The staff, especially Christian, were extremely professional and timely in taking care of my problem I really appreciate the quick and efficient service I received, from start to finish. I was promised my car on Friday 9/17/21 and still do not have it back and no one calls me, I have to keep calling them. So far I am not very satisfied.

I was hit from behind and there was a piece of the bumper that was fixed instead of replaced. I wanted it replaced from the beginning and i was told if i was not happy with the repairs they would replace it. Beware get that in writing!!! I picked up the car and expressed my concerns. They told me they would contact Geico and let them know. Again this never happened, 8 days later decide to drop by the office and ran into a very unprofessional employee who said that is the best they can do. Then went to point out marks on the front of my car. Why does the front matter i was hit from behind and my issue is there work and they didnt keep there word. I should have brought the car to my car to the Honda dealer. I will never be back.

Excellent Customer Service. I had some questions about the repairs being performed on my vehicle and they showed me the vehicle with the bumper removed and walked me through all the repairs that were needed. Returned vehicle with full auto detailing in better condition then I brought it in also. Quick to repair the damage and return the vehicle as well. Great job!

The head light was missing a corner. My other headlight had moisture in it. My emblem was not on fully. The guy at the counter just handed me my keys without bringing me to my car. Instead he continued to sit in his chair.. when I got into my car, all I could smell was a musty odor like moisture and a dirty shoes. I had to go back to to office to ask him to walk with me to the car..He told me he didnt smell it but ok..then when I noticed the front bumper emblem coming off on one side, he said its ok and if it comes off fully, to bring it back in and the vehicle is under warranty for as long as I have it. I didnt notice the missing corner of my new headlight because it was sunny and I was on a shirt time limit..but he didnt want to wait around anyways because he was inching to get back to the office instead of doing a walk through of my vehicle. There are gaps everywhere around around hood and front fenders. My headlights are lopsided when they are on. I liked the previous owners, they were thurough. And the paint has scratches in it on the new parts.. not good work at all

Treasure Coast Auto Collision is the BEST! I have just recently moved here from Indiana and went to Google Reviews to find a place to fix my car. I was backed into at Publix. From the time I pulled into the lot, I was greeted by Kevin and he took over from there. The rental car was onsite and ready for me to use. My SUV was ready early and I dropped it off. I was greeted by Jim who had everything ready for my departure. The repair was amazing! Looks brand new! The detail work was CRAZY AMAZING! Whomever cleaned my SUV did an excellent job, 110% effort. I have a dog and there was quite a bit of dog hair and slobber. All gone!!! I am so happy I chose Treasure Coast Auto Collision ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impressive work! They went above and beyond with the repairs my Benz needed after being side swiped by a semi truck. The paint is perfectly blended... even in the areas insurance did not cover- AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! The doors open and close smoothly. The windows function properly. There are absolutely no recognizable flaws... and I am a perfectionist who is NOT typically satisfied with quality of workmanship these days. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing extensive repair to their vehicle. They kept me updated on the repairs via email and phone. They were friendly and professional. Besides the fact that they fixed my damaged car PERFECTLY(I’m a self proclaimed ‘car guy’) I looked and looked again and rechecked I could say honestly it looks OEM fresh!But it’s their customer service which convinced me to write this review and I never do that!Frank Goes the distance to make sure the customer is happy. They did great work on my new car that got rear ended just a few weeks after I bought it. Can’t tell that it was ever involved in an accident.Unfortunately, we are bringing it back again next week to be repaired after yet another accident. I fully expect that I will be as happy the second time as I was the first time....

I was visiting from out of town and had to have a tail light repaired. I called to see if they would be able to get me in and out quickly as I was leaving town the next afternoon. It was a miracle they had the part and then it only took 15 minutes to fix it. Everyone was great and I highly recommend their services.

Geico sent me to this shop for their Express Auto Repair Program, I was hesitant that Geico only gave me one choice but I cant say enough good about this entire experience during a stressful time. Kevin was my fixer, he followed up with me about the process all week as the shop fixed my car. The people I encountered here were nice, everyone was busy working and the place just looks well managed. I highly recommend TCAc for your collision repairs.

Went here for body work through State Farm insurance. Super easy to work with, great work done on the car and they also washed/waxed/vacuumed the car. I can tell they took really great care of our car!

I had to use them twice, both times were recommended by my and other parties insurance.I should have picked up on the details, first I was in the office and they were on the phone arguing with a previous client about a poor repair job. Then should have picked up on second part, for my repair they said that my rear bumper as it is plastic will always look different color.... so in my mind poor paint matching or they just dont care.Second time about six months later was out right bad. Got my car and noticed paint and/or clear coat drips. Also a ding on the hood with paint missing, the said ohh we noted on your paper work you had rock damage in the front. I showed them the pictures when dropping off the car and no ding. They were prompt in saying that it was poor job and got it all fixed the next day.It goes on.... They got paint over spray on the interior of the car and seats, did not wet sand/clear coat an area on the roof, the door leaked air at speeds above 45, trim pieces were missing. Now since they have an insurance company rep who is in the office, I contacted them, again, again, and again....and again.... and again with no reply. I then went to another body shop to get a quote to clean up their mess, then finally did I hear back.They did fix the issues and more or less did a good job... I mean it is a Camry, not a collector car by any means. Only reason for two stars and not one star was the fact when I called them out on their mistakes, they did take care of them.

Was nervous because of some of the reviews, but they did a great job on the hood and fender repair of my VW Passat. You absolutely cannot tell that there was ever any damage. They also vacuumed the interior, washed and waxed the exterior and dressed the tires, which was completely unexpected.I would definitely use them again. I had no issues, and the quality of their work was better than I have experienced at other shops.

I went here for collision work as well per the others driver at fault insurance company. Worst service I ever had. The guy who looks over your vehicle prior to service was very rude and basically tried to point out everything that was at fault with my truck. I wasnt looking to trade the truck in, I was only looking to get it fixed. After the work was finished, I noticed ALOT of scrapes in my paint. Looked like they tried to cover it up with touch up paint. I pointed out the noticeable one and they claimed it was already there. Made me so mad. After I got it home and was looking it over, I noticed quite a few more. I was so pissed, I didnt even want to take it back there to have them fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone! It still pisses me off to this day every time I look at those scrapes.

Not good! Wrong color instead of pearly white, was just white. When I complained, his demeanor changed and he got belligerent. They did fix it, but at extra charge and I was told not to come back.
