I used the restroom and there were no paper towels in the handicapped stall or at the main sink. I mentioned this to the cashier and she called over an assistant manager. He made excuse after excuse about employees calling in and covid and how shorthanded they wre. I told him that wasnt good enough. With covid, we need to sanitize and be able to grab the door handle with a towel. Still got excuses.Why was he able to bag my groceries? I could have done that. He should have run to fix the paper towel issue. we need

Closest Publix to the i-95 @ Stuart. Working Florida east coast, so a Publix sub is good healthy late lunch. Vs fast food, that I eat too much of. LoL. Nicely staffed deli, and happened to arrive when no a busy rush time. The thing that really screws up getting a Publix sub, vs some other WAYS, is slow check out, or long lines. Youd thing little old ladies would be the problem, but you are wrong. Its clueless old men. LoL get behind one in line at your peril.

My son and I absolutely love this Publix. My son is a toddler and he is always excited to tag along when Im going to Publix. He loves the cookies and the alligator stickers they give him. Shout out to Pauli who went above and beyond getting my son a balloon. It made his day. Thank you Pauli.

You know why people shop at Publix even when their prices tend to be higher than just about every grocery store in town? The people. Its the same reason people love Chick Fil A. Everyone who works here seems to genuinely like their job and are always so incredibly friendly. While this review is for the Kanner location, it wouldnt be any different for any other Publix. Its such a wonderfully run company that you can expect the same quality of service at any of their locations.

Has self checkout lanes so I was in and out quick. Store is clean and organized. Got what I needed and got out fast. Staff was friendly too.

This is probably the cleanest well stocked Publix in the Stuart area. The service is always great and the employees are friendly. Well lit parking lot thats motorhome friendly.

Recently remodeled, it looks great. But they still cant sell me a winning lottery ticket!!

I went through the express checkout lane today and an employee, Ethan, was so nice to help me. I also noticed how Ethan went out of his way to help a customer unload her groceries onto the conveyor belt. Thank you Publix for your professional employees who go the extra mile to help!

Typical Publix, loaded with helpful staff, plenty of selections, and reasonably prices. With everything going up in costs these days, we were able to easily identify bargains.

Just stopped in around 1:45 to get rotisserie chicken and chicken wings because I cant get them at night anymore, thanks to the stores all closing early due to covid-19. They had a new rotisserie chicken flavor, blackberry chili, and I noticed that theyre also now offering baked wings besides fried. They didnt have my preferred caffeine free Publix diet soda or the Publix low calorie wheat bread I normally buy. A little disappointed in that because now I will have to go to another store and try to find.

The females working in the deli were rude and unprofessional could see them on their phone in the back and it smelled like marijuana and then my whole order was wrong when I came back to pick it up. And there was a black curly hair in my deli platter.

Awesome customer service, I needed a cooler & dry ice for my Alaska fishing trip. An associate when above and beyond to assist me. GREAT HELP.

The reason for the two star review is that they have endangered the public. I used to come in at 7 a.m. when the store was nearly vacant because I am disabled and its easier to park closed and move about. Now because of the pandemic they have instituted policies that make no sense whatsoever and further endanger the public. By reducing the hours they have increased the number of people that I have to have contact with. By making each isle one way they have made it much more difficult for me to grab a couple of items and leave causing me to walk (I am disabled) much further and contact more people. Well-intentioned, maybe. Misguided and counterproductive, definitely. Shame on you Publix for making it worse for us and more profitable for yourself at a time when you were already cashing in.

Wanted to go to self checkout one of the employees told me to go to the other one and I say no were okay and she gave us looked at us keeps staring at us given the look just because we want to use self checkout and she thought she think that we dont know how to use it never in my life that I ever experienced this.

This is the Publix that I have always used. But I have stopped shopping here because the employees in the deli are just rude and mean.Its appalling the way they treat the customers.

We ordered a cake for our Wedding reception. The bakery baked the cake, but only offered 2 flavors, overcharged for a very basic cake, and then took pictures for their advertising of the cake once WE decorated it with flowers. That is false advertising and a complete lack of integrity. This is the last place you should get your cake from.

I deal w/the pharmacy most of the time & everyone in that dept. is the greastest bunch of people. Never had problem one w/them! Thank you

The employees are very friendly and everyone wore a mask. Everyone was very respectful of social distancing and I quickly found what I needed and checked out.

They need to get all of their staff on the same page as far as Publix image. Younger staff is not giving this particular Publix a good look....ie clean shaven, respectful, great baggers, etcBagging is a huge issue for sure.

Love the Publix itself but the deli is hands down the worst run deli I’ve ever seen. No matter how many times I go or how many people are in line, it is always a headache. A few weeks ago, my husband and I were the only people in the deli line, there were 5 people working at the deli, and not a single person greeted us or took our order for 15 minutes. I make a special stop at the Publix by my work for deli meat.

Not so cool with the doors you have to touch to get items and then self check out where you have to touch the screen that all the other people touch!

Publix at Kanner Crossing is a clean, well organized store with friendly and helpful employees. I always enjoy doing my grocery shopping here!

So we are required to wear a mask while in publix to prevent spreading the flu but Publix doesnt keep the bathroom clean. It is dirty and gross.

Publix Kanner Highway has the most caring compassionate staff . They go above and beyond to help .I had to do a last-minute order for Thanksgiving because I just had surgery and they came through with no questions asked !!!!! Busiest in the afternoons. The pharmacy staff is always willing to help. Service friendly. You spend more here than at other stores but they do have weekly specials.

Great place to shop top quality meat friendly people clean store. When I got to the check out one of my items were not priced but the check out person quickly took care of the issue and I was on my way and did not feel like I was holding anyone up I love the store

Twice this week I have attempted to order hot food through your deli. To my surprise Im greeted by a completely clueless employee. Obvlious to their surroundings and whats going, unsure of the SIMPLE steps to making a WRAP. If you cannot make a satisfactory item do not even attempt to sell it. I will post a picture of the otricsity when I get home.
