Took my 04 Civic in with lots of sun damage, minor scratches and body damage; they took care of everything with my best interest in mind. They finished the job a week earlier than anticipated and truly surprised me with the outcome. In the first photo (before) you can’t really tell how bad the fading was but you can see a bit of the lightening as a result; very pleased with how it came out. Michael, Chris, and everyone else involved in the process were really personable, upfront, and helped cut down the cost; overall great experience.

Whew, Stuart Maaco is a busy place, and be prepared to get in line--They stay booked weeks out. I didnt know that when I went in for an estimate and wouldnt have known it because of how courteous and attentive Chris was. There was an air of busy-ness but he went around my car, slowly pointing out imperfections, explaining what and how they prep them for the painting process which could include the clear coat. He also explained extra services like the headlight covers being buffed out with a protective coating. Im a pickie, precise person and pointed out certain issues of my cars body/paint condition asking specifically how these would be handled, and the outcome. All my questions were met to my satisfaction, so we went back into their busy office but Chris continued as if I were the only one there... explaining they had cars for rent during the painting process at a very reduced rate if I needed a vehicle while they had mine. He finished writing up the estimate, including the extra services I wanted and gave me the price. I asked him about the quote I had been given online and he fully explained they were an independent business and it would show in the end result. I must say I found the price very reasonable and was actually pleased with his explanations because I wanted a better and more thorough body work and painting process. He then said You wont even recognize your own car when you come to pick it up! I was excited, happy to have finally acted on this and THEN he pulled up their calendar and told me he could get me in:...4 weeks from Monday. I was shocked, the air went out of my sails! But of course I agreed, realizing theyre obviously busy for a reason: excellent, quality work. Chris thanked me, no deposit required, told me to look at the 2 cars to the right up front-they just came out. I did and left impressed. The weekend before my Monday a migraine episode occurred with me barely able to call Monday morning to apologize for not being able to keep my appointment, messing their schedule...Dave was immediately more concerned about my health than anything else, telling me to go back to bed and call when I can, not to worry about it. When I called back to reschedule my next appointment was 6 weeks out! Dave had me back on the schedule and even mentioned he was glad I was feeling better. The full of energy and positive attitudes of everyone Id talked with was such a delight. No scorns, nor complaining anywhere around, just busy in a great way. My Monday finally arrived, I got a rental car and left mine. When my car was ready I saw a couple of places right away and after a brief conversation with Chris, it was agreed I would bring my car back in a month after the paint/clearcoats had cured for the issues to be taken care of. Chris explained his points and was very understanding about mine. The office was cranking as usual, Dave was laughing, working with a customer regarding a fantastic white stripe they had put down a red Mustang. It was looked sharp and I had to say so! What a great crew of a great business. Im aware of this legthy review, being the one who wrote it, but STUART MAACO is worth every word and dollar. Chris was right--I didnt recognize my car, a 2006 and looked like I was driving it off the car lot, brand new. I am so pleased, happy and very grateful to know and have this business take care of my vehicle. My sister got her 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse painted at Maaco during Christmas. Shortly before bringing it in, she had an accident requiring she get another bumper. It was a black car, she had spray painted it, in an effort to improve but it looked unattractive.After the paint job at Macco, the car looks like a collectible. Its a convertible and we live in South Florida and people yell out about how pretty the car looks. She made a very good blue/purple color choice. The paint job was impeccable. Our two brothers have auto body and paint shops so we appreciated the quality of the job and the reasonable price.The owner and manager at Macco are terrific and helped her with financing and then with the interaction with the insurance people. I was skeptical about the paint matching and was so happy when I saw the finished work done by this Maaco. My job was handled professionally and completed in exactly the amount if time estimated. I went in initially to have a color match for my hood that was peeling. I saw a car that had just been painted the coolest blue/purple ever. So I decided to paint the entire car that color. I stopped by for an estimate and was helped immediately by a friendly and professional employee. He was very thorough and efficient. After considering the estimate, I called and set up an appointment. Was told when to bring in my car and also when it would be completed. As promised, I received a call on the day they told me. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car that they had actually done more than promised, at no additional charge.This was my second experience with MAACO. They did a terrific job both times!

Paid $2105.00 to have my truck painted and it came back with my air conditioner and radio broken, due to Maacos negligence.I now have no working air conditioner, and no working radio in my truck, because Maaco left wrapping paper in my hood, which went into the a/c vents, and, they corroded my radio wires by their negligence.THEY TRIED TO DENY PUTTING ANY PAPERS INTO MY HOOD, UNTIL I SHOWED THEM THE PHOTOS!!!!The paint job was shoddy, and, I am 100% disappointed with their performance. i guess to Maaco, $2105.00 is not alot of money but, to me, it was a huge sum of money which was totally wasted.FREAKING CREEPS.They also lost the key to my truck, because, they are completely unprofessional, so, even that cost me an additional $50 to purchase a new key from Chevy.IF THIS PLACE WAS NOT A FRANCHISE, IT WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF, MAACO!!!!!

