent diagnostician. Tina is very personable. The washer I bought works great. I will definitely use them again if I have trouble with any of my appliances.
They have the worst customer service i have ever seen or known. I will not do service with them or refer them to someone.back in July i had just move to port st lucie. I was in need of appliances due the the fact that i just brought my place i did not want to used my credit card to purchase new appliances. i went to there place to purchase a stove and a refrigerator. the husband deliver them to my place. when he plug the refrigerator i heard some noise. i told him to take it back because it was not working. he told that happen when a used fridge just got out the truck after a few minute the noise will stop. i told him i dont want it. he told me to hold on to this that he will bring me another one not to worry. since i dont have one in the house. I call them the next day. that fridge make noise all night it was hard to deal with it. the wife told me not to worry that her husband is working on it that he will get me another one. i kept calling until i reached the 30 days warranty that they give. after the 30 days the husband act like he got amnesia. he pretend that he never heard of me. eventually that fridge wouldnt work. i had to get another one.they never replace the noisy fridge that i brought from them. both husband and wife are scam.
Always helpful service from this husband and wife team! They have saved my family lots of money with their advice on how to repair our appliances when they were down. They gave honest advice and specific directions on how to do-it-ourself without requiring us to buy unnecessary parts, or telling us we needed a new appliance! Highly recommend!
We bought a refrigerator from them after they assured us that it was under warranty and they stand behind it. Less than two weeks after delivery it started making noise and then died. They refuse to fix it or help us in any way. They made us feel they were trust worthy but do yourself a favor and run from this company. Total rip offs. We threw away a bunch of money for nothing but a headache and it is unusable
Integrity! Its the most important aspect of any business but is woefully lacking in too many. Tina and QUA&P treated us with impeccable integrity. She could have easily sold us an item, but instead she helped us brainstorm the problem with our appliance... and she was correct! So now we are calling on QUA&P to help us with our fix. Bought 5 appliances. All work well. After appliances were installed I discovered one appliance was missing some parts. Notified shop who provided missing parts to us. Would have given this business 5 stars if the parts had not been missing and/or if parts had been provided sooner (took a few weeks & multiple emails/calls). Overall good experience though and one appliance was actually brand new but paid used price!
I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this very shady business. They lie and threaten when you call them out on the ancient appliances they deliver. Taped the price sticker on one over a huge dent that wasnt revealed until delivery. Permanently scratched up my floor by dragging the appliance during delivery. I shouldve ran when their store was filthy with cats climbing all over the graveyard of appliances. Horrible experience.

Theyve repaired all of our appliances instead of having to buy new, cleaned them better than they were, and gave tips on how to maintain them. The parts came in next day, They know what they are doing. Many residents call them when they need service too.

Very nice contact on the phone with Tina. She send me Tony within a day of call . Washing machine not draining.. not so much fun with 5 kids. Problem was fix right away amoung other potencial problem . I will certainly keep them . Thank you for being nice, honest and reliable !
Terrible experience! I went into the store to look for a used stove. They were all dirty and overpriced. When I was ready to leave the owner offered to look at my stove to see if it could be repaired. She NEVER said there was a charge. I was not home when they came. They spoke to my elderly father and requested a $49.00 payment AFTER they LOOKED at the stove, which they said would cost $200 to fix. They DIDNT leave a bill, instead they called me a week later to see if I was coming in to purchase a stove. When I explained that I had already purchased a stove, they (husband/wife) demanded their $49 dollars and said it would go to collections if I didnt pay. They were very aggressive on the phone. I explained that if I had known that there was a sevice fee, I would NOT have had them look at my stove. When I tried to ask them why I didnt receive a bill, they hung up on me. Geesh! Beware if you go into their shop. My mistake was not asking if they charged for the service call. However, in all fairness, the woman at the desk who offered me that service should have been clear up front!UpdateI am dying with laughter, right now, I just read the owners attempt at saving face. Plus, I finally RECEIVED a bill from these horrible people. Along with the bill came a threat of putting a lien on my home. Plus, they accuse me of slander. Fortunately, my daughter was with me and can verify what was said. What is even better about this is that I have his lies in writing. I havent decided if I should take this to my lawyer or not. Its not worth $59 to me, but these people should really not be in business. They are scary!

