It was a job that few others would tackle. We cant say enough good things about New England Granite and Marble! From start to finish, they were amazing. We replaced our builder grade granite counter tops with beautiful quartz from New England. I called them on a Wednesday at 4:30 PM and spoke to Yanna (who is amazing). They came out the next day to measure and Yanna had a quote to me within 24 hours of my initial call. We went to the showroom a few days later and within 2 weeks, our new counter tops are installed. They are gorgeous! I cant stop looking at them. Everyone at New England was great. Yanna was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we needed when we visited the showroom. The person who came to make the templates was great and the installers were thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and overall this whole experience has been wonderful! Our kitchen had been remodeled prior to our purchase. When our plumber was changing our garbage disposal, he noticed that the sink was ready to fall down, being held up only by the faucet!We called New England Granite & Marble at our friends recommendation. I set it up easily over the phone with Maria at NE. The repairmen came when scheduled, added adhesive and bolts to hold up the sink and even helped me with a minor caulking repair in the kitchen! Wow. What a great company. Purchased Imperial Blue stone for an island and counter. As the centerpiece of the house, this required significant talent to match the veins in the stone to the beveled edge and backsplash. We have been walking around the finished product for a week and have yet to find an area that does not look like a complete singular piece of stone. Their work and installation were flawless. Thanks so much to the staff and crew. You can rely upon their expertise and quality.

Had a great experience with this company. I was recommended from a friend, and I see why. They were able to help me on a Saturday, about an hour and a half before closing. I had something already in mind, and they showed me what they had in stock. Measurements, they came out (scheduled day from visit), called before showing up, and finished the job in a timely manner. Delivery day, same as measurement except too a little longer which should be expected. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Couldnt have had better service. Sue was fantastic to work with. Went in on a Saturday, measurements were scheduled for Monday and installation one week later. My countertops are gorgeous and I definitely recommend New England Granite.

The team was professional from start to finish. The cuts and installation fit in perfectly with no gaps by the walls. Maria took precise measurements. This was especially impressive because my house is old and nothing in it is straight or level! The lower cabinets on either side of the stove were 5/8 of an inch off. The installers made the countertops perfectly level! We had to have a few seams and you can hardly see them unless you are close and looking for them. They asked lots of questions to be sure the end result was what I wanted and gave me expert advice when I was unsure. When I called about something small I thought had been left undone with my dishwasher mount, Sue was responsive. Romercy and his team came back out. I then realized I had misunderstood and it was the contractor’s responsibility. However, they took care of it for me! We are so pleased and highly recommend New England Granite.As a side note, I fell in love with a piece of granite upon sight that was not what I had originally picked out and was more expensive. Yana, our rep, and management helped me work it out and boy am I glad. It is a work of art and is the focal point when you enter the house. First class operation from top to bottom. We recently had the pleasure of doing business with New England Granite, for a small kitchen countertop/sink replacement at our Condo in Stuart. The sales staff was very professional and explained the entire process with a complete timeline of how everything will unfold. From a price standpoint New England Granite is very competitive and has a great selection of Granite choices. When it was time for template, part of the process, the representative made thorough measurements and made a wooden template. Our kitchen is very small and she explained it would be necessary to have a seam. We were disappointed at first but we finally understood how limiting our space is. Then came fabricating of the granite at their impressive shop. When installation day came it was necessary to reschedule the installation for later in the morning due to a timing issue with the Plumber who had to unhook the existing hookups. The installation crew did not arrive at the promised time window and the sales rep was kind of taken back by my request to have the original scheduled time moved back to accommodate the plumber.The installation crew of three eventually arrived about an hour later than promised. This wasone if two hiccups in the entire process. The installers were very personable, efficient and performed the installation with impeccable precision. It was an absolute pleasure seeing first hand the meticulous precision in which they completed the installation. If you are looking for a project comparable to ours, you won’t find a better Company in Martin or St.Lucie. We are very pleased with the finished product! We love our new look Kitchen. Last year we had some cracks in our kitchen granite around the sink. We had them filled by another company but they came back and got worse. I called and spoke to Yana at New England Granite. She asked me to take some pictures and then they sent a tech to look at it and give me a quote.We decided to go ahead with the work and Daniel came out on Monday to repair. He was here for over 4 hours, covered my kitchen with plastic then painstakingly dug into each crack to fill, caulk & polish. We are so happy with the result - he did the most amazing job. Youd never know the cracks were there. From start to finish, New England Granite were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

