Before we even met face to face we spoke over the phone and he was very pleasant and welling to help. As a result of the confidence I had on him, I decided to purchased the vehicle without an inspection and I didnt have to fly down to Florida to do anything. He made the entire buying experience fun and easy, considering I was buying the vehicle out of state. All paper works was handle, fax and emailed to me. He provided me with accurate pictures and videos of the vehicle. furthermore Mac helped set up the shipping of the vehicle and followed up with me after the vehicle is delivered. Never thought buying a car sight unseen other than photos could be so easy. Mac was a pleasure to work with. I purchased an Infinity Q60 from them and it was exactly as described. We negotiated a bit and came upon a more than fair price. Communication was great throughout the entire process even right up until the car came off the delivery truck at my driveway. Great buying experience. I drove out to Stuart from Tampa because they provided the best value for the type of car I was looking for. Most of the negotiating was done over email and response from the dealership were always prompt. The only reason this isnt a 5-star rating is that a $295 dealer fee was added after I thought we had negotiated the total price. That is a reasonable fee, I just wish they had discussed it all along instead of at the end. The staff was great and overall it was a very comfortable buying experience. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle.

I bought a car from here and it was the easiest purchase iv made in a while. Iv never felt so comfortable buying a car. I was so relaxed and its a nice environment. They did everything for me, and I know that I could go back if I had any problems and they would be willing to still help me with any problems on the car. Went to buy a car, it was disgusting on the inside and falling apart and it was not old. On top of that lied about the issues with the vehicle mentioning its in perfect condition when it was close to crap. definitely taking my business elsewhere. i dont feel comfortable buying from someone who is willing to lie to my face. theyre are other nice cars in good condition, but not what i wanted. hope others have a better experience

Called up about and vehicle, it was sold, and some ass clown was very rude and hung up. If the vehicle was there Im sure I wouldve gotten a different response. How Im treated tells me a lot about the management climate of a company. Im sure this attitude starts at the top and trickles down. A well run sales team would have tried to at least offer/find a similar vehicle, take the customers information and build a relationship. I moved to the martin county area 9 years ago and needed a convertible to kick around in. I passed Motorcars of Stuart everyday on my commute to and from work. I always noticed how clean and well cared for the cars are on their lot. I also noticed the ones that grabbed my attention didnt stick around for very long. I stopped in and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jeff and told him what I was looking for. Most important, he listened and asked a few questions to put me in the right car. Jeff wasnt the kind of pushy car salesman that just wants to sell any car to me. He looked out for my best interest and put me in a car that fit my budget and needs. Jeff put me into a 2004 Mustang GT convertible 40th Anniversary with 5 speed manual loaded and in pristine condition. I love this car and have had absolutely no problems with it. I have since purchased 2 other cars from Jeff. His honesty and integrity speaks volumes and is always a pleasure to work with. I recently made an on-line, sight unseen purchase from Motor Cars of Stuart - located in Stuart, Fl. The car, a Jaguar XKR Portfolio Edition 2Dr Convertible ( a very expensive car) was listed on their website and I found the dealership through many searches via Google that lead me to their website. Their website had all the information needed to complete some due diligence on the Jaguar before buying it. The VIN number was critical in the evaluation. I ran the VIN on Google and found out the complete history of the car, found the CarFax, with all service records. I made calls to the Jaguar dealership that serviced the car from the time it entered the USA, and also found a complete history of when the car was originally leased, the time and miles driven by each of the previous owners/leasees and was able of determine an offering price based on data found via the internet with KBB, Edmunds, & NADA. When I finally made the decision to buy, I called down to Stuart, Fl. from New Mexico and got hooked up with Shawn the sales person. Motor Cars of Stuart is a small dealership with only a handful of employees, so I felt like I got some personal attention. I made the offer to Shawn for the Jaguar XKR and found that the sales approach from Shawn was very easy going. I made my offer and Shawn worked it with the dealership owner. Late in evening, Florida time, I got a call from Shawn who was doing some overtime work. We worked out a price based on my offer and just a bit more. We closed the deal on a Thursday night. Friday morning the funds where wired to the dealerships bank, arrangements for car transport was made and on the following Wednesday, Shawn was inspecting the car and was shipped to me from Florida to New Mexico. The car was delivered on Saturday evening and it was totally awesome, everything I had hoped for and more. Patty the office manager and documents person along with Michele had the documents sent to me FedEx and in a few days I was signing the paperwork and the title was shipped. The whole deal was a bit scary at first, buying an expensive $105,000 MSRP auto sight unseen. In the end, the buying experience was excellent, and the service provided by Shawn, Patty & Michele was outstanding. I would NOT hesitate in any way from NOT doing business with Motor Cars of Stuart. If they handle your tranaction the way mine was handled, you have no worries. The car buying experience long distance, sight unseen, was pleasureable and done the way it should be done with professionalism and honesty. Thanks Shawn, and especially Patty for the great conversation and following up with all the paperwork and legal papers. I highly recommend Motor Cars of Stuart, whether you buy on-line sight unseen or actually visit the dealership in person. This is the nicest car I have ever owned and I have owned some very nice cars in the past.
