Passing thru Hobe Sound, I got a tire pressure warning and the pressure was dropping rapidly. I looked up the closest place and it was Paradise Tire. It was near closing time, so I called them to see if they could help me. Anthony said he could and to bring it right in. They took the car right in and repaired the tire which had a screw lodged in it. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I cant thank them enough for fixing the tire quickly and keeping me on the road.

They are pretty handy because I live nearby. They got me in right away, and that was important because my wife was out of town with our other car. That’s why they get three stars. But the cost was really not so good. They charged me $339 for a $200 alternator, and $150 for a $75 radiator. Now I expected some markups, but 50-100%. And $285 labor for about 2 1/2 hours of work. They usually get the job done right, but I think they would have made money if they charged me $550, not $870

Paradise Tire and Service is where I go for all my auto repairs. The customer service is great and everyone is friendly and helpful. I have found them to be fair and honest with their pricing and their work has always been excellent. I recently had a clutch replaced in my Honda and the work was done on time and under the original estimate. I also like that they are engaged with the community and support many of our local charities. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of auto repair.

Friendly fast service. Mounted my tires quickly with absolutely no damage to my rim, not a scratch. Knowledgable guy too. Youd be surprised how many shops will damage your rims and not say a word.

They provided 3 suggestions and details of each. Upon researching the suggestions and chose the ties. Paradise was great throughout the process. I would recommend.

This place goes above and beyond to fix all of our cars. I will never go anywhere else. We’ve been taking are cars there for the past 7 years and once again they do everything we need and then some! Definitely recommend!

The guys here seem super nice, but they told me I needed a $1000 repair to replace the oil gasket on my car. I checked the oil consistently for the following month and the level did not go down at all. I took it to another mechanic and they said there is nothing wrong with the gasket, but that the oil filter that Paradise Tire installed was loose, so they fixed that. I dont know if this was an honest mistake or if they were trying to trick me, but I will not be returning.

Prompt, polite, efficient, and fair. I drove in and despite busy auto bays and mechanics my tire was repaired immediately. Back on the road in 20 minutes for a very fair price.

A good family owned, honest business is hard to come by! They provide honest quotes, quality parts/service, and consistently beat competitor prices. Their employees are always a pleasure to deal with and they take time to speak to you about the work in a manner thats understandable without being condescending. I cannot say enough good things! I am always comfortable leaving my car in Paradise Tires care and confident that they will treat me right. It seems like they always go that extra mile (haha) with their very friendly and professional team. They always listen to my concerns, do quality & speedy work, and they never tag on services or fees without consulting you first, unlike other mechanics I have been to. Automobiles are finicky creatures and Id say the team here knows how to handle em.

When I moved here in November 2011 I hadnt found a local mechanic yet. My new neighbor referred me to Paradise Tire and Auto Repair and said he had a good experience with them. Ironically I found out that they were a Chamber of Commerce member and I was about to be one as well. I had my brakes done and I fell in love with the family atmosphere. I have sent others to Paradise knowing they will be very well cared for. Often while at Chamber events I will hear all the raving that goes on about their great experiences - this is such a testimony for them. I highly recommend Paradise to anyone looking for personal service and a place where they stand behind their work.

I use them for everything. They stand behind their work. There is something to be said about doing business with a family run business rather than one of those company run stores. Everyone is professional there and makes it a point to go above and beyond so the customer stays happy. I highly recommend them for any auto repair need. Its hard to find a garage that you can just drop off your car and say to them whatever you think the problem is just go ahead and fix it. You can here.I see a bad review from a Google user must be either someone hard to please or a competitor. Ive bought tires from them a couple of times and had no problems.UPDATE: 4 years later.....its 2019 and Im still using them. Theyve been more than honest to me. Having a business in the past sometimes competitors will leave a bad review on a page. Knowing how Ive been treated, and people I have referred have been treated I just have to question some of these bad reviews. I live in Tequesta, and I pass many repair shops. I much rather drive 15 miles out of my way to come here than go somewhere else. I have found everyone there to be knowledgeable & friendly.

Absolutely fantastic! I called in with an a/c issue. They got straight on to it, and within 2 hours diagnosed the issue, had parts delivered and installed, all at a price that it wasnt worth me getting my hands dirty for. Thanks guys.

Paradise destroyed my carI took my car in for an oil change in a new (still under warranty) engine, just replaced 4 months ago, after driving from San Diego in 3 days. The car ran perfectly all the way to Paradise Tire and Service.Returning to pick-up the vehicle I was advised that the engine had ‘seized-up’, becoming worthless, while in their possession. They made no offer to do anything and I had to have the car towed away. Later examination of the wrecked motor revealed it had been run with no oil added after the ‘change’.Yeah - they finally paid 40% of the repair cost (at another shop) to avoid a lawsuit.

Had nail in tire. plugged it and check all tires adjusted air pressure 20 bucks

Avoid this place, the guy put a used o2 sensor in my car and it was busted less than 4 days later. Save your money and time because I never saw my $120 again.Not only that, but while I was waiting on my car, the mechanic insulted my car by calling them junky.Complete BS