Bought a Used Whirlpool washer that was delivered filthy & then lasted less than 5 months. Used it three times a week. When I called to complain I was put on hold for over 5, minutes and then told they would call back. Then when they did call back instead of making it right they accused me of misusing the machine, wanted to charge me 59 bucks for a service call & wanted me to apologize? What a joke!!! I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company.
This business is an excellent example of why bricks-and-mortar stores are closing by the thousands while online merchants thrive. I stopped in for a motor coupling for my washing machine, and they quoted me $28 for a part I could get online for $7. (Thats for OEM; it would be even cheaper for aftermarket.) Now, I prefer to spend my money locally and support hometown businesses, and I expect to pay a LITTLE more for the privilege. But a 400 percent markup?! I may be naive and idealistic, but Im not stupid. In this case, I made my purchase online guilt free.
First their dogs peed all over my rims and they did nothing to wash it off not a big deal. It was a Saturday we bought a washer and dryer, when we got home we plug the dryer in with the door open and the heater element started glowing in the back which is definitely a fire hazard. We called immediately and we were told to bring it back in but on the phone the husband and wife said we just need to teach them how to use the dryer. After the money we spent I returned the next day and made sure I had my camcorder on because the husband was very rude the first day of purchase. I asked for a rebate had both pieces equipment there with all the parts right when they opened and immediately they both started yelling at me at the top of their lungs and the husband want as far as saying hes going to call my parole or probation officer indicating that Im a convicted felon. I immediately followed up I have this on tape and he said I dont give a you know what he use the bad language though I told him you shouldnt talk to your customers that way other stuff transpired but I remain calm I have it all on video. Then after I left the wife called my girlfriend and said that I came in violent and that she needs to be careful with me indicating that I am a violent person and she may be hurt she worries about my girl she says my girl immediately said no way. Of course later on they called back and left a voicemail indicating that day were wrong and I was right that the dryer was broke and had aftermarket parts in it which they said in the beginning they do not use and test all equipment. When I did tell them earlier in the conversation when I was returning it that it was a fire hazard that the heating element was glowing with the dryer door open right when we plugged it in I was told on camera of course and I said no you need to have air passing over a dryer element it should not turn on with the dryer not running and of course it heating element did eventually burn out luckily not causing a fire I indicated that I work on this kind of equipment I am in AC technician immediately the husband says you do not work on Shi you get it. These people have mental problems and have the worst customer service in the world and I have it all on video and I am reporting it on the Better Business Bureau as well. I went through two days of aggravation listening to them back pedal as I read the reviews on Google it is clear the gentleman that works there has an anger issue. This left me very unsettled for days like I said I have on video I would love to have the news watch the video. The Better Business Bureau will not handle my case because it was in my girlfriends credit card but her case is still pending. I feel much better now that I looked at all the complaints especially the violent complaints from the owners of this company. It is abuse when you go in to find your character being belittled and someone being aggressive and violent and loud and cussing at you it will aggravate you and it will ruin your week. I do not know how these people are in business I would give them no stars Not Alone the fact that I have to press 1 star to leave a review. Thank you for all the people who wrote about this company you made me feel better if I did not read your complaints I would probably still feel victimized.

He obviously cares about it very much. People shouldn’t be so quick to try and ruin someone’s rep.I’m giving them a try.. if I don’t like a price I won’t buy, oh btw, if you buy a used appliance it might not last as long as a new one. It’s a save your money risk thing.. 💁♀️
They had no respect for me as a customer or as a person. Questioned my service to the country as a Marine called me a coward and little boy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I was not hostile at all they yelled (screamed) at me, owner and wife. I am just stating facts thats all. I have the proof, and no, I will never use your company again for any purpose. I would never trust the people there. I fixed the washer myself to avoid this company .I never even raised my voice once. I was yelled at called names and belittled, but not once did I raise my voice. I asked if I needed to call an attorney and was told at that point. That I had threatened them and needed to stop harassing them to fix the washer.Read the other comments they say the same thing. They threaten to sue you if you dont take tdown your negative post, just the facts I have the proof.
I startex using their services for my rental homes 5 years ago. Because of their excellent service I now use them for my own home

The worst. Refrigerator stopped working after less than 7 months. Threatening phone calls and harassing text messages due to negative review.
Theyll do anything for a sell. I bought a dishwasher and kitchenaid over stove microwave with wall brackets when I moved 2 hrs away . Installed dishwasher and within a week I replaced a part at the cost of $250 and the microwave had the wrong brackets. I contacted them and was told well get back to after checking with someone else.Never heard from them again.
