Over price for the consignment store, the stuff they are selling are cost as much as you are buying new from the retail store. The people works there are not very friendly either, Definitely my last time shop there. The consignment store( rag street consignment ) just few minutes from them have much better customers service.

Stopped in the new location today with a girlfriend! We felt so welcomed from the time we walked in to the time we walked out! These ladies love their job and it shows!! Not to mention my friend brought in some clothes to sell and she was very happy!! I shopped while they went through her buy. I found a lot of hidden treasures!! Will be back soon Thank you ladies!!

First, I called and asked if they excepted a certain kind of jeans (Rock revival) they said absolutely so I proceeded to go to the store. I had five pairs total one pair which was brand new never been worn. At $180 brand new do you think they give you more than $15 but, whatever that wasn’t my main issue. They told me those jeans were a size 00 and they were too small fir their store. I have never worn a size 00 in my entire life. One pair had the most minute slight stain on the leg, faded and barely visible so she said take them home and try and get the stain out, which I did. One other pair had orange stitching on the inside where the Rock revival manufacturer attache their label. The girl proceeded to try and tell me the back waistband was stained, I told her to look closer and see that it’s just the orange stitching showing through the back on the inside. But I told her I would have them dry cleaned anyway. I brought them back today and a different girl was there and after about 5 minutes at looking at my stuff she proceeded to tell me that the zippers are to short and those types of jeans don’t sell well. I told her how the other girl told me to try and get the stains out and that she would take them. But THIS girl didn’t want to hear anything so, I politely walked out didn’t say anything but I will never shop there or sell to them ever again. And definitely will not recommend them

Nice little consignment store similar to TJ maxx etc. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. They keep the store very neat, very friendly associates. Great womens selection if you are in your early 20’s, need business attire, or need an outfit for an event.

Absolutely horrible customer service here. I’m reviewing again since my first review was deleted. They price items incorrectly and this was the second time it happened to me. I drove to the store to pick up an item they had listed on Instagram. When I arrived to get it, they told me they priced it wrong and did not honor the price. They didn’t care at all about me going out of my way to get the item and I will never return to this store. Their employees are rude and I recommend supporting a business that cares about its customers, especially during these times. These locations are owned by different owners so feel free to visit another Style Encore location.In response to you Leslie, I already spoke to someone from the store in an effort to resolve this, which did not happen. They only confirmed how truly unprofessional this business is. I will no longer support Style Encore Stuart and I will continue to tell others about my experience and advise them to go elsewhere.All the best

Girl at the fitting rooms was very helpful and kind, found a great pair of madewell jeans for a fraction of the retail price. Prices on certain items seemed a bit strange and I did have some issues with the resell items as they were considered youth/teen brands.

My favorite resale boutique in South Florida is this one. I drive from south Palm Beach county to hit Style Encore Stuart. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They always have a terrific sidewalk sale which moves and rotates their merchandise. Inside always great buys on handbags, upscale brands, and adorable items. Thanks for always having great selections. 5 stars for Style Encore Stuart ☆☆☆☆☆

Purses were dirty inside with hair, lose change, sticky stuff even when tipped upside down, it did not fall out. With COVID-19 ongoing Style Encore should make sure their products are cleaned prior to purchasing. Customer service was lacking also, compared to prior visits. Most of the purses are from factory outlets and they’re charging the same factory outlet prices as if their purses are brand new.

I am very disappointed with this location. I have been to this location a few times and every time I am there I just feel like a bother. I walk in without being welcomed but everyone else that comes in gets a greeting - the couple times I’ve asked for help locating items in the store the girls who are up front just look at one another like they have no intention of helping. They do have very great merchandise at good prices but the customer service could really use some help. I always end up leaving without buying because I don’t want to deal with the girls’ attitudes that’s working the registers. I live local but I would much rather take the drive to the Palm Beach Gardens location where I’ll be treated like I am wanted.

I always find great bargains

As a former customer from another popular store like this one.. I will tell you with my experience of shopping here is 98% better. Its clean, attractive decorating, categorized and organized clothing. The prices are average but I found them to be lower than other places. The sidewalk sales are great and appreciated. The staff, helpful and friendly.

