I was in this establishment today. I wanted to test drive one of their cars. Proceeded to give salesman my drivers license. His response was lets sit down and talk. My response was we do not need to talk, I just want to test drive the car. His response to me was, I need to know if you could afford the car. I was appalled by his response. You never judge a book by its cover. I proceeded to inform him that I was paying cash for the car. His response was you should have said that. You treat everyone with respect who walk through your doors. On my way out the door he asked me why I had an attitude, and that this was a buy here pay here. Really!!! Everyone that visits your store doesnt have a credit or cash problem. The car was for my high school senior. Needless to say I went down the street to another car dealership and purchased her a car (Wallace).

Great dealership. Friendly and helpful, from the sales team to management and office staff. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was a previous customer and had a great experience with the sales person . Made all my payments on time. This time around was horrible. Not only did I feel ignored and just pushed away. Or only by manager but by sales persons as well. I went to both locations and this happen to me. The lady in Stuart was a joke it was like pulling teeth just to find out if a sales person was working to help me with a car purchase . First was told to come in with what I had then was given one option to look at, then was told I needed a different amount for that option 2 days later got that amount and all of a sudden the car is sold??? Very unfriendly workers . When called asked to speak to bill was told was on the other line so I went in then was told he was off for the day and I pretty much had the person beating around the push . I use to recommend this place all the time I will not be doing that anymore nor will be wasted my time on liars and games.

As I just had my 56 birthday I decided to buy a Ford Transit to make a little camper out of and I will say is the best place to buy a car the people are so polite they go out of their way to help you out hassle-free truly above and beyond for a dealership

UPDATE: just purchased yet another EZPay car because the deal on this one was too good to pass up! I love my new 2002 Toyota Highlander with 55k miles 😍I just purchased my 5th E-Z Pay car and Bill has never been anything short of amazing reach time Ive bought here. They have a great selection of sturdy cars and anytime Ive had an issue I was able to go to the service center and only pay for the parts because they pay for labour. Its a deal I havent seen with any other car resales lot and makes me feel confident the car will be safe for my family. In-house financing is offered which has always been a big help for me but as with any non-standard loans, the rate isnt as competitive as with other lenders. Also, downpayments are required but they have always worked with me to find a car that fit my budget even when it meant bringing a car from their other location in Fort Pierce. I ALWAYS refer my friends & family to Bill because hes honest and hes made a life - longer customer out of me.

Totally disappointed in this company. I got a car from them and had an accident in it. It was paid off by my insurance and I really thought they would help me out with another since were in a pandemic. They totally ignored me. I payed my payment early every month. Really disappointed

This company lies to you at first then hikes the price up on you when its time to actually sign and pick up the car. I wasted time and money hoping this was an honest company, turns out just another epitome of a used car salesman.

They will do anything to get the sale but after have been rude and disrespectful. Its incredible how they get away with treating people with such blatant confrontational and rude tactics.

Overpriced and takes advantage of poor people

I talked with Josh first at the Fort Pierce location, he was very informative direct and to the point ...and i talked with Victor at the Stuart location and got the same response from him, it was like talking to the same person with different names, needless to say I am in the process of purchasing a car from them and i would recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle . as a matter of fact i mentioned it to my insurance agent
