The employees (2 guys) at this place were amazing people! We had to change the battery on a key fob which was stuck and the screw wouldnt come off. He kept working on it while he was entertaining us with jokes! He finally got it off and replaced the battery! Great job! I am so glad that some random person on social media recommended this place to me! We will be going back there for sure and also recommending it to others!!

I cant say enough great things about this place! I came to Florida with my husband to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and promptly dropped my Samsung phone and cracked the screen. Well this store sold me a battery that has a life time warranty, right ! For my sell phone . When this battery would not take a recharge, I took it with my reseat to them for a new one ! Here is what they said. We cant give you another battery because the lifetime warranty is no good now.? What is a life time warranty good for !! They said it will cost you fifty Dollars for a new battery. So what do want to do ? Well I was shocked about the fact that I was stiffed. So dont hold your breath. I still cant believe it. Had to rate 1 Star because I can not rate a 0 star! Poor explanation of return policies of a defective product. Forced to file and register a product through a manufacturer and warranty my product without any other options. $240 later and now having to go weeks without any resolve, mail the defective product sold to me from a store level to manufacturer. Will not support a business that does not go above and beyond for its consumers! I will stick with Amazon next time which was $50 cheaper and product guarantees/exchanges. 🤬

My 48 month Duracell battery only lasted 23 months so Im not too happy about that. It is a lot of work to change out a battery on a Toyota Prius. I am happy that they gave me a new battery, no charge. I just hope this one lasts much longer than the last one!

We ordered a battery online. We realized we did not need it, so we sent a message the same day requesting a cancellation and refund. Two weeks later we did not see the refund, so we called the store. They said the order was cancelled but wed have to come into the store to get a refund. They stated it was their corporate policy. That makes absolutely no sense. Imagine cancelling an Amazon order, then having to go to their headquarters to get your money back. What a scam. We had no choice but to call the credit card company and start a dispute. We will never buy from this company again.** We dont need to speak with your manager. Refund the order like a reputable company would. We never picked it up.

Purchased a marine battery,Duracell Ultra SL124MDC July 2019, battery lasted until Feb 2020(7 months). They replaced it. That battery lasted until Sep 2020(7 months). They said, Im out of warranty. The time and effort involved, its not worth, dealing with this company, if they dont back there products.

Dropped my IPhone off to have the screen replaced. I asked when they where done to call my girls phone from my phone, so I knew it was ready to pick up and they had somewhat tested the repair. Long story short I never got a call and when I picked my phone up I didn’t use it right away. Next day when I went to use it the speaker didn’t work and I was out of town. Tried to call the local store to where I was and found out that they didn’t put me in the computer right. So no luck with that. Went 40 minutes out of my way to go back to that store to find out they didn’t have the parts to fix it. So I did get my money back for the screen but I left with a phone I can see but not hear. The manager was cool. About it but the people who work under him not so much. I will never use them again. I am sure nothing will come out of this post or calling the corporate office. Just know if you have the same experience I tried to warn you. Good luck.

Quick and easy. found product online, pickup in less than an hour. Only issue label on battery dated 1/19/19. which means it sat in your store 5 months prior to being sold. The best there is. I ordered my car battery on line last night and received an e-mail a few minutes telling me the battery was ready for pick up. I went there this morning and they installed it for me. The people here are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Installer was pleasant and friendly even working in sunlight and100 degree heat. Bought a couple Duracell dual purpose batteries a year ago and they went out on me 12 months later so I brought them back thinking they were under warranty. The guy at the counter says they are out of warranty by a week. I said that they were problematic from the very beginning and he did not care. No warranty replacement or even prorate! They said 3/18 on them and it is 3/19 - give me a break. Actually these batteries were bought by my marine electronics company and were ridiculously expensive but I thought they would have been backed up by a reputable company. Nope, batteries plus sucks and I would suggest you stay away from them. Normally i use autozone because for over a decade they have never turned me away when i have had problems with their batteries and i have sworn to myself that i would always use them. I went right next door and got the same exact batteries for 1/3 the price!! And I know that they will warranty them way better as they always have. Buyer beware.