Many of the items were not designer labels

This place is by far the BEST consignment shop ever. Its just like walking into a TJ Max or Bealls but the process on their clothing is outstanding. They have everything, shoes, clothing and accessories! Its my new go to shopping place in Stuart. Try it, you wont be disappointed!!👍❤️

I have been a regular seasonal customer for the past few years because of the amazing choices, great condition of clothing, and reasonably prices. Unfortunately, last night the staff was putting away clothes (Sunday prior to Christmas) and rather than going around me in the next aisle, they continuously walked right by me to the point it became annoying, as though I (the customer) was in their way!! It was obvious they couldve used another route instead! Made for a poor shopping experience! I finally decided I didnt want to be in the way abd purchased NOTHING!!

I walked in -- there were two women at the counter who ignored me. I asked if one of them could help m and one said I needed my social security number and that I would have to wait 25 minutes to be helped. I started to walk out. and she said that I could come back later. How nice of her. I will never bother them again

Love this store. Not vintage, but I always find some great buys. Cute tops and dresses. Everything is clean and organized by style and color. Prices are great. I can buy 5-6 items for what I could buy 1-2 items at the mall.

This is the most organized clothing store Ive ever been to. It takes some time to dig through everything bc there is so much but man can you find some AMAZING deals!!! I will 100% be a regular shopper here!

This is a great store to go to if you want a special outfit but you dont want to pay full price. Everything at Encore is clean and well displayed. You will find a lot of things for the younger set but it has dressy items for any age and occasion. If you are going around from store to store looking for a certain something make sure you stop there it can be a quick stop because since the store is so nicely laid out you will know quickly whether theres something that interest you. I especially suggests this for shoes. Things that Encore seem to be very lightly worn and in good condition to excellent condition.

This was my 3rd trip to Style Encore to sell my gently used designer clothes. My first trip was before the store actually opened. Jill Quinn has been the store manager since the beginning. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and Jill and her staff always assists me with getting my bags of items out of my car. They keep some of what I bring and turn away some which I then donate. They choose items which are selling at that time. Each time I have walked away with over $400. The price they give you per piece might not be much but they also have to make money on each item. I take my items to Style Encore because it gives someone else the opportunity to purchase designer items as a reasonable price and it also helps a local business stay in business. I would highly recommend visiting the store either for purchasing or selling your items. Thank you Jill !!

A fantastic place to shop especially this weekend not only was attacked free but yesterday the outside racks for 70% off yesterdayand today the outside track went to 90% off and Im going to tell you what they had some fantastic things on there I mostly bought Lance and j crew and Adidas. It cost me a whopping $4.10 for all three pieces!!¡!!

I will never return to this store again and I wish I hadnt given them any of my business prior to the incident that took place. They frequently post items on Instagram and I drove to their location to get one of the items. They had the item priced wrong, didnt honor the price (which was listed at that price for over 12 hours), and when I posted about them doing so - they blocked me on a social media page. The way they do business is extremely unprofessional. In reality, they dont give you any money for good quality clothes which is how I ended up becoming a reseller myself 6 years ago. You are better off selling the items on Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, etc. yourself. On the plus side, there are other Style Encore locations with great deals and they are individually owned - go see them instead and avoid this location.

This store is a lot neater and more organized than other resale shops you can go to. The staff was pleasant although they were very busy. However I would caution anyone planning on visiting that the store seems that is more for women aged 40+.Shopper wise- It gave me vibes of when you’re in a department store and everything is more suitable for your mother than yourself. They did have some nice athletic clothing and some interesting shoes and a large collection of designer handbags though.Seller wise- I brought in some clothes to sell and I was told that of the pieces that were brands that they would take, my clothes were “teen” styles and to try Platos. However, Platos recommended I go there in the first place because I had many “women’s” styles....So, if you’re in the weird age group of 25-35 and your clothes are on the fun side, I would probably save your gas/time and try listing on Mercari or Poshmark.

Quality Gently loved clothes up to date styles designer brands staff is helpful and kind

I used to bring my trendy upscale items to sell here. When they first opened a few years ago, they were so generous in their offer to buy. I took a LV speedy 30 to them about a month ago in which I had repaired last year by LV’s repair department because the binding was coming undone from using the bag. It cost 256.00 for the repair. I had the proof from the receipt for repair with a description but the sales associate claimed she didn’t need to see it. The inside of bag was immaculate, no stains at all. The sales girl was very condescending and told me she could give me 288.00 for my speedy and that it would be put on the floor for around 600.00. I have been in this store a lot over the years and a lot of the LV bags are in horrific shape with stains inside, warped leather and are tagged for 600.00 and up. I understand that they need to make a profit but I paid more than 600.00 for the bag and paid to have it cleaned and repaired last year. The sales associates that used to work there were always very nice, but the new help, most are snooty and look down at you. Needless to say, I kept my speedy bag and treated myself to a new scarf from LV to tie on her. She may be “vintage 2006” but the sales associates at the LV boutique that I shop at all commented on what great condition she was in! I hope you do your research regarding designer bag resale and more importantly teach your staff to be more polite.

