Had what I needed in todays world. Countermen were helpful and polite when looking for them odd items so give them a chance. Some phone carriers signal is bad inside so have your images ready before you head in.
I went in to get struts and there was a mix up. Two of one size was ordered. The manager handled it professionally, ensuring I received the part. I appreciate when a mistake is made the manager handles it.

Terrible experience. 2 of the 3 employees werent helping anyone until one of them asked another to. I asked if they could read my check engine light and the immediate response was no but I can sell you one. She said they werent allowed to check because of COVID-19. Not a terrible reason, however, only 1 employee was wearing a mask properly and 1 didnt even have one on at all. 3 other customers didnt have masks on as well and our county has a mask mandate. Way to pick and choose safety protocols. I hope the battery I bought from them lasts beyond its warranty so I never have to set foot in there again. Had a much better experience at their competition.

Used to come here exclusively for parts, but the store has gone to hell since don left. Customer service is trash, employees dont know a starter from a bearing. Wont return unless its a last resort.
Been here a few times, there prices are good, and staff was knowledgeable about my brakes, and some other misc things over the years. I did have to wait FOREVER once because whoever was working was having a personal chat with someone. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars, good call for your first stop if you need auto parts.

I went to Advance Auto on US 1 today. I had a dead battery and was stranded. I left my office without grabbing my mask so I had to go into the auto parts store without a mask. They refused to sell me a battery because I didnt have on a mask. Now the mask mandate in Stuart has been lifted since Saturday. I thought because of that, maybe they would be willing to help me out, knowing that I was stranded but they refused. I was able to get someone in the parking lot to jump my truck off and I headed down to OReillys where they were happy to help me out and they were also completely surprised when I told them what Advanced had done. They told me to come back anytime and they would never turn me away. So needless to say, Advanced Auto has lost a customer for Life and OReillys has gained one. I would say for all your auto parts needs and friendly-helpful staff, drive right past Advanced Auto and go to OReillys!

First off the Manager Matt is the best. I needed an alternator swap since the 4 month remanufactured had a bad/open diode. It was an online order and Matt used his best judgement and excellent customer service to swap the part quickly. He tested the part before.handing it over and I was on my way. Matt deserves a lot of credit for multitasking and fixing issues quickly.

Went in to buy oil and noticed the long line of customers but didnt think too much about it. Got my oil went online and noticed only one person was working and was only answering phones and ignoring all the customers in the store. I asked the people how long they were on line and some said as long as 30 minutes with no one helping them. 5 of us walked out immediately.
Great special going on for oil and filter when I went. The bathroom was clean and they recycled my old oil. No wait and very close to my house. Also, they have nice, cheerful employees :)

Not a lot of choices when it came to purchasing accessories for your cars such as fragrance or car seats. The men seemed to be quite arrogant. There was one woman in there and she was very friendly fast and efficient. She kept the line moving. I think she waited on four our customers to their one. Im more of an Auto zone shopper.
The workers here a generally polite and work hard to help. The only complaint I have is the lack of employees on the clock at the same time. Its not strange to see a line of people here waiting to be helped. If management would budget more hours and hire another employee it would help them tremendously. The current employees are always working hard everytime I come in but they are stretched very thin by installing wiper blades, batteries, light bulbs, looking up parts, stocking shelves, answering questions, answering stupid questions, ordering parts, answering phones, dealing with the commercial companies, delivering parts and any one of a million other things they need to do in a day. All 4 stars go to the employees, the additional star goes to management....stop worrying about your profit and hire another person. Your profit will catch up with your staffing.
Remember, customers SHOULD be job one. Not standing there talking to each other while theres a line forming. The person was ok after they asked if I needed help, I sort of did need help as they dont let you go back into the stock room by yourself.

These guys were very friendly and willing to take my used engine waste oil. I wish I would have purchased my oil and filter from them. I bought them at a different store that didnt take waste oil and told me I had to take it to the landfill facility.