I made appointment Sunday morning online for that afternoon to have an iPhone 5 screen replaced. Austin could not have been any more wonderful, friendly or helpful. Had the phone repaired, cleaned and battery charged in about an hour. Price was competitive at $100. Store was clean and well organized. Easy to locate, plenty of parking. I would not hesitate going back there again or recommending him.

Needed a new battery for my riding mower. Everywhere I looked, I could find batteries with only a three month warranty, and generally poor reviews. Then I found Batteries Plus. A top of the line Duracell, with a six month warranty. Bought and paid for online, took a 20 minute drive to their store. They had it ready, and in three minutes I was out the door.

The staff was great! I walked in and was helped right away. They have many options and selections to choose from and had me finished and ready to go in just a few minutes. I would absolutely recommend! I will definitely be back!

Previous to this experience all was good. Today was looking battery for vacuum. Didnt have it would have to build it. Person helping had to consult with co worker who seemed more interested in sitting looking at his cell phone. Asked when it would available. Said definitely not today, maybe tomorrow or over the weekend or Monday depended on what was going on and that he didnt know what was going on. Well I dont know what going on either. No commitment jo sale. Amazon commitment though.

$40 for a simple Android LG battery. That within a few months, was starting to fail and would not charge very well, and eventually the battery died. Then I tried another one, and got about a $10 discount, and that battery was just as bad and old as the other one.In other words, they try to pass off batteries that are way too old and should not be for sale. I dont care if you own a older Android phone. They should keep fresh Quality Batteries that wont start feeling in just a couple of months

Very bad experience here!I took my Apple I-Phone 6 here for a new battery because the Apple store at the Gardens Mall is closed for renovations. My phone had the original battery and had never been opened. The day after B&B worked on my phone, I realized the front of the phone was not on tightly. I took the phone back to them, and the woman said, No wonder, there are no screws in place. The man who did the work barely acknowledged that he had worked on the phone. Then they told me the screws would not stay in because my phone was broken, although they never told me there was anything wrong with my phone before they worked on it. If there were no screws in my phone when they opened it up, wouldnt they have told me while I was waiting there for the work to be done? If my phone was broken when they opened it up, wouldnt they have told me? They said I must have dropped the phone, but my phone was fine when I brought it in to them.I will never set foot in there again, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Found my hard to find battery

Needed a new battery for my truck and motorcycle. I bought my last motorcycle battery here and figured Id check here for my truck too because of the good experience here last time. Bought both batteries online and received discounts on each one. The batteries were ready for me when I arrived at the store. Handed them the old ones, received a credit, loaded up the new ones, went home and installed them...simple process.

Used the online system to set up an appointment for 4:30 to have my wifes cell phone battery replaced. Arrived on time. The counter person acted like he knew nothing of the reservation. Wasnt even sure they had the battery in stock. Then he disappears in the back room for a while and comes and out and tells us it will be at least an hour but wasnt even sure about that because they had several jobs ahead of us. We asked him what benefit there was to setting an appointment. He had some flippant answer about never getting in on time at a doctors office. We could not stay the 60 to 90 minutes he was hinting at as we had a dinner reservation. We wondered why he didnt call us to tell us they were running behind as we put our phone number on the reservation. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Was having a problem with my cell phone going into a reboot loop. Was possible battery problem. After taking it to Verizon they recommend your business to try a new battery for the phone to see if that helped before getting a new phone. Bought 2 northstar 8d agm batteries from this store at about $800.00 eachAfter 5 months one battery failed, the case crackedWent to store and manager was very defensive claiming boats charging system was at fault he was not willing to work with me. Told me he would give me a DEAL on a new battery. Also telling me northstar would not warranty the 5 month old battery.Well guess what I called northstar directly and they were very apologetic and had me fill out a warranty form and are sending me a new battery.Shame on you batteries plus for being unhelpful and GREEDY

I went in to get some spare keys made for my 2014 malibu, it was a bit tricky and a learning process for both them and myself, we had to disassemble the keyfob to fit it in the tool and then when we tried to swap the guts of the fob to a new one the insides were slightly different so i still need to go back and get another one carved, i was short of time so i just took the one they did cut without the programing, and they told me how to do it my self and didnt even charge me. im still going to go back tomorrow and get the other one cut. I bought my spare key fobs online so none of the issues we had were their fault. but they were happy to assist.
