Worst experience I’ve ever had in any staples location. I walked up to the print center and no one acknowledged my existence for about 5 minutes. Michaela and her coworker were having a casual conversation about their day and didn’t think to say hi, I’ll be with you in a second or anything or the sort.Please work on the customer service. Thank you.
Tom at Staples is AMAZING! He truly goes above and beyond to support me as a customer. This is why I chose this Staples for all of my printing needs for all of the Chipotles in South Florida. He is an awesome employee!

Had a request from a customer (regarding my business) that I kept putting off due to an overwhelming schedule. Once the time rolled around that I needed it done, I was in a full blown panic. Fortunately, BRANDON, in the copy and print department saved the day and made the whole situation completely stress-free for me. Thanks to my poor planning, I got to see how impressive this store is. Brandon is a true asset to your team! I will definitely be back.He was kind, professional, efficient and I cant thank him enough!!

We placed an order at the store for a chair they did not have in stock. We placed it on Monday. They said it would arrive on Thursday. Thursday ended and we called for an update to make sure we werent suppose to pick it up. They told us it would arrive Friday. Friday ended and we checked the staples website to check the tracker and it was noted that the customer requested for the delivery to be delayed. We called again and now its starting to feel like were getting the run around. Theyre saying its being packed and about to ship. New delivery date is the following Monday. If it does not arrive by then we will be canceling and ordering from Amazon or just going to Walmart to pick one up.My advise: if they dont have it in stock, dont buy it.
Why do the charge so much for their everyday office things?Cant they compete with Walmarts prices a little better.I believe they cater to offices and offices like them because they will deliver an order.I go in for a small pack of something and have to buy a pack size that will last me for 20 years.
I have been to this store a few times. Mainly for print jobs. The staff at the print counter seems to be understaffed and are very rude.Placed a same day order earlier this week, received an email confirming it would be ready by 8:30pm that day. By 4pm the following day I had no confirmation that my order was done and when checking the status I see it is still processing. Give the store a quick call, only to find out they moved and werent processing orders till the next day. Was told my order would be ready at 8am.Stopped in today to pickup the order around 11. It was still not done and they didnt start printing till I got there. In addition they didnt pay attention to the order and thought I wanted a glossy print and only 1 copy. Nope guess again, read the order. 3 copies, semi-gloss. Again caught attitude from the manager on staff. She agreed to comp the print job which is fair given they were overdue at this point. I was satisfied with that, except that today I checked my bank account and they CHARGED ME ANYWAY.The store needs to work on their customer service. Being rude to customers doesnt help anything. I was courteous and respectful. Next time Ill likely look to print elsewhere.
I needed a new printer and received very helpful and knowledgeable service to make the best choice. I appreciate walking in and being greeted immediately and always have an employee or two ask if they can help. One of those few places you can still get great service and attention.
I love going to Staples for my business supplies. They have a huge selection and helpful employees. On this visit, I was shopping for a printer and found the perfect one after an employee came over and answered my questions. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the different products Staples carries and protection plans they offer. If you ever have any business needs, Try Staples. They have quality products and quality service to match!
I had to deal with the fax department. THREE times. Each time I went there was a girl, Amber, that was extremely helpful and kind and more importantly quick. She was new to the job but that didnt matter, she helped me.I tried to go on the corporate site as I usually do with exceptional service but it was difficult.
I have been a Staples customer for a few years and just received a letter stating effective immediately your Late Fee and Return Check fee will be $40.00I feel that considering the situation we all are facing with job loss and everything that this is not right. Fast service for a Windows 10 upgrade.And bonus, it was free.Very nice experience.The service was 2 days, but it was worth the wait.Decided to take my other laptop in and got it back in one day.These guys are the real deal.They very carefully made it run better and explained all the work they did.I wholely recommend Staples.
The staff was very helpful try in to find the charge to fit my laptop computer. They advised me I could return the charger. Well I need to return it. The package was convenient and I was ale to repackage the unsuitable charger.
Very helpful and nice employees I typically dont shop at staples because of a couple bad experiences at other locations. The ladies in the copy center were quick and very friendly. Keep up the good customer service.
Thomas from the printing and marketing services was absolutely amazing!!!! He helped my husband and I design business cards for my husbands business and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would give him 10 stars if I could because he deserves it. We will definitely be coming back to Staples to see Tom!!!!!
I had an emergency that involved printing tickets. The girls on Monday, December 11th, took the time to help me get it done. They even used their own phones to help make it happen. Thank you for being so helpful. Merry Christmas! Love the hometown treatment.

