I’m not a coffee fan, I know I know, all my loved ones “can’t live without it!”Anyway, this place is great. The owner is super cool, and he wouldn’t let me be there without trying coffee.He gave me a Brazilian roast, and I actually drank it all. He told me that it’s one of the easier coffees to drink. Some history of the bean, like why it tastes like that, and other similar beans. He was very knowledgeable.He had many types of coffee, and the spot was cool too.Amazing spot if you’re into coffee.

EXCELLENT! This is such a nice place. A true hidden gem! We had Organic Espresso - is was very-very good! Really nice espresso!Lates and smoothie were very good as well.The best part was personal touch and lovely customer service.Plus they have a loyalty program - you get 10th during for free.I would highly recommend you to try out this coffee shop.

3 Baristas is a glorified Starbucks masquerading as a 3rd-wave specialty shop. Ive been twice, hoping that they could have magically improved since my first visit, but the quality remained unchanged. Although they have options galore, their espressos tastes burnt and without nuance. The barista I spoke to could not tell me anything about the type of roast nor anything about the origin of the beans other than what was written on the container in front of me. I should have known better; it is always a red flag when establishments offer sizes for traditional espresso drinks. What even is a 20 oz cappuccino and how can the smallest size offered be 12 oz? I have heard good things about their smoothies but isnt that sad... A coffee shop that does everything but coffee well? Thankfully, Stuart has a thriving coffee culture and we have the option to visit shops that far surpass the quality of 3 Baristas.

Today the owner of 3 Barista prepared the coolest coffee for me and the omelette with cherry tomatoes is just unique. If you havent visited this cafe, youve missed a lot. You have to try to see for yourself, great prices for the best coffee and the most delicious snacks.

BEST COFFEE SHOP!!! I have been coming here for 2 years now and no other coffee shop can even come close to 3 Baristas. Organic beans roasted and brewed in front of me. I drink it black because it tastes sooo good.

I’ve been coming here every day before work since he’s opened and it’s amazing every time. The owner loves teaching me about coffee making methods and my entire palette has changed (for the better). New customers are usually polled for what they (think they) like and he’ll have you smell a handful of beans to get an idea. For years I thought I liked dark roast, but Dimitri showed me that light roast is where the flavors really at. I recommend this place to everyone at work like I’m in some coffee cult. Give it a try!

Stopped into 3 Baristas for the first time today and was shocked to discover that for the price of a Medium / Grande drip using over-roasted, months old coffee from a national chain, I could instead get a freshly ground pour-over with beans roasted the night before. What a great find and now my new favorite local coffee shop.

He showed me how to roast the coffee and the differences in the beans and how much heat they need.Also! I got to roast my some beans and then take them home!! This place is amazing. Tons and tons of different coffee beans to taste. Roasted on site. Great personable staff, that love to give you a taste of what they offer, which is extensive.The choices can be a little overwhelming. But you wont regret giving this place your time.Best coffee around for miles, easy.

The barista (owner?) is SO nice. The coffee is rich and fresh and he was kind and good humored about the 4 children I had in tow.

Unbelievable. The staff took their time to help me pick the perfect morning beverage. They brewed a small shot of coffee for me to try so ensure I liked what I ordered. The assortment of daily roasted coffee is incredible. They will even roast a small bag to order at any level you like and have it ready in an hour. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that exhibits so much love and passion for what they do.

Large selection of beans, can be roasted to your exact profile by calling ahead. They will grind to your requirements. If you have the time owner will talk about coffee and provide a masters class to you.

My new favorite place in town. Coffee is great, cappuccino is my favorite. They have a nice selection of pastries, even gluten free and vegan. I tried the smoothies as well, quite good.The owner is a friendly Bulgarian. He will make your coffee as you like it, not as it is supposed to be made. Just say what you like. And if you are not 100% happy, tell them, they appreciate your feedback and will make it right.

My wife and I were visiting the area and looking for a good coffee shop. We found an excellent one at 3 Baristas. Not only do they create AMAZING beverages, they roast their own beans. One of the owners waited on us and took the time to educate us on the different roasts and beans (and they have a tremendous assortment to choose from). Their knowledge is what sets them apart from the chain coffee shops. And they also have incredible baked goods! Wish we had something this good in our area!