When we shopped around for our new granite counter top we found that New England Granite was very competitive in price. We liked their selection. They helped us pick with no pressure. Carlos came out to measure, and he knew what to look for. The installation crew was professional and efficient. At the end we decided we needed backsplash, and they offered a very reasonable deal, and it came out great. The crew recommended that we install the faucet with the handle over the sink so your hands can drip into the sink. We had never considered it, but it worked out perfectly. (You have to do the plumbing separately, but the input was helpful.) On the business side we dealt with Sue in the office. She is very knowledgeable and supportive, and she has an excellent technical grasp on the counter top installation process. We have been using the kitchen for four months now, and I recommend New England Granite to my friends without hesitation.

Five Stars for New England Granite. Working with Gabby to get an appointment set up for in-home granite repair was excellent. She was so helpful and cooperative. The team that came out to do the repair work in July was great. Tiago made the chipped and marred granite around my kitchen sink look better than it did when it was originally installed. He has great customer service skills and is an exceptional technician and artist at what he does!

Wow!!!From beginning to the end, it was a pleasure working with Yana.She helped out after our cabinet contractor messed up with the countertops.It was pretty amazing that they did exactly what they said they would do from template to install was a week. Nothing ever goes perfectly, but what separates a good company from a bad one is when they dont stand behind their product or take care of the customer post sale. My husband and I have had issues with a few marble/granite places which is a long story to get into but when we needed to find another fabricator I came across New England and the result was nothing short of amazing. The sales women are extremely nice and were in my corner ready to fix any problems I had with previous places. The young man who came to make the physical template was very precise—don’t let other companies tell you that’s “old fashioned”! I needed to meet a deadline & their fabricators were able to cut the 7 pieces I needed perfectly and install them all in the same week. Their measurements were spot on. My husband is not easily impressed by anything but even he was blown away at how great of a job this company did on the fabrication & installation of marble for our bathroom. I wish I had gone to them first before any other company. Would have saved myself the stress, time and money. The best part of our bathroom is the marble, by far. New England just did the granite for our new kitchen and it looks great. They have a nice selection of slabs and Samantha was excellent. Recommended!

New England Granite replaced 4 granite counter tops and 3 vessel sinks in our home we recently purchased. Our service rep, Yana, was wonderful throughout the whole process. Once we picked out the granite we wanted, Yana explained we could have the old granite removed and new installed and under-mount sinks included on the same day. The installers didn’t arrive until 5 PM (1 hr later than anticipated) and were able to complete all of the work by 7 PM. Unfortunately, one of the installed sinks was damaged and had to be replaced the next day. Yana was able to get the installers to arrive before the plumber so we didn’t have to have to pay the plumber to come back a second time to hook up the last sink. The granite is beautiful. The installation was very quick once they arrived. My only complaint is the drywall around one of the vanities was not smoothly finished like the other 3 counter tops. Hence, 4 stars. We would use them again for granite installation and would recommend them to others.

Nick came out, made a template, layed the template on our selected granite, Bill and crew installed. This all happened in 10 days. “Terrific staff” from the showroom and those who come onsite to do removal of old and installation of new. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient and the quality of their work was exceptional. In the showroom, Samantha worked with us on selection of new countertops and backsplash. She went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. We were out of town when we found out our old sink wouldn’t work for new countertop, and she made arrangements to pick up a new sink that we were able to order on the phone. When we returned, New England Granite delivered it along with materials for countertop.

They just completed a large porcelain floor tile installation . The demolition and install process was a horrible experience. The finish product and overall workmanship throughout is poor for many reasons.