My truck started to make a whining sound when I made a turn. So I checked the power steering fluid and sure enough, it was low. I also noticed that my brake fluid was low. I found both of these items at this auto parts store. It is AMAZING to me that, in addition to having regular items like these two, they stock every conceivable auto part there is. And then, these guys go right into their floor to ceiling aisles and find it lickety split. These guys are also very helpful to novices like me answering any question i have.

I stopped in to buy some brake pads and to have my check engine light interpreted. They were more than happy to sell me the brake pads, but because of a little rain they wanted me to make a separate trip to get my trouble codes read.Clerk: Youre not going to get any help with that today.Me: Youre not going to get any of my money today -- or any day for that matter.I drove a mile down the road to AutoZone, where they not only sold me the brake pads at a lower price, they checked my trouble codes without whining about a little rain.

The battery died in my wifes car. I knew we bought it here but they couldnt find the purchase under my phone number for the warranty. I tried a couple of other numbers Ive used in the past and called my wife to look for the receipt. I didnt think in the moment to try her number. A line was forming so I told the man he could help others while waiting on the receipt. Next thing I know hes handing me a new battery. Thats service and I will continue shopping here knowing they take care of their customers.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Looks like this specific location is quite involved in the community. I see a food truck parked in the parking lot, and have seen Boy Scouts do car wash fundraisers there.
When I first started going to the store I always receive good and friendly service. A couple times when I had issues there was one employee in specific who help me out especially when I didnt have a receipt but she was able to look up information for me and help me out and keep me a satisfied and returning customer. The past couple times I have gone there I have not seen her there at all so I believe that she does not work there anymore or perhaps my timing is always wrong and the days that I am there shes actually off. Ive gone to the store twice within the past 3 weeks and both times waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even look at me to acknowledge that I was in the store let alone even attempt to help me. The first time I went was with my work truck to get two batteries tested as I had a feeling that they were going bad. There was only one guy working the counter and when I asked do you have the batteries checked, he said oh well that guy is outside with two other people and I am busy. Meanwhile I could physically see two other people behind their other counter standing there doing nothing when they could have been helping other customers. I continue to wait in the guy who was doing the battery testing came in grab something and then went back outside but he was not with another customer. At this point I was fed up and left I went down the street to AutoZone where I got immediate service and help and was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store. Recently this past week I went there to get new wiper blades for my personal vehicle. I had to wait for One customer to finish using the computerized information center because I do not know the size of my wiper blades. When I went to use the computer display, it was giving repeated error messages to inform the employees at the store that it needed a battery placement and I was not able to use the computer to look up the size. I then when to go to the counter to Simply ask them what size it was for my car and then I already knew where the wipers were to pick out which ones I want. However there was one gentleman in line in front of me, and then three other customers decided to walk in and start yapping with the employee who is actually helping the customer. Again this time there was one employee at the register and two possibly three other employees behind that same counter behind the shelves doing nothing. I again left and went to AutoZone again where, I got a mediate help as soon as I walked in the store and was in and out of the store with my purchase within 5 minutes. After these two past experiences I will never go back to that specific Advance Auto store. The customer service there is horrible and the employees are flat-out lazy.

When they finally saw i was correct and they were wrong, they finally apologized..But ut still sucked that i had to go thru all that work and missed a day of work..So that starter cost me alot of mony and Grief..Gave em 2 stars cause in the past they have been very good...Or else they wouldnt have gotten any stars..
Went in to get a battery checked, the manager there should not be a manager of any company! Maybe he was having a bad day but he does not know how to speak to customers! I will be contacting the branch manager about the store manager’s attitude!

Understaffed was third person in line, waited for about 15 minutes to get to register meanwhile about 7 customers come after me. I got to register and needed someone to do a diagnostics test for my check engine light being on. I was told he can’t so I left with not knowing what’s wrong with my car. Every customer should be taken accounted for regardless of what they need done. If I would’ve known what was wrong with my car I could’ve bought my parts for it right there. Worst customer service.
