My husband and I visited CL Kitchens last month looking for kitchen cabinets. We aware assisted by Ezael (“EZ” for short). EZ was absolutely great to work with! He really knows the products and had great ideas. He spent a great deal of time making sure he addressed all of our questions. I highly recommend CL Kitchens and EZ!

CL Kitchens provided a great experience for us. EZ was really helpful and knowledgeable. He provided us great service and when our order had a problem, he quickly solved it! Our items should be delivered next week! Thank you for a great experience so far EZ and CL Kitchens!

My experience with the CL rep has been very good. EZEE has been so helpful with the process as he guides us thru the choices and selections before installation ever happens. EZEE is most pleasant & easy to work with.

Very unprofessional staff, the vanity we wanted was attached to another vanity, we had to take the apart ourselves. Employee didn’t know where all the screws were attaching the vanities together. spent 30 minutes getting them apart. no one to help load it because the employee “has back problems” very unprofessional, not helpful at all. would give 0 stars if i could

My experience working with CL Kitchens was excellent. Having never done outdoor cabinets, I had many questions. Ezael Gomez was happy to answer or research information to help me make my decisions. The cabinets and countertops turned out better than I had imagined. I’d definitely use CL again and recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

Staff was not very helpful upon walking in. Yes it was Friday and they were closing in 20min but I don’t know if it were me I would help the people so they could leave quicker. We had to ask for help and she didn’t seem very enthusiastic about answering question...when we made her laugh she did have a lot of knowledge but also felt unwanted. Too bad because they have a nice variety and very large showroom with high quality product.

Love the new showroom. Very helpful. Wish I went there first. It would have saved a lot of time.

Robert was great at helping me decide what I wanted, down to the last detail. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and has been doing this job for a long time. Im very happy with the quality of their cabinets and their customer service is unbeatable!

Mr EZ(if I spelt his name right) is very nice and professional! They were recommended by a friend who worked with this company. They seem like a very amazing company but they didn’t have the style we wanted, because we’re looking for an older style. However they have really great cabinets and offer everything from installation themselves, cabinets, countertops, etc. I was very excited to work with them but even though we couldn’t EZ even was so nice to recommend other places that could have our older type cabinets we’re looking for. I would definitely recommend them and know a friend that would also!

Quality products at a fantastic price. Staff was so knowledgable and super helpful/friendly. I highly recommend CL Kitchens to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen, bathroom, closet, etc. They are the best!

I was asked by Brian, after my 3-star review, why I left it when he could find no record of my being in the store. Well, I filled out a lead card with EZ and spoke with him for about 30 minutes. I was looking at a full kitchen and was trying to educate myself between replacement and refacing. We left, interested but a little confused. Three weeks later and no follow up to see what were thinking? Why did I fill out a card? Product seemed nice, but follow up lacking. Thats why its just an OK. Enough detail, Brian?

I went to the store to see the cabinet lines and get a possible estimate to replace my outdated kitchen cabinets. The two gentlemen who were working greeted me and introduced themselves. I explained that I was not purchasing cabinets at this time but only pricing. They spent over an hour working with me and explained the many options available for each different model that I would ask about. I was concerned about the time that they spent with me and they stated that answering my questions now would make me a better informed customer when I compared their products to the competitors. After looking at their competitions products I have decided that CL Kitchens is the company I will be working with. Thank you for your professional manner in which I was treated.

The in-house design consultant that helped us out was very knowledgeable. She is certainly a great help in putting together our order. This is the very first time my husband and I have decided to put together the kitchen island on our own. She knew what parts we would need and and also gave suggestions on how we could the parts together. Our package arrived in just a few days and in very good condition. The driver contacted us the day before and also half an hour before the actual delivery! Price and quality are great! The Home Depot and Lowes prefab cabinets are nowhere close to the quality and price of what we got. We have already shared our experience with friends and family and they are all eager to check out the store in Stuart, Florida.

EZ is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He’s very good at listening to people’s needs and he communicates very clearly and patiently. Plus he just had a positive attitude which always makes things easier!

I am new to the area and currently renovating my purchased home. After coming in, I was blown away by the A+ service from EZ. He laid out all my options all while smiling and being very professional (I had a lot of questions). Excellent customer service by him. Will be back and will refer other friends moving up here.

From the moment I walked in the front door of CL kitchens I knew my search for kitchen cabinets was over ! The designer Robert Ryer answered all my questions clearly and said the magic words that the design I was looking at would not bust my budget . He helped me design the kitchen and when the trucking company dropped of the cabinets ROBERT WAS THERE TO HELP ME BRING THEM INSIDE MY HOME. !!!! I was in sales for many years and I was so impressed with Roberts professionalism and his DOING WHAT HE SID HE WOULD DO ! My kitchen is just the way I wanted it to be.

The staff does amazing designs and are really easy to deal with. Really nice experience overall with CL Kitchens.

Some very nice displays, but not many. Im not a visionary type, I prefer to see things in person so I will continue my search elsewhere.

Extremely Unprofessional & Rude – Go Elsewhere!My husband and I are in the market for a new kitchen so I called a few weeks back and spoke to Ez (owner). He was very nice and told me that I didn’t need an appointment to come in and that I should bring in very basic wall measurements to get started. Long story short, I didn’t make it in on the day that I planned, but I stopped in on Wednesday, July 31st.I was “greeted” by a very visibly annoyed, Robert. I asked him if he was Ez (funny to say and write that) and he said he was Robert, his partner. I stated that I was interested in a new kitchen and that EZ suggested that I come in. Robert proceeded to reprimand me that I needed an appointment and I told him that I spoke to Ez and he said an appointment wasn’t necessary. I was taken aback by his attitude, especially being an owner. It was almost like he didn’t believe me and went on to say (in a very condescending manner) that he doesn’t know why that Ez was say that and that there were no appointments available. He continued to say “it’s the end of the month,” as if I knew what he was talking about, and I said “what does that mean?” and he went on to annoyingly tell me that their most aggressive sales are in the summer and at the end of the month. TIP FOR THOSE WILLING TO GIVE THEM A SHOT.I am a reasonable person and here’s where I had a problem. He was visibly irritated when I came in, treated me in a condescending manner, didn’t even offer to make me an appointment, apologize, or even thank me for coming in.He then said “what’s your name?” and I gave him my first name. He didn’t ask my last name (which is different than my public profile) and just said that they keep records of all of their calls and emails and if I did call (why would I lie about that?) that Ez would get back to me. If I knew I needed an appointment, I would have made one. That’s why I called in the first place. Still waiting on that callback. Maybe the record of my “alleged” call got lost?Either way, I’d never spend our hard earned $ with them anyway. I’m glad to know upfront if someone is a jerk or difficult to work with. If he stresses out that someone comes into his public storefront, I’d hate to see what would happen if something complex happened in the ordering process or on a job. Caveat emptor! #disappointed