Very retro. Nice pieces but definitely not thrift prices. However they do have things that are not readily found in other like establishments. Will go again for sure.

The staff are extremely rude. I brought a Ralph Lauren dress that was worn once in pristine condition and they laughed about it behind the counter while I was standing there. They didn’t look through the 5 clothing items I brought in, and they told me my clothes are more suiting for a teenager. The whole store is ridiculous and I would recommend you don’t waste your time there.

I brought some items there a couple weeks ago, one of which I had recently bought from them. I brought several purses and dresses and 4 different little bags, which all were name brand. They gave me back all my items and said the were out of date. Ok so I take my items home not thinking much about it, to only see that a Louis Vuitton bag was not returned with other items. So they took a almost $700 item and kept it and did not say a word! Im more then disappointed in this establishment. I was a pretty regular customer and now I refuse to walk in.

Best in style used clothing that always smells good. Only thing, the current manager here as of May, 2017, is very unprofessional with her customer service. Last time I was here, I over heard another customer talking to another customer about the way the manager talked to her.

With an armful of clothes to buy I was asked to BUY a mask. Will not be back.

I have a love of fashion, a taste that changes frequently, and am usually balling on a budget, so I am a frequent buyer and seller to shops like this one. This means that I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to selling my clothes for cash and I have done it EVERYWHERE. At many different franchises, in many different towns and even different states.When I tell you this store ranks as #1 out of EVERY other store like it, I don’t mean that it beat out the others by a small margin, or that another came in close second. I mean that it beat them by a land slide. And let me tell you why.First off the store is easy to find, well labeled and on a busy corner. Huge plus in my book. I am always in a hurry and and frequently selling in an area I amnot familiar with. It was clean, well organized and very well stocked with popular brands and quality items (which can also be dangerous because it made me want to buy EVERYTHING). The store had an upbeat atmosphere, which made it fun to shop, lots of fitting rooms and a bathroom! Some of you might wonder why these last two are worthy of mention (while you die hard shoppers will get it). It really comes down to convince. When I am shopping and have to use the restroom and the store I am in doesn’t have a bathroom, I will typically stop shopping at that store and leave. They paid me the BEST by far for my name brand and designer items and even offered me more for a pricy item when I was hesitant to sell it for they price the computer offered me!! Brought in clothes to possibly sell for first time, since I had shopped there before . As I was signing into the queue the gal behind the desk helped the lady BEHIND me sign in so she got signed in faster. She had a mountain of clothes to consign while I had a small bag. Told me itd be about 30 minutes but I waited over an HOUR for them to look at my things because of the mountain the lady who essentially cut me had, then then took 5 minutes to look at my stuff, and then they only purchased $4 worth from me. Gave me a 15% off card for my next purchase because they knew I was upset, HA! as if Ill be back anytime soon!! Complete waste of time and awful experience.

I actually like the quality of there clothes, but I have to say these poeple do not hire other races but white. I have spent a lot of money buying clothes there, theyre usually pretty friendly knowing I shop there alot. But despite my daughter is an beautiful, smart outgoing, smart 17year old girl who loves fashion. She couldnt get hired but, they actually hired my beat friends daughter who didnt like the work at all and quit one week later. So my daughter went back after knowing my friends daughter quit and there was a job available and I could not imagine why there is any other reason but the color of her skin. I think this is a modern world and people like that should not be managers if youre discriminating against other races especially if youre making decisions on whom will work there . I hope the owner will see this and sort out the problem. I have a business myself but just wanted my daughter to have other experience.

My experience was horrible! Staff was really rude.. I not only bring a ton of Gucci items I shop and sell a lot here and new Gucci at that. They buy old designer & it’s all beat up and not “gently used”. Just a bunch of old stuck up women working for minimum wage. Maybe why that’s why they’re so rude.