I stopped in for the first time, I’m 9 months pregnant and yes I consume caffeine on occasion. I haven’t slept in two nights and I have two other kids I’m about to pick up from school, I saw their sign for the nutmeg cold brew so I went to the counter and tried to order it.The man looked me up and down a couple times, and then slowly said, “Ok I can make that decaf for you if you’d like?” So I politely said, “No thank you, I could use the caffeine.” He replied in a concerned tone, “Ok I can make that for you, and over there in the cooler I have some waters, you may have one free of charge. Caffeine can be very dehydrating you know, for you and the baby.”I felt extremely judged and couldn’t believe he was trying to tell me what’s best for me and my baby. I decided to walk out and not complete my order. Very disappointed and I’m not one to leave reviews, but after looking up their page and seeing all the raving reviews, I figured I’d let other pregnant women to not go here unless you want to be told what to do. Will be telling all my friends and family.

First visit to the coffee shop was great. We were blown away at how dedicated the barista was into making a great cup of coffee. We ordered 2 house coffees and one iced latte. Each drink was made with freshly ground beans. Ill definitely be coming back!

Perhaps we visited on a bad day? It took approximately 15 minutes for 3 drinks to be made (there were no other customers ahead of us). The frapè was completely liquid and so terrible that we gave it back. The gentleman that worked there said it was not good because it was ordered with almond milk!! The ginger maple cold brew I ordered literally had maple syrup poured in it which just sat at the bottom of the bitter tasting cold brew.This was my first time there and I wanted to love it but needless to say, I will not be returning.

Great coffee provided by super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The owner showed me how they roast the coffee beans in-house and shared samples of their cold brew. I learned a few things about coffee while I was there! It’s nice to visit small businesses like this where you get a unique experience when you least expect it. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee here. The prices are also very reasonable! You won’t be disappointed.

Great coffee !

Awesome cup of coffee; tons of different roasts to try. They grind and steep your selected coffee right in front of you. Bakery items are delicious too-the egg/bacon quiche is my personal fav. Very kind owners. Make sure you grab a punch card for a free drink. It’s a part of my Sunday routine to stop by.

It is easy to see how much the owners know about coffee and love what they do. I have learned a lot about coffee from them and love the experience of going there.

Real coffee! This place makes coffee the delicious way. You select your bean, he grinds enough for your one cup and makes it using the old fashioned pour over method. It is so good. There is a wide variety of beans to choose from. You will not be disappointed.

This is a jewel of a place! It feels like the cafes in Europe...with a European providing the service, go figure. We drink Starbucks everyday as we have 2 kids that work for them...and get lots of coffee. Starbucks doesnt come close. Each cup is ground for you, roasted daily. Wonderful baked goods with gluten free options. Plenty of seating, comfy chairs, great for studying...or escape.

Great place! Dont hesitate. If you enjoy the aromas and tastes of coffee, this is your place. Great ambiance. Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The owner is an aficionado of the bean. In addition, matcha green tea can be prepared with coconut milk or almond milk, which makes a lovely green latte. I am glad to have taken the chance to stop in. You should too!

This coffeehouse is a diamond in a rough. I haven’t had any coffee like this in Stuart. They have a wide variety of different coffees from all over the world. The taste is incredible and it’s nice that the coffee is organic. And to make the experience even better, the customer service is warm and friendly! Loved it!

I am completely in love with this place!!! I have been know to have a coffee addiction and have been to various coffee houses around town, this place has the smoothest, non bitter coffee I have had in Florida. My current favorite is Organic Colombia Pink Bourbon. Looking forward to trying them all!

I had sampled some of their coffee a week earlier at another event and was impressed by the coffees smoothness. So I stopped in Saturday afternoon just for a simple cup of coffee. Instead, the barista, a very nice gent from Bulgaria, told me about the coffee, their brewing process, the beans, etc., all while he made my individual cup. Wowsa, that was the smoothest cup of coffee Id ever had, all for a mere $2. Suffice it to say, Ill be back!
