I’m giving this place 3 stars only because the employee was nice to hold a game console for me, I got what I needed, and it was quick. But how rude this lady was to my mother was unacceptable. My mom has been trying to save up miles for plane tickets. So she wanted to use her card but didn’t have it. My mom apologized to me for not having the card and then looked at the employee to just confirm that she would hold it, the employee responded with “Iv already said like 5 times I would”, she didn’t verbally say it once. Anyways we come back, and my mom asks if she’s ready for her to put the card in the machine and she responds with “Iv been ready”. It was probably annoying we had to go grab the card, but the rudeness / attitude was really unnecessary.

Good location! The combination of games for multiple gaming platforms as well as toys stemming from around the games is a luxury. My younger child likes the variety!

Used to always be happy here :(Update: Went there today, came smiling and left upset. The guy behind the counter had no personality at all. Not that he wasnt friendly but, he wasnt anything. He sneezed, I said bless you and there was silence. I was on the app today and was shown a price of $22 for a phone in good condition and $11 for not working (small crack in glass) condition. So Im thinking that at the very least $11. They offered me $5.50. Unfortunately I had to take the offer as my 10 month old daughter needs diapers. The phone was an Iphone 5s on the Verizon network. This visit definitely changed my view of GameStop. The phone is the one in the middle in the picture I posted.

Badly stocked, cool items display, my kids like the place, I made two trips for a controller and when I do they are out or dont have the one they have display.

Horrible return policy. Game doesnt work first day off try to return it but the person there told me im past the days. I cant return the game. Well maybe you should do a better job check games before you resell. Also district manager is useless. Not sure how he became a district manager with no customer service skills.

I went there to buy a video game console and the guy there was pretty friendly and helped me choose between a ps4 and xbox. He insisted quite a bit on getting various subscriptions that I personally was not interested in. Overall nice experience.

I like coming in the browse the latest stuff. The one guy there is very nice and energetic, they always say hello when someone comes in. I like to buy used games for the discounts, which Gamestop has plenty of. Theres usually some type of deal on top of the used game discounts too. When it comes to buying video games, I always come here.

Love it here. You can get great games for cheap and new releases too. They have a great return policy too.

People here are very nice. Not to pushy. I love the size of the store. Bigger then most game stops Ive been to, so you arent shoulder to shoulder with other shoppers.

I walked in and asked if they had the Switch in stock. 2 of them said that they had the bundles. I thought great and brought in my PS4 to trade in. It wasnt until after they processed my trade that they told me in stock means its at the warehouse and will be delivered in 2 weeks!!

The manager of this store is the worst kind of scum. He might put on a nice show for customers (sometimes) but he couldnt care less, but he is the worst kind of leader there is. Ive seen him verbally abuse his staff multiple times. If there is a pretty girl in the store be prepared to be ignored. Overall I feel bad for any staff that has to work under him.

I received my Mario kart double dash used copy and when I put the game in it doesn’t work even I called GameStop the worker name cole gave me a dumba** attitude and I’m am going to cancelled my Pokémon sword pre order game screw GameStop I’ll be laughing if the worker name cole gets fired or GameStop gets shut down. Dont let the stars fool you, the service is great, what GameStops do in general is the issue, unnecessary warranties, awful turn in credit, feels more like a console merch story than a video game retailer.

Shipped here for Christmas gifts and was very happy with the helpful staff. Feared long lines and was in and out in a short time. Also found this location to have everything in stock I was looking for.
