I have been dealing with the Stuart Bennett store for over 25 years. Theirs always someone of automotive knowledge behind the counter working at just about any time of day. When you walk in, it smells like an automotive parts store. Not some other retail chain that has no knowledge behind the counter, and no one over 20 years old works there. The store is always clean, and the store management is on top of everything.

I use them frequently and have always received good service. This is by no means a slight on the guys that work there. I needed a headlight bulb for a 96 Avalon. A speciality bulb. Hid bulb. $106.00 including tax. No one else had one so I am thankful for that. Knew I could order online but didn’t have the luxury of time. The identical bulb on Amazon was$49.00. I do not expect them to compete with Amazon prices but definitely feel I was taken advantage of by the store prices. Again not taken advantage of by the counter guys. They charge what they are told to charge. Has left a lasting bad taste in my mouth regarding Bennett.

These guys and gals are very knowledgable, helpful and polite. I have used them regularly for the past 3 years and have always received great service and parts. They have gone out of their way to help me and gotten me back to work on my car quickly. A+++

I came in earlier in the day today and ordered a headlight switch for 08 suburban. Was told it would be at store by 5. I arrived approximately 530 and part had not arrived yet. No one could tell if or when it would be arriving. Seeing as the part I need is a necessity to turn on lights it would have been helpful to know something. This was my first experience with Bennett and more than likely will be my last.

Fast and easy. Answered my questions. Got the right answers. Got my part and out the door quick. Good job.

Giving it one star only because you have to give them something in order to let people know how much they suck, and Im sure theres an Autozone right down the street. You are better off going there.

They are no longer Bennett although they are some other odd name the man sold me the wrong windshield wiper did not seem knowledgeable and I will never go back there again I prefer to have multiple people $21 for one windshield wiper I think thats a little bit outrageous Napa here I come

I stood there at the counter for 10 mins with no other customers and 4 employees behind the counter. Not once was I ever acknowledged. Terrible customer service. Couldnt tell you about the part I left and have NO plans of ever returning.

Hardly anyone goes there anymore, the staff is not motivated...

I called at 8:00 AM and the alternator wasnt there but it was ordered and ready for pick up at 12:00 PM very satisfied!