Thier crew did a great job!! 2002 celica came out great!! CHIS AND Dave and everyone theretook care of me and my car.I went in with my car, didnt have to wait long for an estimate. Left the keys told it would take about a week. It definitely didnt take a week more like 3 weeks, please be prepared to have another car. I had another car and wasnt in a rush so it wasnt a big deal. Although its about an hour there then another hour back home so I have to find someone give me a ride. Chris called me let me know it was ready. I went and picked it up, no surprises, no tricks,. The price they quoted is what I payed, no hidden fee.The car looks like a brand new paint job. Was given a few tips on how to make the paint job last longer.All in in all definitely did a fantastic job, the car looks way better then I thought it would come out. The service was great, Good work and friendly service what else could you ask for?

They handled my damages paint and repair with the utmost professionalism and care. There was a distibute with the insurance company not wanting to pay for all my damages and they went a step above and beyond and assisted me with getting all the damage covered. They are honest trustworthy sincere and really do care about you and your car. Their damage estimate out of three was also the lowest. I would not hesitate and consider them to handle your repairs. When I picked up my car it looked better and was now in better shape than when I bought it from the dealer. The attention to detail inside and outside of the car was remarkably impeccable. I was hesitant bc I’d read mixed reviews about Macco but what I didn’t know is they are franchises so the experience etc will vary by location.The Stuart, Florida location was absolutely outstanding. Solid professionals and respectable pricing.They didn’t take advantage of me because I had never had a car painted before. Instead, they took the time to explain each component and work with me to decide whether or not that was important for my car.I could tell they took pride in their work and treated their employees (ALL of them) with respect and kindness. Very positive atmosphere.My car looks phenomenal a week later and they have gained a lifelong customer with me.

Needed an estimate for a paint job on my IMS van. They were very professional, talked us through each step that will need to be done to get the vehicle looking back like A1. The paint makes it look new, with a really great a thick glossy look. They did good body work where peeling clear coat and hail damage was on the hood. Plus the dent in the door looks great. I am very pleased with the work.

Bad experience overall. Three day job turned into two weeks, seeing how this is my only vehicle I had to get the rental, which I had to extend 4 different times. There was no communication on there end I had to call to get a update each day that is was suppose to be ready for pickup. I was told different stories by each managers. When I finally did go to pick it up, the flair on the fender was not glued on properly it was hanging out. They told me I could bring it back and they would fix it it would take them a half a day. Working full time this is not a option for me. Unfortunately I am unable to leave a good review.(Re- to your response)You did do right to order the correct fender after the fact which I did appreciat,but it was not the insurance who ordered the aftermarket they said to order a used one from a yard I still have the paperwork.when I came to do the estimate Maaco chose the aftermarket instead. I have no problem waiting, why I left a bad review was because of the lack of communication and the job was not completed correcty.For example dropped off Sunday was supposed to be completed Wed, did not receive a call from Maaco saying it would take longer, I called wed afternoon and each time it was extended I had to call to find out. It was extended four times and no calls only call backs. It did not matter to me if it would take 4 weeks it was the lack of communication that was the issue. When I went to pick it up the flair was not glued on right, its still sticking out. Again I did not want to go into detail or leave a bad review but this is honestly the service I got.

I talked to Dave on the phone and had an appointment for Tuesday so I dropped my truck off Monday night. I was told my truck would be done on Friday and it was done Thursday. I went by to pick my truck off and learned that they went above and beyond with the paint, doing more then was needed making it look way better then I could’ve imagined. The paint job itself was amazing with a high gloss shine and perfect color match. Staff was very courteous and respectful. I would take my truck back in a heartbeat.

Totally unexpected experience. Had to have some repairs done and planned on interviewing 3 or 4 body shops. Went to Maaco as we thought this was the least likely choice. Dave was our advisor and, doggone, he was straight forward, friendly and put us totally at ease. We decided right then and there we would use Maaco. The job done was totally professional (as in you would never know it happened) and on time. Such a great company! Went to get my car painted, and I pick it up today with an impeccable paint job. But this company went a step above and cleaned my headlights for free. They even took the time to vacuum my rugs in my car. I am so happy with this company and will definitely be giving them my business again. Highly recommend.

I just moved to the Stuart area and I needed a reliable paint shop to repaint my car. I called around and got all different crazy quotes. I finally came up on Chris at Maaco and much to my surprise he was honest and educated me on the process of bringing my car back to life. At no point did I ever feel that I was being sold something I didnt need or being taken advantage of. Before the car was even finished and ready to be picked up, Chris sent me pictures to make sure that it met my satisfaction. I can honestly say they will be my body shop for life. I hope that I dont need body work all that often, but I can say without hesitation that Maaco should be your first stop for all of your needs.

Got my bumper and quarter panel replaced there a couple weeks ago after an accident. The results were fantastic. The car looks like new. They got it done on time and more or less on budget despite finding an extra broken piece they did not account for while quoting the repair. I recommend them to everyone.

I have taken my 2007 Pontiac Solstice to numerous body shops around Florida. Ive searched high and low for the business that would treat the car that I love with the respect that it deserves. Recently, I got into a fender bender with my nephew Henry as we both tried to pull out of a family event, unfortunately, at the same time. My nephew Henry still has a busted fender on his PT Cruiser because hes afraid that he will be ripped off by the local body shops. Well, now that I have had my car all fixed up by the magicians at Maaco of Stuart, I can tell my nephew he doesnt have to worry anymore about a place to take his PT. This is because Maaco is the place to go. Wonderful prices, people, and masterful precision has made my Solstice purr once more. No longer is my Pontiac out of commission.
