I use Good year for both of my vehicles tires. They are always great and honest. Bud always tries to get you the best price and the manager Elliot is very helpful as well. They make sure to not charge you more than you were quoted. We will continue to use Good year!

I bring them Ultra High Performance tires and Race tires for performance vehicles. Never a scratch or scuff on a rim. Just the extra soap paste they use for the ease of mounting. Ill take the paste over a scratch on a $1500.00 rim anytime.

I went there this morning on my way to work because my light for my tire pressure was lite: mind you it was during a torrential downpour at the same time. The store didnt have any appointments yet because it was before 8am. The man at the front asked me to leave the car ALL DAY to check the tire! REALLY! also stating that he was the only one clocked in and the other man there wasnt on the clock yet ! SERIOUSLY ! It was like 5 minutes till 8, which is when he was supposed to clock in! The Shop let me leave in the pouring rain not knowing what could happen ! What if my tire BLEW on the way to another place!! I wasnt asking for a service that takes more than 3 minutes and this shop REFUSED to help me!!! THANK GOD I AM SAFE! I found a shop to give me 3 minutes of their time!!

Horrible customer service!! I just moved to the area and dont have a tire place to go to or to call yet so i figured i would try here because it was very convenient. I will never go here again! I went last week, they tried telling me they were to busy to help me or even look at my car and I would need to leave the car in order to get there tech to look at the car and get his recommendation on services. i guess they don,t need more business. OK, Thank you I wont be back !

On Saturday August 15th, 2020, I Stopped by with a nail in my tire 30 minutes before closingThey were not busy. They told me to come back Monday and overfilled my tire.They told me it would take more than 30 minutes to patch?Really disappointed in the customer service 😔

Bud & Elliot worked quickly to resolve my blown tire; they were honest with me about only needing to replace 1 tire, whereas my dealerahip said i needed to replace all 4! Such great service, I will be a forever customer of theirs!

My husband went to a few tire places to get a brand new tire patched. No one wanted to help him or said it was not possible. Then he went to Goodyear and they did it right away. Great customer service and they did a great job.

Elliot very helpful but hes the only one. Every one else when you come thru the door panic that there is work. 1 car in bay, 2 in lot.... Stopped for oil change, couldnt do it now, ALL Mechanics are out to lunch. Really, Why would you allow that or you only have one? I will take my business to someplace that want customers to come to their shop.

I had 8 years of a good relationship with Elliot & Larry. Then they broke the oil pan on my wifes new car.They where the only one that touched it. Cost me $1,000.00 (BUCKS). They could have done the right thing.They didnt . NEGATIVE 5 STARSI referred so much work to them. Now its gone. 😞😞😞

This is a wonderful shop. They have one guy there, Jared, who knows almost anything about cars. He graduated from Lincoln Tech and is very knowledgeable and has a level head on his shoulders. He wont rip you off. Hell spend extra time trying to find out what the problem is so he can fix it right. He will work and work until he figures it out and gets it right. Always ask for Jared when going there. Ive never had a bad job done there. This is the only place I trust with my car.

Yesterday we had the oil changed on our car. This morning we checked oil level and it was a full quart OVER the top line on the oil dip stick. My husband told David to make sure they DO NOT OVERFILL the oil, because we have had the problem in the past (but NEVER this much over). He told him, no matter what the manuals say, only to put 4 quarts of oil in the car, and that he would top it off it off if needed.Mariah was the technician and we dont know if David passed along the information or not, but someone dropped the ball. This can cause major damage to our engine and is not acceptable.From our experience we do not recommend you take your car here for an oil change!

Been going there for years but the last two times they dropped crucial items; Had tires rotated but they did not check the tire pressure which was not balanced. Last time he lectured my wife about when to pick up the car, after being told Saturdays were first come first serve. Never again.

Was quoted a price from the manager Elliot Ziegler. When I brought my car in, it was a different price. He said he talks to a lot of people and he couldnt remember. Very shady. Then when I called to see if maybe there was a misunderstanding, he freaked out and hung up. This is the manager?Listening to an grown man whine and lose control with a customer because he cant remember is very unprofessional, embarrassing and -- quite frankly -- sad.

This is the best place around to get an oil change. Eliott is a pleasure to deal with and will help out in any way to get you a fair deal.