Left my Lenovo laptop charger on a trip. Had very important work to do and did not realize it was gone until 5pm the day before the work was needed. Drove to staples to try and find a replacement or a universal. No universal charges fit! I was asked by a gentleman named George (I hope that is correct) if I was finding everything ok. I told him no and my story and he took me over to a counter and opened a drawer filled with old laptop chargers. None of them fit but he kept digging and all the sudden pulled out my exact charger!!!! I was overjoyed. Just wanted to let someone know how much this meant to me and how kind and helpful George was. Without that rare charger being found I would have had a very bad situation. Very very very thankful! Thanks again George!

Staples has a wide variety of office supplies. They had a variety of ahipping supplies that i was looking for at a reasonable price. They also had the size rubber bands i was shopping for. The staff is friendly and helpful at assisting in finding items. There was no wait to pay. The copy center is also competively priced. I always go there to make large amounts of copies or specialized projects. There is a shippi g center there making life more convenient for customers as well. I have been a customer there for over 20 years. This store is conveniently located with lots of easy parking and other stores nearby.
DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN!!Went to the store to get thank you cards printed, and they suggested I go online and do it all myself. So I go home to make my own thank you cards, order for store pick up, received confirmation it should be done in 24 hours. Gave them 48 hours, walked back into the store and the job wasn’t even started! Huge line in printing, while one guy working his butt off, manager on his cell phone doing nothing, not one single person helping. Walked out before a riot started.
I guess these big box companies have not learned anything from the closing of Toys R Us. Aparently the local customer is not that important. With online shopping they are living on borrowed time. Staples would not price match a product from Amazon even though on their website the policy states they will. Why even bother going in when you can just order online for cheaper from elsewhere? Would have been nice to go in and purchase something and have it in my hand right away but for what I saved it was worth the 2 day wait. Wake up or soon you will be a figment of our imagination.
Less than satisfied with their printing services/ employees in that department. I recommend making the drive to the st. Lucie west store, they do great work there.

Made a special trip to Staples to order some #10 security envelopes. The teenager behind the counter was not able to figure out how to place the order or give me a price. I spent 20 years in the printing industry, and would NEVER let someone behind the counter that did not have a clue as to what they are selling. I will never go to staples to get ANY of my printing for my business! I can not think of anything more simple than to order 500 #10 one color black security envelpoes! That was Easy, Yeah right!
1 person on the photo and 1 person on a register at 4 oclock on a Tuesday and a line of 8 deep on both lines . Waited 25 minutes and left.
Print Center is terrible. Under staffed, under trained, over priced and not worth the time. I brought one document on a jump drive to print and bind and the girl didnt know if they could print from a word document. really? They had it for 5 hours and couldnt get to it? Never again.
They are open until 9 p.m. which is a big plus if youre looking for some weird office supply late at night like I always seem to be doing. Friendly knowledgeable staff and ample parking.

Technology isnt always your friend. However, the Service Associates in the Copy and Printing Center helped me make mine work. Then, they didnt even charge me!
Sometimes they have a good sale. I have noticed they dont back up coupons or priceatchjng like advertised.
Poor customer service, would not recommend this location. Awful in store pickup policy as well! Store manager was rude to an elder gentleman who was trying to return a defective chair he bought earlier in the week.
